Always a great meal, lovely parmo and pepperoni pizza

Our go to takeaway whenever we feel the need for kebab or parmo this is the place to go. Decent portions with a good turnaround time, hot and fresh. Fair prices and it's always clean and warm when you're waiting.

Ordered here since moving into the area and not had one problem, all staff are friendly and portion sizes are pretty decent for the price. Would recommend

Ordered tonight a chicken parmo not using them again chicken was grey on some parts and old. Now currently feeling sick my two year old feeling unwell aswell as i dint notice till i had mine after a few bites in . A couple years back i loved this place it was always bang on. However the hygine has slipped big time.

Delicious Pizzas. Parmos can be hit and miss. Sometimes amazing and sometimes really poor. Bit more consistency would make this 5 star

That was the totally unacceptable. Disgusting phoned and was told same chef and nothing changed. Won't be using again only £14.but feel robbed, again disgusting don't use. 8

Usually I have never had a problem but last night , I Found 2 hairs wrapped inside the kebab wrap, I ended up just binning the full take away . Put me off ordering again

never again waited over an hour order came items missing foned 3 times to see were our was..when it came it was cold wont be ordering again poor customer service..and cold food..avoid this pizza shop..

Absolutely shocking ordered takeaway to be told 2hrs later that driver was pulling up with food then I rang back 30mins later to be then told there's a problem with machine? Never again discussed with service.

Used to be my goto takeaway, now never again. Had a bad (poor) Parmo 2 weeks ago but put it down to a one off. Me and my son tried tonight just because convenient and god it was terrible never again. Whats happened ?

Customer service none excistent !!! Very rude on the phone when i asked why my order is not here after nearly 2 hours !!!

Daughter has just ordered our normal take away.. her and parent order all the time sometime twice a week but tonight we got something to eat.. now I have sort pink hair and hubby is bald and as I was eating my chicken there was a black hair as long as my arm so daughter rang to tell them. First they hung up on her so she rang back and his lovely response was ,,,, well it's only a hair you can't die from it..... maybe not but I don't want to be eating someone else hair when they could have nits or anything. .. Sure food hygiene won't see it like that... So we definitely won't be ordering

Pizza greasy cold chips undercooked I would say avoid this,place at all costs. Tried for delivery off menu they put through door. Prices did not Match asked for new menu to prove increase said didn’t have one. I eventually picked up but food was awful if it had been nice I would have excepted what they said. Definitely would not recommend this takeaway

Avoid this shop, poor customer service. Placed an order for collection, however when it was collected and checked the order it was incorrect. Phoned them up and they agreed to take it back and change the order however when back at the shop they blamed a kid working in the shop for messing the order up and then expected me to pay further to rectify it. When I refused to pay the extra the workers got aggressive, they obviously forgot “the customer is always right and look after them”. Eventually after standing my ground they gave me a refund, think they felt silly when other customers walked in the shop. POOR POOR POOR….

Was looking forward to takeaway for it to arrive freezing cold, and portion size was small when I ordered large. I am really disappointed with wasting money on this order.

Don’t bother! Ordered via Uber Eats! Order was accepted and supposedly on its way to being delivered. Waiting around 2 hours before ringing up to find out my order had been “cancelled” and wasn’t going to turn up! Why have yourself on Uber Eats when you don’t deliver round the corner. Honestly wouldn’t bother.

Paid £8.50 for hotshot parmo given the wrong parmo when got home.Parmo was chewy/uncooked in parts,check your order before leaving shop even if the bag is sealed.

Frist time we ordered we where missy garlic and the second time I've been charged for a burger that we didn't get to be told we didn't order one this shop is a joke avoid at all costs 👌

Orderd food .. they said 45 mins and it hasn't even came I've rand many times an no1 answering the phone !! How can u order an it just not come ? Rubbish won't be ordering from here ever again !!!

ordered food for collection at 00:30 got a phone call at 23:38 to say they were shutting the shop at '12' so i had to either pick it up earlier or wait till the next day. i said i couldnt as i was at work till 00:15 so they suggest to get delivered to work, so i said yes, got a phone call from delivery driver at 23:59 to say that i had to pay for the delivery which i was not told by the shop. i then walked home past the shop for it to still be open at 00:17 serving customers!

I must admit I was treated with the utmost respect here. And that was on my first visit. Food was fantastic so I will be returning here again. A clean shop which is the best start to Pre ordering. A seriously good start. Top marks to all the staff here.

I had to give 1 star to make the review but this place needs condemning and needs to be closed down I'm surprised no one has died yet from eating this vile stuff, when it first opened it was quite a nice place but now its seriously gone down hill, the last order I made came with mouldy pitta breads with green mold all over them but when you ring them they give you serious attitude like it's ok for them to sell u food like that and your the one with the problem, absolute disgrace of a place, when I discovered the mold it put my family off immediately and I think the donna meat was off as well, still waiting for a refund but I think we are never going to get it. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE.

Whatever you do, do not go here me and my family order from here all the time and it is normally OK however there has been two occasions where it has been awful. One time i ordered a kabab and me and my brother shared it I ended up with food poisoning the next day when we went to complain we got no help they refused to refund us and did not give us any type of support and today as of writing this I ordered a pizza and about a hour after eating it I am now suffering for stomach cramp, a sickly feeling and constipation. Whatever you do, do not go here a specially if you have kids.

We ordered a large kebab deal , it was delicious and really good value for money by feeding lots of people

Very clean take away with polite staff and really good food. Prices are average but the meal deal offers are very well priced!

