Me and my friend went to West Bromwich shopping new Square shopping and on the way we decided to eat at a caspians and i must say i didnt know they had one here as we walked in we was greeted by staff who was very welcoming and friendly and charged us less as we was looking at the leaflets. The food was beyond excellent and fresh, warm, just how you want it, we was very impressed and will definitely be coming here more often. Pizzas were made according to our taste. We literally just walked out now Saturday 23/3/19. Guys at the counter again very friendly and smiling. I would most definitely recommend everyone to come here and eat.

The bestest pizza place in the city Caspian West Bromwich to fulfill a pizza craving. Being a customer for many many years I've never been let down. You request something and they give you exactly what you want. Full stars as always! Me and my husband rate them so much for their pizzas. Keep it up brothers! Very efficient delivery service too.

I have to admit I order a lot from here. Always either early or on time. Really nice pizza every time. Please go back to cooking thicker chips… the fries aren’t always the best but love it anyway. Delivery drivers always polite and wish me a lovely evening. Quality service! Thank you Caspian

Food was 10/10 Only thing that went wrong this time was the 16" pizza had slided to one side of the box, making 1/3 of the pizza getting squashed like a sandwich. Hope the delivery driver be's more careful next time while carrying the order. Still giving them full stars as we love the pizzas from here for many many years and I don't want to get their rating down.

The food was cold and the delivery service was absolutely shocking trying to tell me that it was the wrong address when it wasn’t. Had a few deliveries to that same place and wasn’t an issue

Forgot drinks. I called and was told by Caspian Pizza that I’d have one delivered but it didn’t arrive.

Original delivery time set for 18:20 - 18:40, at 18:50 the app reported food delivered, rang restaurant who advised driver would be with us very soon, 10 minutes later, no food, used text service on app, advised delivery time moved to 19:05, 19:15 still no food, called restaurant who attempted to call driver, food finally arrived and was lukewarm at best, unfortunately can't recommend.

Late is still bearable but pizza and garlic bread was worse no taste half cooked garlic bread throw in a bin same with pizza ordered vegetarian hot but there is no jalapeno, tasteless pizza, just only fries and potatoe wedges was ok

Unfortunately the order was delivered just before 9pm when I ordered around 7.20pm. I dont know what the delay was and the driver did say he couldn't find my address, but the food was cold. I had to reheat everything in the microwave and it didn't taste good at all because of this.

There was an issue with the pizza but this was quickly resolved by the shop and new order was sent. Food is always great and tasty. The family love the cheese feast and chicken feast pizzas

Order was over 30 minutes late, i was notified on just eat food was on way and then delivered. Had to call restaurant to ask where food was and it never left the restaurant! Beef Burger was disgusting! Bottom bun was so soggy it stuck to the tray! Pizza’s were slightly burnt also, best thing was stuffed crust. Fries were ok.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!! Ordered 2 pizzas from here and the bases were both mouldy!!!!! Called the company and they tried to say this was markings off the pizza pan!!! GREEN MOULD OFF A PIZZA PAN?? They were rude on the phone saying they cannot give us a refund yet because it was ordered online and we have to call THEM back tomorrow to get a refund. After they already said they have cancelled the order their end and said we should have received a email to state that. TWICE THEY TOLD US THAT. WE HAVENT RECIEVED AN EMAIL NOW!! rude staff, poor quality food deserved to be closed down. We’re getting in touch with trading standards! What happened if a child had eaten this! Absolutely DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!!

Food would have probably been nice if it was hot but unfortunately took 35 minutes to deliver from when it said it was on the way so food was lukewarm I suspect the delivery driver has more than 1 drop 🙄

I order regularly from here and for the last 3 orders I have not been given a stamp to qualify for my discount as I am awaiting my last stamp. I feel like they have done this to make more money because i order from them so often. Not happy at all

Don’t order offer 3 and expect an 8 inch pizza aswell as a 12 inch as they are misleading everyone saying it’s included but it’s not, didn’t turn up and contacted restaurant but haven’t done anything about it

Yet again,my order was stone cold. I’ve already complained once and was only refunded for one item instead of the two meals that were ordered.

Food was 5/5, however, this is second time the same delivery driver has delivered food. He made me feel uncomfortable as he looked into my home in such obvious way, looked at car keys I was holding and then when leaving the address was looking at the cars. When he left, I felt quite anxious thinking he might return again. As much as the food is nice I did not feel confident being in my home. For this reason, I may have to consider alternative restraunts
