Quite possibly the worst pizza I have ever been delivered, arrived stone cold and late, #28.45 for absolute rubbish quality, ingredients beyond sparse and grossly overpriced. NEVER buy from this restaurant again. Complete rip off and poor quality.

Never received the food but took the payment

Oder was delivered 45min late. I've ordered 3 different pizzas, chicken wings, mozzarella sticks, but I've received only 2 pizzas the same kind. The driver said that all he was given to deliver. I tried to call the place for explanation, no one answering..... Do not recommend this place to anyone. Worst service ever.

I still am yet to receive my order .. where is it ? It’s says it’s delivered but I don’t have it

Now waiting over an hour and food has not arrived. Only asked for x1 pizza. Can't get hold of the restaurant in any way. App says its delivered but have nothing. Now wanting a refund but have to wait 72 hours. Bloody ridiculous. Doesn't deserve 1 star but wouldn't let me leave it blank.

Tried calling multiple times, no answer - wanted to cancel order as Food took an hour and a half to arrive (estimated initially was 15/25 mins) food was stone cold when eventually arrived. Delivery guy said he was stuck in traffic..he was on a bike & I live less than a mile from the place. Tried to say I don’t want the food anymore and to take it back to the restaurant- he said not his problem - food went in the bin. Requested refund, place is a shambles.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Very rude, misogynistic man on the phone shouted ‘it’s on its way girl’ after I called because it was very late. Then the food was disgusting, definitely not ‘wood fire’ pizza.

This food was so so bad, I beg you don’t order from here. The chips were stale like they’ve been reheated about 5 times. Genuinely so bad I was shocked. Pizza was below average and was more spenny than others which are much better. We’re also late and was ringing and nobody answered the phone. Ruined the end of my night, starving and stayed up for this.

It appears that the bases and then the ingredients for each pizza has changed dramatically since the last time I ordered. I have NO recollection until yesterday of a thick doughy frankly arbritrary 'pizza' with cheeses and other elements 'toasted' on the top. Not the pizza I was expecting......

For something with „wood fired" in the title, what arrived was suspiciously like the bog-standard conveyer belt oven, dough stabiliser, spongey base thing. Which is a style, but not wood-fired.

I ordered a 13" pizza, and I received an 11". The pizza on the menu should have parma ham, but it was low-quality non-parma ham (I was born and raised in Italy, and I know parma ham). The driver wasn't given the coke bottle and the dip I ordered. Horrible service. I am not ordering from this place again. One item is wrong, and the other two are missing.

The worst, cold pizza I have EVER had, are you really a Pizza shop? Your dough was made of paper and you toppings needed a search party to find them, very insulting you think that standard of food is acceptable!

Very poor food quality. Burnt and made without efforts. Clearly unhygienic as well. Extremely disappointed. There should be investigation for this restaurant for food quality.

Hands down, the most shocking pizzas I’ve ever ordered. 2 pizzas for £24 - no tomato base, meat that resembled plastic dog food, and veg toppings that looked like they’d been added after cooking.

Really poorly put together. Was clearly rushed and not cooked properly. Missing toppings as well. No hard boiled egg or garlic. The spinach was on it but it was disgusting. Way too many olives. It also had chicken tikka on it instead of chicken. I just have a feeling this pizza would’ve been completely different if I ordered it earlier on haha. Huge let down and definitely won’t return. Got delivered too early as well which proves it was rushed. Think it arrived in 8 minutes. That’s just a bit suspect isn’t it? I was 100 percent the very last order as they shut right after my food arrived. Sad to know their quality drops when it suits them.

Pizza was not nice no tomato base

cheese tasted a bit weird and i think they used chicken tikka chunks instead of normal chicken.

Pizzas were like flatbread and felt like I barely ate anything after eating half a 15inch and the quality of the ingredients were so cheap. The spicy hot wings were literally the bbq wings so i don’t get why the say spicy at all. Overall quite disappointed really.

Gave us only 12 wings instead of 16. Paid upfront took a very long time to make the wings. Had no potatoes left so gave us potato skins instead. Would not return, wings were mediocre!

Firstly the pizza isn’t wood fire it’s frozen pizza and tasted horrible! From the pizza to the customer service was absolutely diabolical! Avoid at all costs… this place should be shut down.

Called the restaurant and just got told it's on its way after being 10mins late, after asking roughly how long I'll be waiting he replied "20minutes " before hanging up the phone.. disgusting customer service, won't be using again.. fine being late, just let me know what's going on. Twats!

