Double decadence base didn't really have any sauce in the middle, but apart from that it was spot on!

I have ordered one new yorker pizza and one peperoni wrap and I've received a peperoni pizza 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ it's not first time when it's happening but this this i have decided to give them a review.

Order on app took an hour just to be made.

£4 for this amount of fries! Absolutely shocking. Never again. Looked like they had already been eaten before we even had them. Soggy fries 🤢😡

I was expecting a good pizza having such a big name and i assumed a strong brand, but after speaking to the staff and them telling me they would not recommend anyone eats the food at domino's I felt sick eating it. If the staff feel it's not good food I'll go back to ordering from somewhere else. Shame really the food didn't taste good at all I'll not be back.

Just horrible. Food was 2 hours late and came cold when I'd already lost my appetite.

Bad elivery driver. Nearly dropped the pizza and it flew about in the box making it look like a car crash in there. Forgot the dips I had ordered and made no attempt to look to see if it was in the bag. Terrible service.

Absolutely horrendous service by the staff at dominos. Some items from my order were missing, I was told they would arrive. Half an hour later still hadn't turned up... called Domino's, it took 15 minutes for them to understand where I lived, saying they couldn't find the order even though it had partially been delivered 30 minutes earlier. By the time I received my missing order the whole thing was cold, only offered compensation if I gave them all the order back. Absolute jokers!

Order placed on 28/1/23. Food never turned up and I've been chasing a refund since. Called the store to be told I will be refunded(Hasnt happened) and a free pizza(This wont happen). and emailed Dominos directly multiple times but still no refund over a month later.

Was visiting family, so ordered as my local domino's is great. This one isn't. Out of vegan cheese (what?) and one side wasn't delivered. Called and the response was pretty much that they weren't going to do anything about it.

Should be zero stars. My partner and I ordered food at 1:09am and we still have not received anything at 2:27am. They advised us when we called earlier that the food would arrive for 3:40am and still nothing. We have spent over £56.00 and we are not happy. The tracker no longer works and they are not answering the phones when we call either. I either want this order to be delivered asap or a full refund. I’ve called over 15 times with no answer. It is now 4:31am and still no answer. I do not recommend!

Was waiting nearly 15 minutes to be served. Worse was they would come to the front to pick up the phone but not once could anyone even acknowledge us to just say “hey, we’re just a little busy at the moment - I’ll get you in a minute”. Ended up ordering on the app instead. Terrible customer service. Being black I wouldn’t have thought I’d be so invisible in such a well lit room. Shame.

Ordered chicken pizza arrived without the chicken rang told me they would collect incorrect pizza and deliver one with the chicken, this took 3 hours to arrive from ringing to complain no apology had to ring two times to Remind them

Not open 24/7 hours, disappointed services for a place that's supposed to be open, please don't false advertise!

They put generous amount of toppings and bake well Surely prefer a pizza from here for our Sunday brunch 😊👍🏻

30mins after ordering, i called Ingelby (whom I ordered from) asking where my food was just to find it had not been made as it had just been sent to Stockton to be made without notifying me! After calling Stockton, the Man on phone was extremely rude; hanging up the call two times whilst I was talking. One hour after telling me the food was out for delivery, I received a call from the delivery man who was “supposedly” in my area saying he wanted me to resend my location via WhatsApp. He said he’d call me back in 5mins. He then called back 40mins later needing further directions! We had to walk the streets in pouring rain to find him just to receive cold, stale food!

Food as good as any other dominos but driver turned up to the wrong place, they sent me the wrong dough balls and dropped my drink when making me get my food out of his delivery bag, splitting it, spraying all over my legs and pizza boxes. Promised a refund by lady on the phone, fingers crossed it comes through.

do not order from this brand leading up to its closing time. i recently ordered from this branch and was told i would be refunded after their delivery driver (i believe) stole my parts of my order and then told me to ring the store (though the store was closed) to have it redelivered. how does that make sense? he then blamed the store saying they were busy and it was closing time? idk. when i called to make a complaint the following day, the lady instructed me that i would be refunded but i should have known it would not be so because how would she have initiated a refund, telling me i would receive it within 5 working days without even asking me for my name or the name of the person who made the purchase and the time as well as other details. absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. i even retained proof just in case but i should have maybe taken matters into my own hands by searching the delivery drivers car when after i grilled him for almost 5 minutes.

