I ordered pizza with Pamo today, and it turned out to be delicious. The texture was spot-on, and the garlic sauce had a unique touch that made it stand out. Overall, it's definitely worth trying and a fun experience with great food!

Had meal yesterday. Was very nice. Pizza was very nice and crispy. May be now its in new management. Garlic sauce i like it 😍

Received a delivery tonight. Order came in good time. Food was very nice, cooked well and was not over cooked. The beetroot in the salad boxes was nice to see. Delivery driver came to the door, was polite. Will be ordering again.

Have been going to this place for years and this was the worst experience ever ive had at this place got 2 parmos and kebab my parmo was revoulting full of fat and few bones my sons parmo was just as bad .place has gone downhill a lot over the past few months been taken over again i guess all new faces . place looking dirty and unkept and neglected never going back

Ordered online, totally wrong order delivered. Tried to ring about it, they hung up on me. Took the wrong order back and whilst waiting for correct order, someone else came in to complain about their order. WON’T BE GOING HERE AGAIN!

Food was absolutely incredible. The new owners are really nice and all the staff are very polite and friendly and handsome. It's very clean and the food always comes QUICKLY. One of the best takeaways I've been to in the country, can't recommend enough. The food was pizzalicious.

Our order took over an hour and half to deliver. The pizza topping was wrong and parmo burnt on bottom. Not impressed at all - place used to be good.

The worst pizza shop in billingham with RUDE staff. Last time we ordered, we waited over 2 hours for our food, when it arrived it was cold, the toppings were wrong on our pizza and it was just generally poor. As this used to be a good takeaway, we thought that we would try it again, maybe they were having a bad day! We waited over an hour for the food to arrive (midweek), and when it arrived, we were missing the potato wedges and garlic, we were told they had run out of potato wedges. We didn't receive a call to check if we wanted anything different or to communicate this with us, we found out when the food was delivered. I understand when you order potato wedges, a tub of garlic is included in the price however they could have still delivered us the garlic dip that I'd have been happy to pay for as it was wedges theyd run out of, not garlic. I called the shop, and I was faced by an abusive, arrogant man on the other end of the phone who eventually agreed to send a tub of garlic 'later when we get chance'. The pizza we received was cool like the last time and 40 mins later, I'm still waiting for the garlic. Won't be ordering from here again - spend your money elsewhere if you want a half decent takeaway.

If zero was an option they would get it. Waited 2 hours for delivery. . Staff rude and arrogant and not helpful at all. Go elsewhere and avoid this place !

Had issues before with food from here. But tried again as they sorted problem and put down to a 1 off as used alot before. Food was again cold our bbq pizza clearly had tomatoes sauce on. Contacted food hub And they refused to acknowledge us. My partner hates tomoates hence ordering bbq. Its almost as if they started making tomatoe and stuck bbq on top. Chips freezing.do not use

Ordered over the phone today. The food came within a reasonable time HOWEVER it was stone cold. My pizza was thick with greasy cheese and hardly any tomato base. The driver took his own change and walked off before I could count it. I rang the shop to complain. I was told the food went from oven straight to me.... for him to say it went to wynyard first and that may be why it's cold. I told him about the driver and he said he would ring back once driver was back in shop.... he rang back and told me he spoke to driver and he was shouting in background 'I only took £1' I explained I normally give a tip but found it rude he took his own. His explanation was that the drivers don't normally carry change so they just keep money. He said he would speak to driver and ring me to return money..... I'm still waiting over an hour later. Will not be using this place again or recommending. Place has gone downhill since the place got taken over

Totally gone downhill. Cheap quality food, lack of food hygeine & no clue on customer service except for one lad I think his name is Mo. He is wasted in there. Always a mess now around the outside bins too.

The only thing we miss since moving out of Billingham, I actually get sent miles to pick up an order once a week. Still worth it 🤤

Terrible. Avoid at all costs. You will be waiting hours for your delivery.

