Impressed. We had a birthday party at a nearby pub and needed some pizzas for a bunch of kids and were let down at the last minute so had to order (and collect) from Italian Bistro. The pizzas were ready on time. Very good value for money. Very tasty and the garlic bread had a well judged amount of garlic and the pizzas were excellent. All in all thank you - will use you for takeaways in future though we want to try Brava Ragazzi as well.

Hands down the best pizza - and incredible lunch time deals. Have been going back here multiple times a month. Staff are always lovely too

Just cannot recommend this place more. Gorgeous food and beautifully made. So, so helpful, and family friendly. We always know this restaurant is pleased to see us and that we will LOVE the experience.

One of the best Pizza’s that I have had in the UK. As close as you can get to a pizza from Naples. Fresh ingredients bring this to life after going into the wood burning oven. Very tasty and will be going back very soon.

Arrived early. It was a very quaint looking but fairly quiet Italian restaurant to meet our cousins from London. They recommended the place and boy where they right. We were not rushed even though the restaurant filled up while we were there. Spent a couple of hours eating appetizers and finishing off our lunch with one of the best tasting pizzas we had in London and the prices were fantastic (if you don't mind spice try the Diabolo). For a local family run wonderful dining experience, I can highly recommend the Italian Bistro. Well worth hunting it out as it is a little bit away from the center of London.

We came as a group of 7. Meal was wonderful - great menu selection - everyone was happy with their meal from teens to grandma. Service was fantastic - even my mom-in-law had a great time. Liked the new cocktail glasses. Highly recommended.

First time visit and really impressed with the authentic Pizza’s which were as near perfect as you would get in Italy. The ingredients such as the San Marzano tomatoes really made the taste buds zing. We will definitely be going back again soon.

Ordered a delivery via Uber eats possibly the worst meal I have ever had the misfortune to receive !! The dough balls were not even cooked and the lasagne was disgusting no cheese sauce at all and freezing cold had better from Tesco !! Avoid at all costs

What a great find for lunch. This is a true family run restaurant serving great value for money food. The pizza was tasty and delicious and the pasta was perfectly cooked al dente style. Fresh juices were delicious and made to order. Will definitely recommend to family and friends. The owner even got out the lemoncello at the end of the meal for us to try.

Came here for a farewell trip with friends and it was a great evening - even though there was a large table of us we were looked after brilliantly and the food was great too, would definitely come back here again in future!

My partner and I have eaten at Italian Bistro many times, both dining in and take-out. The food is always delicious, it’s great service, and the manager/owner is warm and has always made us feel very welcome. It feels like a family-run business because you can tell that he wants everyone to have a really nice evening. There’s lots of food options, we’re vegan and the vegan pizzas and starters we’ve tried have all been amazing, they always add on extra bits that they know will taste good too! 5 stars, we love it and it’s our fave in the area.

I came in on Saturday (05/02/22) approximately 5:45pm, and was seated by the manager I believe. As he had walked off, me and my two sisters wanted to move seats given we were by the door and did so. When the manager had returned and saw that we had moved, he aggressively said "I decide where you sit, you don't" without giving us an opportunity to speak. Due to his rude aggressive response we decided to leave and as we were exiting my sister said to him that he did not need to be so rude about it. This was followed with further aggression, he then came in close proximity with my face and continued to be so rude. He then told us "Go, leave" and "Shut up". This man's behaviour was completely unprovoked and his rage did not match the situation at hand. Nobody in the restaurant said anything to him of course and instead just silently watched as he shouted. I honestly wonder whether he would have hit me if we had stayed in the restaurant any longer. I see most of the reviews are quite good however, that may be down to the food rather than the customer service which was frankly outrageous.

My sisters and I came to this restaurant for dinner. We walked in and wanted to sit at a different table than what was offered. The place was not busy only a few other people. We couldn’t get the attention of the manager so sat at a different table. The manager aggressively put the water down and said you don’t get to pick where u sit I do. We sat contemplating for 10 minutes whether we should stay after an hostile encounter from the MANAGER. We decided to leave and before doing so said to the manager that is no way to speak to customers. He ended up ‘shewing’ us out and telling us to shut up. He also got into our faces EXTREMELY AGGRESSIVELY and said what are you going to do, call the police. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. EXTREMELY DISGUSTING AND AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOUR FROM THE MANAGER. CANNOT BELIEVE THAT PEOPLE LIKE THAT ARE RUNNING RESTAURANTS.
