Placed order at 5.30pm. It turned up at 7.10pm and was completely stone cold. The fries were hard and the milkshake was melted.

Got my order wrong tonight , I phoned them and it was rectified straight away at no extra charge .The gluten free pizzas are delicious would definitely recommend them

Pizza sauce is very watery and makes the other all pizza taste very bland. Limited menu and the parmo’s are dry. I used to like it here but something has changed. Staff are lovely though!

milkshakes made with sour off milk which they have tried to cover up the taste by overpowering it with flavouring which made it even worse . it's a shame as the . food was lovely and first time I've had a problem with the quality

Both pizzas were extremely tasty and hot on delivery, despite being early it was not a problem.

Awful, could have done with more cooking in all areas. Cheese was really thick and chewy, overly greasy. Honestly it all went in the bin, shocked as this was one of the highest customer rated on just eat.

Absolutely gutted. We decided to try these because a menu had been popped through our door for their Wednesday off of a penny pizza with orders over £12. As we got in too late for me to cook dinner what I had planned, me and my partner ordered from hungry jacks for the first time. It arrived nearly 25 minutes later than they said it would, the parmo was cold, and the pizza box was soggy from the garlic butter on the pizza. They forgot the bottle of drink on our order so I rang the Stockton hub and they confirmed they would send it out as soon as the driver was back. Over 30 minutes later it still hadn’t arrived. My partner then rang the shop, where the phone was answered, and then put on the side, we could both hear the noise of the pizza shop, and then answering the other phone when it rang. When we rang back and got through my partner expressed his disappointment with the customer service and the order. The staff member told us to send the food back with the driver delivering the bottle of pop, and they would send out fresh. All we wanted was a refund, but wasn’t offered that. If we had taken their offer it would of been after 7 before it arrived and I might as well or cooked for us. Very disappointed when they had the potential be to great. Unfortunately wouldn’t recommend.

I always order from hungry jacks and get the same pizza. I spoke to Ben who was lovely and ordered bbq base with red onions and extra cheese. Delivery was quick and delivery girl lovely but the pizza was basic at best. I hadn't ate so had had som, the dough looked a day old and definitely no extra cheese. I rang and spoke to guy to explain he said he would get manager and there was shouting in background and then ben came on phone defensive and unapologetic. I've ordered from here for last 2 years but won't be bothering again if that's the service that's now being provided.

Thought I'd give it a try after a long time away.. ordered at 7pm and it was delivered at 7.25. Now that's amazing on a Saturday evening.. pizza was piping hot.. that's the good stuff over.. I ordered "meat is on" pizza. Base was thin. Very little if any tomato base. If I took off the pepperoni my veggie mate could have eaten the rest.. very little meat. According to their website, the Veggie Volcano pizza has the following toppings: jalapenos, peppers, red onion, green chillies, tomatoes. We had no tomatoes, very few onions and the cheese was so thin it had no taste. Over recent months the quality has reduced progressively to the point whereby this pizza is now defiantly not worth the money. We'll now be looking elsewhere or simply make our own cheese on toast where at least we'll be able to taste something.

Although the pizza was very tasty and delivered hot, there were hardly any toppings. £1 for extra toppings paid and I couldn't even find more than half a dozen bits of sweetcorn and only a couple of bits of other things

I always order from here cos their gluten free pizzas are the best by far. Proper home made taste. Was disappointed tonight though. The base was not very nice, floury and I’m sure it was a shop bought one (tasted like a dominoes 😒) I hope this is a temporary issue.

Poor gluten free parmo. It’s not difficult to make them tastier, maybe need to change breadcrumbs. Also the wedges are awfully dry and quite bland

Hungry Jack’s Ingleby Barwick: ordered a takeaway pizza from hungry jacks at a friends house. The delivery was extremely quick by a friendly young man named Michael. The pizzas were hot and delicious as were the cookies!

Parmos bland and tasteless. Very poor. Looked like the scattered the hot shot ingredients on the top. Not impressed at all!

Always great food and service, shop was busy on this order and there was a mishap but was corrected and offered freebies as compensation, it was delivered quickly and straight from oven.

Delivery time was great, order was correct. They just left the taste in the restaurant…. Hawaiian pizza and a Pork Parmo… zero taste. Not used to this quality from here!!!

Most of the ingredients were not fresh at all and tasted like nothing big thumbs down for the price you would expect fresh ingredients the worst was the mushrooms you could tell they were tinned really rubbery and they tasted vile

Bought a pizza at Billingham drove ten minutes to my home and found pizza Luke warm. Very disappointed. Informed Billingham who passed my order to Stockton delivery service who was given the wrong address which when delivered the pizza was as cold as fist one. A refund will be given when I go back to the Billingham shop!