Long wait times. (2 hours and 20 minutes now still no sign, this is after phoning asking where it is and then being lied to down the phone it would be soon) Small portions. Food goes cold a minute after putting it on your plate (due to them making it then it sitting there being kept warm, waiting for delivery) they use their own app so if you have items missing or it doesn't come you have no recourse as you would with PayPal, Just Eat etc. Won't be using again. I got a refund.

Bad chicken parmo was like a slice of chicken so thin horrible

Not used for a while and ordered a large Shiah tonight, enough for two people and this place must have changers ownership? It reminded me of shush in cypress growing up in my younger years, absolutely lovely, not overcooked and good salad, would recommend

Ordered a meal deal tonight the parmo and pizza where cold but kebab was piping hot, the chips were awful and got binned. the parmo was basically just cheese and chicken couldn't see any betchamel sauce. We got cookies too which turned up Burnt and not the ones I ordered definitely won't be going here again.

Absolutely shocking! Only gets one star because I couldn’t give zero! Just had a mixed kebab, everything was cold after only a 3 minute walk home, the chicken tasted off and went in the bin along with the cold chips, the donner meat in the microwave and was just about edible. Oh and they can’t even be bothered to slice open the pitta breads. Will not be returning, there much better kebabs available in Billingham.

Ordered 2 x pizzas, one regular cheese tandoori pizza and another vegan pizza. Called the restaurant up for special requirements and the customer service is lovely. Pizzas arrived quickly. The pizza base is similar to pizza hut's base. Seasoning and toppings were delicious. What's more, a very happy husband that could have a vegan version of pizza! Very pleased with my order.

Well presented and great quality food, ready on time. Great service, definitely the best in the area, recommend to all my friends.

Just moved to Wynyard, this was our first takeaway in this area. Food was delicious, well presented and staff both on the phone and delivery driver very polite, Would definitely use again. Well deserved 5 star revew from me 👍

I have just received my order and was very disappointed. I ticked the salad box but none came with it. I can live with that. However to get my order, it had to be £8 or over. No problem. I added some mushrooms and onions to get it over the required price. It came with neither. So I paid extra to get it over the £8 and they weren't even added to the delivery. Disgraceful

Never ordered from pizzalicious before and I wasn't disappointed, A large parmo with a portion of donnor and it was lovely. The service was brilliant and it was fast delivery also. I will be definitely be ordering again!

Was told to wait outside , then told after waiting we are now closed 9.50 on a Thursday night , discussten why would you ask people to stand in the rain then say no thank you bye closed ! So we went too norton pizzeria thank you very much wont be back

I have just ordered Parmo , girl stated it would be within the hour , it turned up over the hour (not an issue) but was cold , I called to discuss the time issues I spoke with owner who told me he would personally cook me a Parmo and deliver himself which he did , he apologised and handed me a fresh Parmo . Second time they’ve delivered with garlic instead of chilli but on this occasion they took a burnt pizza out if the oven, cut it up, put it in a box and delivered it to my house thinking I’d be happy paying £16.00 for it. Re-ordered a new one but will be the last time I use them.

I live local to this takeaway and use it all of the time it used to be excellent but over the last few months the food is not good at all. I ordered a hot Parma which arrived over cooked and covered with chilli flakes instead of cut fresh chilli. Salad didn’t come with the meals this must have changed owners recently. Best advice don’t use them. Ian T

Really great quality food. Always great. Unlike a lot of places, thee quality is consistent. You know what you are going to get, and get it ever time. When you are ordering take away, you dont want to risk them having an off day. You dont have to worry here. Staff are fantastic and work very hard to maintain the high standards. Recommended.

The food was absolutely disgusting. pizza was undercooked. Toppings slid straight off. Chips were undercooked and still tasted raw. total waste of money. My friends parmo was inedible. Wouldn't feed it to my dog.

Not one time have I ordered where the donner meat doesn’t taste chewy and thick. Having to chew my food a million times before I can actually swallow it.