Would not recommend unless you fancy eating cold pizza or missing items from your order. Went to collect in store and they were already speaking to another customer that had missing items from their order… I then sat and waited 20 minutes in the store (whilst my pizzas were going cold) as they forgot to put in the dough balls. When I got home and was about to open the cookies, I then found another box of dough balls. When ringing up to arrange the delivery of the missing items I was told they cannot deliver and they had to refer this to another shop. It has now been two hours and there is no sign of the missing cookies.

Had to cancel, ordered and was told 15 minutes, 25 minutes later they hadn't even started it. My refund better turn up.

First time in Domino's for a long time and it did not disapoint. Fresh,hot and looked good. Well worth the money. There are a lit of pizza places in Stockton but I would rather pay the extra and get a quality pizza than something that is rubbish.

The worst experience I’ve ever had ordering food. I ordered it at around 11 pm it did say it was going to be around 30 mins and now its 1.30 am I’ve phone 5 time got answered once only to get told it was on its way the guy on the phone wasn’t making much sense it now been 40 mins sense I got answered and still no sign of the food and on the app it says it’s here

The saviour pizza, 2 toppings on 7inch base for £2 is well worth it. Rather pay this than £2 for a pasty or sandwich

Always made nice and hot and in good time Staff are helpful in the shop. Nice that there's dietry options and if you have any issues you can call and make specific requests.

I do love the occasional takeaway as the next person, and Dominos does indeed to nice, quality pizza, but WOW, it's insane how many times our order is incorrect, from missing toppings to incorrect drinks! - driver just shrugs and leaves you to deal with whatever is placed in the bag. I even had to get a refund once (not that we even got that!) - all in all, good pizza, terrible service.

Good quality Pizza's that were held +20 minutes in the "Quality Control " area on their website. Needless to say, when they arrived they were nearly cold and we had to heat them in our oven.

Used to be good. Maybe still okay for pickup. But if you order for delivery it always turns up late and stone cold. Might as well cook you own pizza as you end up having to reheat it anyway.

Every now and then my company treats us to a dominos lunch ,we cant fault the service and we also order online for more than ten,got some cracking deals also the food hot and delicious.nice treat to have occasionally.decent menu though very expensive without the discounts.

A second terrible experience at this dominos in Stockton, first time I ordered and it never arrived so I had to ring up and request a refund for £16.99. Tonight after giving them a second go I asked for 'half & half' veggie/vegan cheese for dietary requirements and they gave only dairy. Incredibly concerning that the biggest pizza chain in the world doesn't have the abstract thought process to pay attention to detail. Now I'm sitting at home with a bag of rocket and a cold falafel. Bunch of sausages.

ordered on the app saying that waiting time will be 25-30 minutes , ringing back after waiting 1 hour at midnight waiting to eat and go to bed , and beed told that they have shortage on driver for tonight , when i told the guy i wished to know that when i placed my order been told that he knows but couldn’t do it because he is the only one cooking and answering the phone in there , i wish i could do 0 stars

Ordered food at around 1:30am. Didn’t arrive till around 4:40am by that point everyone was asleep. Shocking service. So we Phoned when We woke up to ask for a refund as we basically paid £23 for nothing and was refused a refund as the man on the phone basically told us it was our own fault for falling asleep. Pizza shouldn’t be taking that long to be delivered anyway.

A Good option if you wanna grab a decent pizza on the go. This particular Domino's is situated at a very convenient location. Plenty of parking around. Good variety. Personal choices are classic ones such as pepperoni pizza and margarita. They also do plenty of other items such as starters and deserts. Food was prepared very fast while we watched it getting done. Absolutely shocking service, ordered to collect then when I arrived 15 minutes later the order wasnt on the system and they said I would be waiting 20 mins. Then when I waited a while they said it card only but it did not say that on the menu or they did not let me.know on the phone when I ordered. I left with no pizza absolute disgrace

Every so often I order a delivery from this store and every time for the last 3-4 years the order is wrong, warm-cold and takes quite a long time to arrive. I stopped ordering for a while because I kept having bad experiences and thought I'd give it another try but once again today I was missing food, food was cold and the staff weren't helpful to handle the compliant.

