Redditch Pizza in Redditch

Ordered a delivery on a Sunday afternoon, took an hour for this to arrive, the order was wrong , after calling it took another 45 mins to arrive and it was cold , won't be returning

Been using Redditch Pizza for a while now and they are one of the best takeaways in Redditch. Order is always perfect, great portion size and the guy who takes my order is friendly. I order via phone normally and the food is always delivered in the timeframe he says. Wouldn't order my takeaways from anywhere else?

Disgusted ! Our order was 40 minutes early and I ordered the bogof as I have done many times before over the years, order 4 and pay for 2. But no they delivered 8 pizzas !!! Yes 8 !! And charged me for 4. Yes I got bogof but its never worked this way before. After calling the shop and the conversation I had I will not be using this shop again and cannot in all honesty reccomend it.

The service is good but the Kebab was cold, the meat was old and depressing. I rather die then come back here.

So starting with the shop it looked pretty run down and invaded by Nittys. The chicken tasted like it got run over on the M4 by Lorrie’s all day. The lamb was dancing around like it was still alive and tasted like a rat just chewed it and spat it out. Finally the chips were still raw and rock solid as if I was chewing on shotgun bullets and the sauce tasted like urine I can’t lie thank you. Would recommend

Not great. Pizzas were very mushy and very sloppy. Had 2 extra large ones.. was hoping for a nice pizza breakfast with what was left. Had to throw it. Sloppy mush. Basically threw away an entire X-Large pizza. Had food from here before and has been ok. But not this time. And let’s just say from what I witnessed the food hygiene standards are not great….

Long wait for food and when you get it, it's cold and the fries are rubbery. I won't order again and I don't recommend it.

I totally love the food from Redditch Pizza. Their pizzas are amazing value for money with high quality ingredients, generous toppings and delicious fluffy bases. They are also more than happy to tweak food items to your liking, and everything arrives exactly how you have asked for it - especially useful for picky eaters. The food is always delivered hot and on time by a friendly driver. Absolutely the best pizza takeaway in Redditch.

We had pizza, it was terrible. The dough is not good, the toppings are cheap, I don't believe we even had real pepperoni. The cheese was all wrong for pizza. Never again.

Pizza is garbage. Thin crust is not thin crust. The toppings are cheap. The ham doesn't even look like ham. The dough is not good. Wrong cheese for pizza. These people have no idea what pizza is.

N E V E R A G A I N At 6:50 pm you sent me the email informing: 'We've been advised by the restaurant that they expect to deliver your order by 19:55. ' Because there was no delivery till 8:20 pm, I decided to go to the Redditch Pizza (Redditch) which was 4 mil each way, to check what was happening. I was dealing with the owner - from the very beginning he was extremely rude, dogged and nervous, was not helping at all saying he does not care about us, so, I must deal with the Hungryhouse not with them, especially, when he has no order from the Hungryhouse at all. So, I told him that he lied all the time, because, I have the confirmation of his acceptance of my order. In the meantime, suddenly, one of the staff approached him, telling that one of his drivers is just knocking on our doors, but no one is answering (in fact, there was someone at home all the time). So, finally, I told them that is an indication that he lied to me about not knowing my order, therefore, I want to make a complaint and I will inform the Trading Standards about it too. Because, he told me that I annoyed him too much and the whole situation was very intense, coming to be dangerous, as they started to be aggressive (3 of them) when the owner stated - 'Get the fu...k out of here', I decided to step out. Coming back home I discovered our pizza was in a wild opened box and the whole order was cold, so, we decided to put it to the bean having no trust. After that, once again, I called Redditch Pizza (Redditch), to confirm that after that kind of treatment, I will place the complaint and notify the Trading Authorities about it too. They told me it was up to me what I will do. I have no words to describe the whole situation, and my family would like to forget about that kind of experience asap.

Food used to be nice and it still is okay however they always forget things off the order was always chips and then last night they forgot 2 pizzas annoying when it’s every time and now Ill the morning after

Waited 2 hours for a basic pizza…called them few times, and they were saying its on the way. Not even worth the wait..

Food is very hit and miss. Great value food when it's on form.

Stale and bland pizzas. Stuffed crust was awful, huge crust with barely any cheese in it. Wouldn’t order again which Is a shame as they used to be the best in town!

Good food, very good value, friendly staff good portion size nice to know that the pizza dough is freshly made daily on the premises which adds character to the pizza as it may not be perfectly round unlike the mass produced dough of the major chains

Waited 1 hour and 40 minutes for delivery. Phoned after an hour and they said it was leaving then, phoned 30 minutes later and was told the same thing! Pizza turned up cold, garlic bread was unedible! Awful!

We have used this this pizza place, a few times now. We've not been disappointed so far. They have taken in consideration dierty requirements. Every pizza ordered has been pipping hot and delicious. Well done to the staff, awesome job, may it continue!