We’ve been using this place for years now and it’s always been our go-to takeaway for pizzas and parmos. We stopped getting Parmos from here about a year ago as they were so bland, but continued to get our pizzas here. Ordered a couple of 10ins pizzas a few weeks ago with small garlic sauces.... the garlics WERE small. In fact tiny. When I opened the pizza boxes, the pizza looked small too, so being the pedantic reviewer that I am, I measured them and our 10 ins pizzas were actually 9 ins and were nowhere near as nice as they used to be. Been using another local takeaway since, but they were closed with it being Christmas Eve, so decided to retry Pizzalicious. Husband ordered a parmo wrap and I ordered pizza. The pizza barely had any cheese, just full of tomato sauce and was just not great. The parmo wrap was just a disgrace to be honest. Just a dryish parmo shoved in a tortilla wrap, a bit of salad and 19 chips (yes, we counted!). Needless to say we won’t be back...prices are up and quality is way down.

Pizzas are great, lots of toppings and the base is spot on. Parmos are delicious and you get a lot for the money. Delivery always on time 👍

We tried this place again after not being in for a while and it was very poor. Slow service, food was cold, my daughter found a hair in her chips. Stay well clear.

Ordered inferno parmo & had to pour it out off pizza box, sent feedback on fb by dm & they said we use fresh ingredients no one has complained about this, i explained it was disgusting, sloppy, greasy & unable to eat, they said thanks for feedback, I live on high grange & have never used takeaway again, very poor I would advise go elsewhere

Havnt used this takeaway for a while and I will never use it again ! Pizza was disgusting. Topping was mainly all tomato and Considering it was cooked10mins late (we were picking up) it was rock hard and minging ..chips were full of grease. If had a choice I wouldn’t even give it the 1 star !!!

What's happened to this place lately? We use to order all out pizza's from Pizzalicious and never had a complaint. Since the change of menu the standard has plummeted. The last pizza we ordered were sickly and we didn't finish them. Now I've just ordered a parmo and it too was sickly and not very warm. Sadly, we won't be coming here again.

Pizza delivery was on a Sunday night, too 30 minutes so i can only assume they were quiet. I've never tried this shop before and as the delivery guy handed my pizza over the box started to flop in the centre. Upon opening my late night treat I was welcomed with the sight of a burnt Pepperoni. The cook must have looked and thought.....Mmmmmm Perfection! As I'd spent the day under a bonnet I was hungry and couldn't be bothered to complain. I recall only ordering Pepperoni, yet the cook kindly provided the option of extra lard, after three slices my arteries were destroyed and I required a sink dish with soapy water to melt the lard from my fingers and hands. The following morning I completely destroyed the toilet with severe stomach cramps, I set off for work, got a mile down the road and had to turn back. I made it into work about 45 minutes late and continued to pebble dash works facilities. Next week I'll be trying Ham and Pineapple.

I visit here relatively frequently as it is the best pizza place within walking distance (I.e 2 minutes.) The pizzas are Farley decent as the ingredients are fairly good. But one night I decided to try the oven fresh cookies. Pizzalicious market these as lovely and having crispy outsides and gooey insides. Well I can tell you that they were just too gooey as I couldn’t pick them up due to them being stuck to the box. They also cost £2.95 for 4 tiny cookies when you can get 5 very nice cookies from Tesco’s for £1. If you are local it is good but don’t travel to get to it.

Took an hour but it is Boxing Day. Food is luke warm. By their own menu overcharged for the third time running on pizza toppings. Soggy pizza base. Donna is all tiny pieces. The boxes of additions are getting smaller for the Godfather (if they aren't then they're being packaged wrong constantly). Complained twice previously and just told won't happen again. When you have to collect in person to dispute price and check food is hot.... This was my go to place for over 3 years, time to try somewhere new

Yo pedí un pollo parmo en una noche tranquila para la entrega. Se tardaba una hora en llegar y hacía frío, yo vivo cerca, pero debido a la lesión de entrega. elegimos Les peldaño arriba [y se le informó de que iban a enviar un reemplazo de 15 minutos aproximadamente, después de 40 minutos de espera hasta ver donde peldaño fue, una mujer por teléfono me dijeron que había dejado y estaba en el camino. Me dijo que quería mi dinero re-imbursed así como la nueva comida. Llegó a la puerta de entrega tío con el dinero pero no hay reemplazo de la comida. Casi 2 horas para tratar de conseguir comida rápida de un establecimiento de comida, el lugar es una broma, nunca más. Llámales y que solo te llenan con una carga de esas tonterías y ninguna disculpa.