It’s a shame I couldn’t give this 0 stars as I have nothing to review. Ordered pizzas from them and then after an hour and a half I rang the store to ask where they were and was told it wouldn’t be long as they were out for delivery, 50 minutes later no food had turned up so again I rang the store to ask, I was told he would only be a few more minutes so waited again, still nothing, so I tried to ring the store for a third time, however there was no answer, I tried several times to contact them but the phone was not answered at all. I will be contacting the store again today to ask for a refund as I never received my order, which is especially appalling given the prices you actually pay for pizzas here.

Domino's are usually a great service. Quick, with great customer experience. The last two times I've ordered from them have been horrendous. The first time the order was cancelled without knowledge - and it took 6 weeks to be refunded. Myself, and my partner decided to give domino's another chance this evening and order. After 50 minutes, we called the store as the app seemed frozen - only to find we were never going to get our order. I'm not angry at specific people. I am angry at domino's and their customer experience. I won't be ordering from them again.

Meatball pizza gave me food poisoning yesterday. The meatballs definitely had a funky taste to them so my guess is it was those. Not happy at all - these definitely have not been stored properly. Won't be ordering again!

Stopped ordering years ago due to low quality, tried again recently. Won't make that mistake again.

It's a shame that 1 star is the lowest it can go, if possible I would give 0. The pizzas were never delivered then when we called the store to ask what happened they said the driver had tried to contact us but they hadn't, the order tracker never updated and was on prep for 30 minutes. The store said they would get it our as soon as possible, an hour and half later they still hadn't arrived so we called back and they said the driver was 5 minutes away, (the shop is 8 minutes away by car anyway) 15 minutes later called again and they told us they didn't know where the driver was, so basically the driver stole our pizza then had the audacity to send me an email asking for a tip for the delivery. Really annoyed as I wanted the cookies, probably the only good part of the food.

Overpriced pizza that is addictive and easy to buy

Expensive but quality pizza every time. Started to put the Wedges in for a little longer so cooked better and garlic bread, awesome. After euro 2020 I persuaded myself that it's now American food not Italian. As I said expensive but I'm worth it, doesn't mean I smear the cheese all over my face like skin cream although very tempting

I understand people make mistakes. But I've ordered from here 5 times now and had a problem everytime. Half the order turning up being the main problem. Then another time it took over 2 hours and then I rang up and said it wont be much longer, eventually turned up with a pizza missing again. Wouldn't waste your money or time with this particular Domino's.

Received order tonight, wrong dips sent so i phoned to be told they would be put on next order or sent out but would be about 30 mins, i said no use as food is cold now, person on phone said aw sorry, money wasted im not happy

The most inconsistent Domino's I've ever been to. They literally forget your dips on half your orders, its bizzare. Pizzas have arrived with the wrong toppings a number of times, and it takes sometimes 2 hours to get the original pizza delivered. Last night I ordered 2 pizzas and a combo box. It should have came with 4 sauces but there was literally just one hot sauce? Completely bizzare. I don't understand how this branch manages to mess up so often, I used to order from the hartlepool branch and in 3 years they never messed up a single order. I've had about 10 orders from the Stockton one and at least 5 of them have been a difficult and disappointing experience, its got the point where I can't even be bothered to complain. Will be going to papa John's in future. Edit: after leaving this review they emailed me and offered me 3 dips to remove the review. Ridiculous!

We came here on the pretence that they did gluten free pizza. Upon arrival we were told they actually do not. Not sure this is just today or an every day thing but we wasted a journey & we unable to purchase anything.

Food came and as delivery drive came up the path he said he had only brought half the order the shop has messed up I had to ring the shop and ask for the rest of my order, why send out half an order? which came 25 minutes later and was still missing items. The items that were there were just thrown in the box and all stuck to the box. The driver told me again to call the shop and correct the order at this point id gave up and binned half the food. Poor quality and poor customer service. Wasted my money, never again!!

Forgot the chicken wings which I didn’t mind as they sent more out after I called, but then realised they forgot the burger sauce for the pizza which is a paid extra..

Disgusting. You would think, considering the outrageous cost that they'd deliver something edible.

Pizzas arrived and looked shocking, half the cheese was gone, on both pizzas, and they never delivered the garlic, phoned up to tell them and no apology just that they will get a new one sent out, so by the time it arrives pizza will be cold, if they are, I’ll be demanding new pizzas. This place makes mistakes all the time won’t be ordering again from here and I’ll be complaining to corporate, not a good look for the franchise!