Arrived late by 25 minutes, everytime I rang they said a couple of minutes but still came really late second time in two days. I rang final time they were rude and put down the phone on me. Would not recommend rude staff won't compensate for cold food/ melted milkshakes. They think its OK because I prepaid by card and I won't be able to under pay them upon late deelivery for they're disgusting service!

Good food however I won't be ordering there again till they clean the place. It is very dirty and looks like you'll get food poisoning , counters are black from dirt and the floors need a good scrub!

Had a price of my order of young lad of £20 then a chap came on and said my order was £27 When I done a check again on line my order was £20 I phoned up straight away to confirm and the phone was put down on me I phoned up again and asked where the lady Gaffa was who s as always helps to resolve the problem but phone put down on me again sorry mr pizza but you won’t have my business again you was so rood I just wish your Gaffa was on

Ordered some food here the other day as a treat and the food was not only great quality but really fresh plus we didn't have to wait too long either and the prices were very reasonable especially bogof on the pizzas, 👍 friendly customer service too ,highly recommend,

The food is fresh, warm and delicious. Ready to collect on time and the food is always cooked to perfection! I love loads of items on the menu and they all exceed expectations. Good value food and nice staff! American deep pan ham, pineapple, cheese and garlic pizza with a side of onion rings.

Food took over 1 hour to come then manager Harris khan delivered my food threatening me over me asking how long my order would be then rang me back of the shop phone saying he will burn my house down!! Not happy with this at all !! place needs shutting down and owned by a bunch of nonses

The pizza tasted like it had been over salted, greasy and just awful. This just went straight in the bin! I would rate this food with no stars!

quite displeased with my order, never had a problem before, ordered for dinner tonight, ordered, mixed kebab, cheeseburger meal, mozzarella sticks & cookie dough, I asked for no onion on both the kebab and cheeseburger and got onion on both, the naan for the kebab was stale, and there was so much mayonnaise on the burger it had to be removed, I didn't receive the drink with the meal & the cookie dough was burnt and way too sugary to eat, dont usually write reviews, but im very disappointed, usually get good food, I understand its a busy night, but so many messed up things

Really nice pizza, quick delivery, would definitely recommend the cheese stuffed crust! Also, ours came with a funny message on the inside of the lid which was a nice touch!

Haven't had one 8n a while. I must say wow what a difference pizza wasn't overcooked plus came with a sauce definitely order again

Ordered for a specific pick up time and they got that right. Extra large were good and well covered.softish base which the kids liked although I prefer a crispier base. Then again it was for the kids so no complaints.

Absolutely below standards I would never buy from here again nor recommend to anyone my only recommendations for others it's to avoid this place like the plague as twice the wrong food was delivered and they served it cold as ice twice without refund made complaints about this norhing been refunded in difference to us I've also found rat or mouse poo in my food on second time it was replaced for being cold when it was ment to hot upon delivery it's put me off coming back as a customer I thought by now this place would have improved but hadn't unless if anyone wants food poisoning at costly price I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone other then their food fit for the bin and for them to be off the market for falling below health and safety standards

Sadly, although the food was nice, I was up all night with a poorly stomach, and as this was the only food I'd eaten that day, other than rice Krispies, I think it was this food that had me up all night on the loo. I shall not be returning to this establishment I'm afraid

Fast delivery, polite delivery driver. Poor communication from lady on the telephone. Ordered a redditch anytime with stuffed crust - no stuffed crust when arrived - missed the dessert off of the order and after speaking to the woman on the phone we were offered nothing but an apology and a forced and rude one at that. Food that we did receive was of good quality though.

I ordered 2 extra large pizzas both four cheese special, BBQ base stuffed crust, got charged for it but received just large, tomato base, a wrap and chip meal deal but the chips were stone cold. We were told we'd get a free bottle of pop for spending so much but never got it. We were also told it would be delivered within the hour yet it took an hour and 45 minutes before it turned up. I will never be using them again save your money and get it from elsewhere. We ended up being overcharged by £5+.

My partner placed an order with redditch Pizza and asked for two extra large pizzas and a wrap meal deal. We were told the price and that the food would arrive within the hour. When it went past the hour my partner phoned to check that our order hadn't got lost. He was told that it would be 10-15 minutes longer as it was still in the oven. After 1 hour 45 minutes our food arrived however we were disappointed as they got the size of the pizzas wrong(but we were charged for what we asked for so over paid by about £5) and the wrap meal deal was cold. We will not be ordering from redditch pizza again.

First order came 10 mins late stone cold, called restaurant, sent replacement order still not very warm! No cheesy chips in replacement order!! If you want a good kebab, drive to Charlie's in Bromsgrove good food and it will still be warm when you get it back to Redditch!

Just avoid, unless you fancy some time off work?
