Very rare that I leave a negative review as I always try to keep it fair and reasonable. Ordered from here with a few friends and not one meal was reasonably edible, pools of grease, cold pizzas and missing items. we called them up to provide feedback to be hit with verbal abuse. They clearly don't care. It's just a stop gap on your way home from the local pub for people who are too drunk to be bothered about quality.

Went today ,Easter Sunday ,half empty ,not busy at all ,staff dis interested ,place absolutely filthy ,never seen such big cobwebs ,waitress absolutely clueless ,pizza ok ,but a bit burnt and hardly warm ,waited over 45 mins ,really really poor ,fact … no one will care as it’s another well known over priced chain …… from a small successful catering business owner …poor poor poor pizza express

Never used this takeawy before. Took a punt - wish I hadn't. Driver couldn't find house. Food (pizza) was burnt and lacking in flavour. End result rotten guts and diarrhoea. First and last time I'll use this place.

Was a quiet lunchtime so not much 'atmosphere' but food great and staff very helpful and attentive.

Food good. However, manager awful - made us all feel uncomfortable from the get go with his rude attitude. We came in at towards end of the day and the first thing he said when we arrived was “are you the people who have stopped me from sending my girls home” and it wasn’t in joking way - he seemed angry at us the whole time we were there and just not a nice person. Whoever the owner is should fire the manager, I’ve seen constant complaints about him.

I ordered two pizzas, but both were burnt. On top of that, they were overloaded with red chili, making them extremely spicy and tasteless. The pizza was so bad that even an animal wouldn’t eat it. This is unacceptable service.”bullshit service

What a shame, announcing discounts from 5pm to 6pm and coming at 5:50pm and being told the discount just ended

Went down there this evening and we got chicken fillet burger Kids burger meal wings The bun was soggy on both burgers The cheese was like rubber so was the burger itself (also looked and tasted like a veggi burger) The only good thing about the place was the wings (nice and crispy) Other then that it's a no from us!

Best place best customer service very kind and very happy staff. When ever I buy pizza or any other food they always serves us with full of their best. I will give 5 stars and definitely recommend ✨️ 👍.

Tienen su propio servicio de entrega, por lo que no puedes rastrearlos en la aplicación Deliveroo, además de que la pizza era promedio. ¡Evite e ir a otro lugar!

Lovely Pizza Hut branch located near Cheshire Oaks. Staff are friendly and provide great service. The food was nice and the restaurant was clean with a good layout. A special mention to Paula who looked after our young family today; Paula was so welcoming and kind, and has great customer service skills, she is a credit to the branch. Thank you Paula and team!

AVOID! very unpleasant experience, condescending attitude from the entire staff, and a weird ordering sistem. a I wasn't even explained properly how to order. When I went to ask how to access the menu, and that I haven't had good coverage to do it, the attitude from the staff was rude, the lady was almost telling me off like I was some little child who messed up her kitchen or something.. never in my life
