Kentiss Fried Chicken in Merton

Ate my chips on the way home and all was well till I got home and opened my burger.. needless to say I was disgusted, someone had taken a bike out of my burger and it was still served to me cold.

Now new management at good service test great I am now going every week one time I like now and my family also from 28/February 2023 new management that’s everything good

omg not great at all ! I have to say that I am quite disappointed by this restaurant, the service was not great at all

Best place.to go if you are constipated because trust.me you won't be the day after. Rank food. Won't be ordering again

They drop the meat from the burger I was standing there asking for tissue and the lady saw that I was staring at here while she put the meat on the stove

Great food as always , forgot to put cheese in my burger but they gave me a large portion of chips over the small I ordered so can’t complain !! Everything was hot and yummy apart from the corn but we all know vegetables go cold quick you could tell they heated it as it was part warm in the middle just the outside was a little cold. But will be ordering again from them as usual love the food great price

The burger was good. But the chicken was old in the the wrap so couldn't eat that so the chicken pieces were really dry too the chicken was not fresh at All so very was disappointed.

The phones were giving a busy tone continuously. The food arrived 2 hour's after the order was placed and the delivery driver wouldn't let me talk to the manager. Such a shame because the food here is really good, just a shame the service doesn't match.

Food was actually quite nice However we waited nearly two hours for it, called the restaurant after an hour and they said the driver was just walking out the door with our order but we waited nearly an hour after that and the restaurant seemed to have taken the phone off hook as couldn’t get through after that despite constantly trying. Terrible service

won't be buying again Missing items, ribs 3, bbq beans, Margarita pizza small, and ended up with 6 bbq wings instead of 10. yes nice they wanna redeliver but no food gone cold and 5 year old son is not eating pizza at 10 at night. and 15 minutes late Nah want refund

Useless. Unacceptable. And you want me to pay for this service. Absolute joke. I need a refund or something otherwise I'll never use this app again. 2 and a half hours for a restaurant that's 10 mins away

Wouldn’t t recommend these , accepted the order waited 30mins plus to call to say the drivers gone home and not delivering, yet offered to go myself and collect and was told they haven’t even bothered doing the order, such a disgrace definitely won’t be using this place again, such a shame just eat allows this to happen.

Usual chicken and chips same taste as KFC for half the price.

Coleslaw was not the best and had a slight offish smell. Pizza was quite well done and very very dark In colour. Chips ok,bbq beans nice. Not at all in a hurry to order from Kentiss again I am afraid, that was our first time ordering and tasting kentiss but it did not impress us.

I always get myself a takeaway from here because the chips are just right and the chicken wings are so good. Also, it is quite cheap. The service is quite good and would defiantly recommend others to buy from here!

Our family has been coming to Kentiss for nearly 20 years and have always found it to be superior to the competition. The value options are great, the wings are delicious and spicy, well worth checking out for no-frills fried chicken goodness.

Wow they serves delicious pizzas which is bit quick on your table once ordered. Not a busy place as such But it's good for couples as it's peaceful around. Love the fried chicken specially the bbq pork ribs Reasonable price

Really tasty! Better than KFC, food was hot and unlike a certain other retailer, the chicken was moist and the chips were not little bullets! Well worth the money, will definitely be ordering from them again! 👍👍

Fast, not at all greasy the kids and I really enjoyed it and would recommend their food to everyone. My daughter and I had their fillet burgers deal and the quality was brilliant.

Bbq ribs without meat. Whole bbq meal (wings&ribs) not even sticky. Garlic bread so cheap, baguette with cheese. Souse pots so small. I never get so bad food from them.

I followed the instructions on just eat which states if I wanted to amend the order I should call them. Which I did but was told by the that I couldn't amend the order. All I asked was for some burger sauce and use barbecue base on the pizza. It was nothing major but they were quite rude.

Disgusting overcooked pizza ..took over an hour to deliver.. rang to complain and was told there is no problem its impossible .. tried to eat it anyway ... kids refused and i couldnt wash out my mouth fast enough .. vile .. shame as used to be ok

Only negative is portions of fries that come with the family bucket are too small, apart from that, food tastes great and prompt delivery