Normalmente orden y recogerá, pero decidimos parmo entregado ya última pocas veces he recogido he estado esperando de pie a la izquierda mientras que conseguir toda la entrega los pedidos. Me dijeron que sería entregado en menos de una hora. . . llegó después de una hora y 15 minutos estaba frío y recocido y la ensalada era vieja y parecía que había de venir si la basura! Parmos are a good size but there was no/very little bechamel sauce on it was extremely dry and not very tasty won't be going again

Was excellent when first opened then headed downhill fast. Ordered pizzas to be delivered, took well over an hour and a half to arrive and were cold on arrival. Phoned up and was given an apology and was told credit would be applied to our account. Next visit was rudely told no such credit existed. Regularly miss off additions to pizzas, last time, pizza was tasteless and soggy. Will not return anymore.

Hemos tenido una comida para llevar unos pocos aquí, pero la forma últimos han sido bastante insípido. Tienen una buena relación, pero ofrece algunas cuando no disfrute el sabor de la comida que no disfrute de ella.

Phoned up placed order rang back to confirm order 5 minutes later one of the family allergic so didn't want onions delivery arrived within hour as promised although box was all soggy obviously been with delivery driver for a while opened box full of onions so still had to drive down wait another 20 minutes for replacement to be cooked they did apologise and offered free can of drink and tub of garlic

We ordered from this pizza shop couple of times, Excellent customer service and quick delivery service and the food was great, will order again, recommend to anyone !!!

Ordered 2 pizza's the other night, they said it would be delivered in around 45 - 50 minutes, this unfortunatly wasn't the case, they arrived in around 25 mins, at this point I was still balls deep in the wife, which was a little problem, all in all, great food. 5/5 Stars. -The memelord.

What can i say except go try them, im sure you will enjoy as i think they make one of the best pizzas in billingham. only down side i can find is it is always bizzy.

Don't often like to eat from here as they often get the order wrong. Hit and miss on how good it can be. Its local but could be so better but you get what you pay for !

Have called in a couple of times for the odd kebab, you do get loads of meat which is pretty tasty. Not the best kebabs I've had but still pretty good. The Pizzas looked very nice but haven't tried them yet.

Use this place so often and am never let down , such a clean shop for starters the food is always piping hot and delivered well within there suggested hours waiting time , staff are friendly and God forbid if they forget a dip or something from your order they'll be at your door within minutes to replace it and offer discount on next orders.

This place needs shutting down! It's riduculous priced £16 for one pizza & one small garlic bread! It's £12 everywhere else,as local we used to go regularly 1/2 aweek and everytime we have had to ring up for the rest of order, no chips on london, no kebab, no sauce, took 1/45m to deliver, just to name a few!! Rude staff and manager Foods 7/10 nice but not worth what you pay For a decent meal go to mimos on station road we won't use pizzalicious no longer

After ordering a 10" London pizza for £7.20 I looked over the menu to pass the time. I realised that if I chose a make your own pizza then the London pizza was a whole £1 cheaper. Upon realising this I approached the staff and polity asked to speak to the individual in charge. The wife of the owner of the shop spoke to me regarding my concern of inconsistent pricing... towards the end of our calm conversation (may I add at no point was I demanding anything) the woman slammed the menu, we were discussing, down on the counter and aggressively told me "when you run your own business you can sort the prices" to which I was greatly appalled and offended. I told the woman how inappropriate it was to speak to customers in such a manner and abruptly left. To top it all off when I got home, to eat the pizza I suffered insult to obtain, the pizza had no chips on and I had received a regular garlic sauce even tho I had paid for a large. *this is the worst example of customer service I have even seen*