Strongly Advise NOT to order from Luigi’s🤮 Never have I had food so vile, on delivery the driver had miscommunication that some of the order was missing which was not the case but what they guys in the shop failed to tell him was that a full Parmesan was order and paid for but only half was sent out and when the food was opened I have honestly never seen anything like it.... looked inedible and no care had been taken in the cooking or presentation of the food and the quality was by far the worst I have had to be honest the R.S.P.C.A serve their animals better meals...😡 I contacted the shop and informed them to get not much help and then when I asked to speak with a manger I was offered for fresh food which I can only take as an insult I informed them that I wanted the food collecting and a refund, when the driver returned to collect the food there was 3 people in the car and all 3 got out and approached my front door which I found quite intimidating as I’m sure one person would have be able to collect the food. I will NEVER order from here again and would advise anyone else to Not use this takeaway.

They do a decent parmesan in there. I don't buy much else to rate it.

Need the old staff back the new staff haven’t got a clue what there doing getting orders mixed up all the time food was cold told us 15 mins went to collect told us another 15 mins so half an hour for a kebab box !!!! Salad minging don’t think I’ll be going back !!!

Was delicious food must admit fantastic parmo and salad but towards end of food i found a huge clump of hair was absolutely disgusted i vomited every were i never even called to complain i was just happy to have spotted it

Waited 2 hrs for my food rang them after a hr and half to be told it's on its way and it didn't turn up till half hr after i rang, only ordered pizza n chips, then it was cold when it arrived, won't be ordering again!

All food is gorgeous from here especially their Chicken Kebabs, staff always friendly.

Nice food, not a bad pizza shop just be careful you check your change as one of the staff always tries to short change you, otherwise the food is nice, typical takeaway food

Luigi's on average are really good. Good portion sizes. Good prices. The chilli and garlic sauce could be better but apart from that it's a good pizza/kebabie shop.

We ordered our food the same order we always have, but this time they seemed to not take care to even read the order. The food was conpletely wrong and unedible and when we rang up to ask then about it we got a mouth full of attitude, so we went to return the food and we were told that we could return our food or have a replacement and were kicked out of the shop! We have been going to this takeaway for some time and i will definitely not be returning, has been getting worse for some time now!!

Always order from here. They deliver quickly everytime and the food is beautiful. By the way have you changed the cheese you use on cheese chips and garlic because wow! They used to be lovely now they are amazing. Honestly.

garlic bread was as hard as my nanas teeth. kebab was drippings, chips were nice tho 🤙🏻

Usually really helpful and food is nice and well cooked. Never had any real problems and if I have, it's usually resolved pretty quickly

Good service, need to add garlic sauce to the menu though, I was told to add a can of pop to the menu and put garlic in the notes - only problem is the drivers deliver and demand 70p on delivery

Pizza and chips over cooked and cold

saying my order is here delivers at 8.30 that's with 15 mins added on from first del time still not received my food it's now 8.45 nothing here happening once to many times will make this my last order from Lanehouse road

normally love the food from here always order as always hot and fresh tonight however food came 30mins late and was cold had to warm up in microwave chips weren't cooked properly and the chicken over cooked on parmo it hasn't put me off tho just hope it was because u were busy everyone has bad days

So I've used this takeaway a few times and normally it's lovely today every item was cold which is pretty strange as it was early and we live round the corner

Disgusting and cold, arrived late food uncooked worst food ever.

Waited an hour & half for food, when opened it was luke warm just a say edible, word of warning NEVER order Lasagna it didn't even taste like it, the meat was like mush floating in orange grease off the cheese with a ton of spice n pepper making it taste Vile, safe to say won't be ordering there again.

ordered a large chicken kebab, disappointed with the size of it. felt I was short changed with the chicken. can't complain about the quality as it tasted nice just wasn't enough for one person. when you order a large it should be large.

Absolutely shocking waited 2hrs still not got here rang restaurant twice got told drivers set off!. all we ordered was chips cheese and garlic, and donner kebab. normally order from here as food is decent. but unless I get some sort of refund or compensation I will be boycotting this takeaway!

the parmo burger was horrible, a burnt toasted bun with a. cheaply made parmo, chewy tough chicken, soggy breadcrumbs and burnt cheese!! the Donner bun wasn't much better, a normal portion of Donner with a burnt sesame seeded bun slapped in the middle of the box, order from here a lot, but this time I was let down

The restaurant added 10 mins to the dilivery time which I didn't mind but the order turned up 15 mins late and cold, the chicken parmo I ordered was like rubber so i couldn't even give it to my dogs

Not enough cheese on cheeses chips all mushy

This is about tenth order from here...My 3 kids love the 7"pizza specials they are worth the £3 garlic sauce not the best. Delivery was about an hour

Food was good but found a bone and put me on edge for rest rang and was told can happen but nothing stated online about it.

Food arrived 25 mins before originally quoted which was great, always order from here as the food is spot on, great parmo, however there was no salad with it and then noticed a few bits of fluff in the donner pizza.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. 25 minutes late On just eat it says they deliver at 4:00pm I phoned up as it's past 4:50pm to be told they do not cook food until 5pm They were rude and swore at me when I asked where it was.

Stone cold considering the take away is 2mins from my house and ova an hour to deliver never use this place again and kebab meat was like shoe leather

Quick delivery, you get alot for your money with the house kebab. Only draw back was not enough garlic sauce for me as I needed it for the spicy donner.

Very fast delivery, good customer service. I got a regular Donna Kabab, this was huge could easily do two people. Not much salad in comparison to kabab. Amazing garlic sauce. Overall good, definitely would order again

There is no option on the menu on just eat to order any extra sauces so we had to phone up and add this on.