This restaurant had a 15 min wait time according to JustEat - it was the middle of the night so we didn’t think we’d get anything better at that time, and quickly ordered. As soon as order was accepted, the “15-20 min wait” was altered to be well over an hour - who wants food delivering at 2 o’clock in the morning when they expected it at 1? Called the restaurant to cancel and just go to sleep, a guy picked up and tried to get us to change our minds, assuring us that we’d have it within half an hour. We accepted. 30 min later, no sign, so called again to check the status of our order - and the call was instantly declined! Same happened again and again and again, which is abysmal in my books. Another 20 min rolled by, restaurant declined call again, and we decided to just go to sleep. We were then woken at 2 in the morning by the (very nice and apologetic) delivery guy. Food was cold, of course. In what world does it take an hour and a quarter to make a single pizza and whack some mozzarella sticks in the oven? All in all, a deeply frustrating and disappointing experience - the exact opposite of the ease and lack of mental effort we’d expected in ordering in the first place. Very bad end to a long day.

Ordered the food at 10 past 2 and it still hasn’t arrived and it’s 4:15 couldn’t get through to the shop at all.

Order a Calzone pizza and I received a normal pizza. Called the restaurant saying I received wrong order and guy on the phone very rude said no you didn't we do not do calzone. I try to speak to him explain that the website says they have calzone but he was not listen. For sure never order again.

Very poor service. The pizza didn’t arrive during the estimated delivery time. I had to call the restaurant multiple times before someone answered just to find out what was happening. They said pizza still being cooked - give us 20 mins more. 20 mins later still no pizza. I ring again - can’t get through until several calls. They say sorry still being delivered. Finally it arrived more than an hour late. I won’t order from here again. The pizza itself was fine. Not great but not bad.

My order was over an hour late and the restaurant service was horrendous. When I called the restaurant for an update on my order I was shouted at down the phone, called stupid, and told my pizza had not even been made. This was one hour after I’d placed the order.

We waited for the food for over an hour, approximately almost 2 hours, and we tried calling the restaurant 4 times for them to not pick up untill the 5th try. We then recieved a burnt pizza and a 7 up that was suppose to be sprite (same thing but not in the heart). #dissapointed

Absolutely disgusting the food was old stale and burnt . Or the correct pizza as I ordered delivered, was terrible customer service and when calling you get rude cancelled calls NEVER ordering again

Food quality was as expected for the price. Over cooked pasta and not the type listed (penne instead of fettuccini).

Reggano pizzas are normally fresh and hot. Standard has slipped with recent orders, so not sure I'll take a risk ordering online. A real shame.

Avoid if possible..the pizza was too salty and stone cold. The dough was like a biscuit. Supermarket frozen pizzas are far better than this.

Ordered the food for 9.15pm and it arrived at 7.30pm. I had ordered it for that time for a specific reason and so sent it away. At 9.35pm it still hadn't arrived so I called to chase. The man who answered the phone then berated me for ordering early ( this would not have been possible). When the food did arrive at 9.45, the pizza was cold and dry. I don't know for sure if it was the same one that had been re-heated but it tasted like it. It's a shame because I used to be a fairly regular customer when walking home from Clapham High Street or Old Town but not through delivery. Perhaps it's better only to buy in store...

Ordered from this place for the first time. The food arrived cold and the pizza was rubbery and poor quality. Sadly will not order from here again.

The food arrived early, piping hot and delicious! Highly recommended for thin, crispy, perfect pizza. The salad, mozzarella sticks, cheesy wedges and salad (we were hungry!) were all excellent too.

The pizza is always very good and delivery always on time. They are however a little distracted in reading the orders. I ordered the pizza at 8 but they arrived at 6. Unfortunately they had to leave and come back at 8. I ordered a bottle of coke and they brought me a can. Despite this, they are very kind.

Really lovely, crispy pizza and a fantastic array of options to choose from! Only complaint was that we paid for an extra garlic dip and didn’t get it but not a big deal!

I love these guys and their food all great quality ❤️ However I did ask in the note box for no tomato sauce and for garlic sauce to be used on pizza base and I don’t think they read it as both pizzas came with tomato sauce 🙁 This will not stop me ordering I will order then follow up with a call to confirm my order.

Everything was undercooked & cold, also the lasagne consisted of pasta sheets and what I can only presume was processed cheese! Very disappointing!