The family and son and his mates love pizza from here friendly staff fast delivery and always hot the only complaint i have if when i double up they only ever bring 1 not 2 so sofar they owe me 2 garlic breads and 1dough balls and 1 bottle of pop of which they stay they will bring next order with comps never recieved any comps of them or any of the stuff they actually owe me and i have previously paid for just constantly sending me 1 of 2 ordered prob owe me about 16 quid by now which is better in my pocket not dominos rang and spoke to mangers and just get loads of false promises-no comps no stuff i actually paid for so dont listen to them when say send next order cos they never do

Received pizza it was very hot so went for a sleep and wok up to still fond it on the table but this time it was cold !! So I then kicked the table and the pizza went everyware it taken me 4 hours to clean the mess . 2 bottles of wine went off my head then I just made a pot noodle

Love this Domino's and have used to it often since it first opened. Always quick and accurate with orders. Friendly, helpful staff as to be expected.

If it's high salt intake you're after, look no further 😂 lovely tasty 🍕. Oddly they made our pizza wrong (unknown to me) and gave me both, result! Mind you helps make up for the high cost. My advice only buy with 50% off.

Arrived to pick up order, 4 staff behind counter not acknowledged at all by anyone, the person who I assume was serving was on phone for 7-8mins taking an order then when he finished he walked off without even looking at me, I had to shout to a girl at the back that I was in for collection to get my order. Pizza was good but poor customer service, if someone arrives for collecton instead of making up pizza boxes at back I suggest they serve people first, all staff were young so don't know what training they had but it was very poor sorry.

Love Domine's in Stockton. Food is always fresh and tasty. Staff are friendly. Can be a bit pricey so look out for the offers they have available every week.

Very disappointing customer service and the pizza aren't very nice, we have been regular customers because the kids like them but will never go back, will use with our local one or try Pizza hut delivery in future.

I’ve had 5 free pizzas on the bounce now, can’t remember the last time I paid for a Dominos! I don’t know what’s wrong with them but for some reason they just can’t seem to make the pizza that I order, most of the time there are at least 2 incorrect toppings. I find the quality of the pizza to be inconsistent, sometimes they will put too many toppings on, which prevents the cheese from melting properly, and you end up with a soggy undercooked pizza, however when they get it right it’s delicious. I will continue to order from here because essentially it’s free. Hopefully at some point they will run out of funds and someone else will take over the franchise.

Used Domino's for years, over the years one had problems but normally basic and resolved. Tonight we got 2 pizza and is the first time the quality of the pizza has been compromised. The Dough was very very thin and light not like Domino's at all Hope it's a one off but won't be racing to order again. Shocked and disappointed

I’d rather have Stevie Wonder making my pizzas as he could probably get the order more accurate. Can’t remember the last time they got it all right.

First order, only half arrived, guy went back and on got it... but no apology and meant we had to eat separately... would have expected the entire order to be replaced. Tried again, on a half price offer... the pizza had barely any topping on it and literally a third of a slice max had cheese on it! May give it one more try but third strike and they’re out! At this point the customer service is abysmal and pizzas not consistent enough to warrant the £16.99 each !

Thought we would give it a try, as advertised, great pizzas and a very efficient delivery, we did book well in advance though.

Usually collect from here but with the weather being so bad we decided to order for delivery last night instead. The delivery time was advertised as 29-46 minutes and it took just under 45 minutes to come.. but really couldn’t complain. You can track the driver too so you know where you stand. Our pizzas were spot on when they came, exactly what we ordered. No better around than domino’s. Create your own is ideal.

Ordered food in September. Vowed never to go there again but was hungry for gluten free pizza. Ordered online for family meal. I phoned them to say I had placef an order online and aa i was disabled don't bother sending order unless the driver came to the house. He actually did this time which I was pleased about but instead of getting my 10.5 inch pizza, I received a measley 8 inch pizza in a medium sized box. Not that I was too bothered about the size inparticular, but a simple call to say they were out of the 10.5 inch would have been good. Needless to say I asked for a partial refund. Next time I think I'll just call PIZZA HUT and save the bother or better still l, just go and enjoy the experience there as I have on previous occasions. DISGRUNTLED.

This branch are struggling with delivery times and planning delivery routes. Another late delivery from them in the past couple of weeks.
