!!!!!!!!!!!!!!DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!! Ordered 2 pizzas from here and the bases were both mouldy!!!!! Called the company and they tried to say this was markings off the pizza pan!!! GREEN MOULD OFF A PIZZA PAN?? They were rude on the phone saying they cannot give us a refund yet because it was ordered online and we have to call THEM back tomorrow to get a refund. After they already said they have cancelled the order their end and said we should have received a email to state that. TWICE THEY TOLD US THAT. WE HAVENT RECIEVED AN EMAIL NOW!! rude staff, poor quality food deserved to be closed down. We’re getting in touch with trading standards! What happened if a child had eaten this! Absolutely DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!!

Driver took my pizza out of car vertically so all topping fallen to one side, very disappointed.

Yet again,my order was stone cold. I’ve already complained once and was only refunded for one item instead of the two meals that were ordered.

Food was 5/5, however, this is second time the same delivery driver has delivered food. He made me feel uncomfortable as he looked into my home in such obvious way, looked at car keys I was holding and then when leaving the address was looking at the cars. When he left, I felt quite anxious thinking he might return again. As much as the food is nice I did not feel confident being in my home. For this reason, I may have to consider alternative restraunts

Absolutely appalling food came freezing cold and like rubber! Had taken well over an hour to get from 20 mins down the road and when delivered being charged again after paying online but with an extra charge of £2 odd to what I had paid!! Will not ever be ordering again absolutely shocking

So first off, the app was saying it will be delivered between 16.00 and 16.20 so no tracking available as the pizza randomly showed up. And it was barely warm, had to put it in the oven for 10-15mins to be able to eat it

Was early. However the app did not update to says it’s on way or whatsoever after 30 minutes of being delivered it said on it way and this happened several times. Absolutely disgusting, ordered small pizza - was overpriced and the cheese literally came off. Gave me a stomach ache.

It is extremely overpriced on deliveroo. It costs £13 for a 12" pizza and £4 for chips(no options for small or large chips). On Uber eats it costs £9.50 for a 12" pizza and £2 for small chips and £3 for large chips. I don't like ordering on Uber eats and prefer deliveroo as I got a code. Please change the prices on deliveroo

Ordered on super eats paid nearly £20 for 2 pizzas fries n 2 drinks waited for it to come to find a big long dirty hair inside my food reported it to uber eats to be told theres nothing they can do about it n hope I understand where at this point I had to throw the whole load of food I ordered in the bin. Its a joke the place is disgusting and wont ever be ordering from here again save you're money in future guys and order from somewhere with better health and safety.

Absolutely the worst place in West Bromwich to order Pizza from.. Placed an online order at 8pm and spent 2 hours being told "It's on the way, its on the way".. "Don't worry, I'll send it now". 2 hours later and they now can't do it and have cancelled the order. If you want fast, reliable service then I would suggest literally any place other than here.

Ordered pizza online via Justeat at around 16.30pm for delivery at 17.40pm. Received text that the pizzas are on their way around 17.48pm received them at around 18.15pm after me calling them on an update. Obviously no apology offered. My 6yr old child has Autism and he wanted to eat Pizza for dinner, his dinner time was 18.00pm, one the pizzas arrived late and second they were cold. My son only ate one bite of it and spat it out. I requested for full refund.

Horrible place, people are rude to customers. The price is not worth it. Customer service is disgusting and they are very impatient and rude. Probably due to their lack of english and the mannerism is just awful.

I always love going to Caspian pizza in Birmingham but this time as I was traveling I thought to visit this branch. Usually the overall food is low cost and good taste... The overall feel was the same. But when I ordered the pasta took it home to eat and to my surprise there was too much pasta than any other ingredient like chicken. Was bit disappointed.

I was walking down the westbrom high street where l saw a homeless man sitting on the street in the cold l asked him if he was okay and if he has ate he said no l told him that l don't have no cash on me but I'll take him into Caspian pizza shop to get him food which he agreed to. As walked into Caspian l placed my order for the the man as l went to pay for the food the member staff asked if it was for me l said no am buying it for that man there the member of off then told me that l don't need to pay for the oder as he will give him the food for free. This is what you call an outstanding customer service and customer care especially with happening right now around us. So just want to say big thank you to the member of staff and Caspian pizza should be proud to have you working there