Excellent taste as always. Delivery was super fast despite the current situation. The driver was wearing properly-gloves and a mask. We love their pizzas-real taste of Italy.

We haven't ordered with them for a while and it was even better than we remembered. Early delivery, nice pizza with tasty thin base and everything was hot.

I wouldn't get pizza from there again. the quality is pretty bad and it doesn't even taste like good ingredients. I appreciate though that they delivered even in these times of crisis - so on that front massive thanks. Just very disappointing quality

I love regano pizza with gluten base. It tastes and feels just like a regular pizza, very tasty. The guys are so nice, you can ask them anything: I always go for aubergine, ham and parmesn. I asked them to have oven baked aubergines instead of fried ones, and they prepare them for me. I think they are slightly busier these days, so if you are local and you want your food quickly, collection is the best choice. Definitely ordering here again.

This is an incredibly disappointing venue. The food has still not been delivered even though it was ordered 1 hour 55 minutes ago. Nobody has answered the phone at the venue. I am disgusted by this place.

fidatevi, non ordinate o ve ne pentirete. il cibo arriva freddo e soprattutto i sapori sono lontanissimi da quelli della nostra terra. non dovrebbe chiamarsi pizza Bari ma pizza Bali visto che il pizzaiolo forse viene da li. fidatevi, non ordinate da qui e non ci andate perche la qualita è pessima.

Cold pizza, and frozen tiramisu.... never again

Worst service ever. Feel like I have been conned out of my money. I paid £2 per pizza for buffalo mozzarella but was not on pizza. When I called to inform restaurant, I was told by an angry man that mozzarella and buffalo mozzarella was the same thing and it must have melted into pizza. No matter how many times I tried to explain that they were 2 different kinds of cheeses with different properties, I was shouted at and told that I was not a pizza chef and that I would not know! To make matters worse, pizzas were delivered freezing cold and was squashed into one side of box. Utterly unbelievable. Will NEVER order from here again.

Decent pizza at reasonable price

Forgot my drink , delivery driver unhelpful and didn’t offer to resolve . Pizza lukewarm , only thing hot was the fries . Definitely won’t be ordering from here again !!

The food was awful. First they got the order wrong even after repeating it twice. Then the menu said shrimp fettuccine, well it was NOT! It was penne, lots of it in a tasteless creme sauce with 4 literally 4 baby prawns! We ordered 2 of these 1 came. The fusilli polo was just as awful with lots of tomato sauce slathered over penne and some chicken. One simply could not eat this food! It went straight to the garbage! While the price point should’ve been a give away, the food was not even worth a pound.

The driver had to travel twice, cause he forgot the drink and didn’t read the instructions for cash change, Also the change they provided me was £35 in pound coins mostly, they didn’t have notes apparently! Kind of inconvenient to carry all those coins with me. Please make sure you have notes to give the right change to customers and read carefully the instructions the customers give online also make a right use of the telephone number the Customer provided you to inform what’s going on with the order or to ask for advise if not knowing what to do. Anyway pizza was fine. Hoping you keep the standards of serving good quality pizza. Not all the delivery restaurants accept cash for payment, that’s why I like this pizza..I will be happy to order again from you soon! Thank you 👍 : ))

Foods not nice and it came cold

Pizza is very good, thin and crispy dough as we do in North Italy, lovely ingredients, real mozzarella (not fake cheese as you see somewhere). They cook it with wood, so the flavour is great. The new management is kind and professional. Definitely coming back.

We ordered here two calzone and a olive and salami pizza. they were delicious. Good ingredients and toppings. It’s wood hoven pizza so easy to digest. We’ll be back for sure.

What a shame. We've ordered from this pizza place for years but it's steadily gone down hill. This evening's order has signalled the last, the pizza was uncooked and inedible, the chicken wings soft and disgusting. I did call several time but no answer. We won't return again. Disappointing.

Got half way through my pizza and found and rusty nail underneath it, I’m actually speechless it’s like something you hear about but never think you would actually experience anything like this with a restaurant, really really not happy

Pizza was not very warm, cheese had dried already on it. Was TOO thin of a base, there was NO sauce although i chose one and toppings were small and few and far between. The pasta was 'ok' but there was no parmesan (paid £1 extra for it) and it was not 'proper' spaghetti. NOT a 'proper' italian food, more like the run of the mill london pizza/pasta/wings/burgers/halal quality. Shame.
