Way too much oil in the food and found a small piece of hair in it. Disgusting 🤢 I used to order from here a lot, but now..don't think I will order again from this place.

first of all, why is there a neon green glowing sauce?? second of all, the lamb rogan josh included more oil than lamb! thirdly, the inside of the building is disgusting filthy and desperately needs a clean, i honestly don’t know how that isn’t reported to hygienic authorities. the rice was stone cold, the mixed starter was vile and drenched in grease with no fresh flavour to it. however i give one star, because the popadoms and chips were acceptable. i saw the cooks place a raw frozen beef patty next to a cooked tikka kebab, cross contamination?!?! whoever owns or runs this company please educate yourself and staff on HYGIENE, CROSS CONTAMINATION, AND HOW TO COOK!!!

Accepting my uber eats order waiting 20 minutes and cancelled

Over oily , oil and food all over bottom of bag , hair in food , weird bleach smell coming from chips and donner meat , very poorly packaged , opened bag and kebab fell out all over floor as it was just wrapped in foil (1 layer of foil ) , this was 1st time ordering and will definitely be the last , I advise people to order from elsewhere !!

Waited over an hour for delivery to phone & be told they took it to wrong address. No phone call to get the right address, no apology, offered to send the order again but we didn't fancy cold or reheated food especially after waiting so long. Shame they've just lost our custom.

Paid £10.65 for this it’s mainly bread and the driver didn’t even read the note about coming to the side door asked for garlic sauce and they didn’t put it on then when I called them they said it’s my fault the calzone looks like that and to take my business elsewhere

Food was wrong when dilivered So had to wait for missing bits then heat up the other bit Onion bargi was a tooth breaker it was so over cooked They also managed the amazing skill of make the curry too hot but also bland One of the worst, if not the worst curry I have ever had Will gladly pay the extra delivery and get it from the Ruchi next time

Waited well over an hour called to see andd heard guy on phone tell the driver to hurry up and set off, food arrived charged me more than receipt said then argued about it, food was quite bland in flavour and overdosed with chilli never again will I waste my time or money here

I can't thank these guys well enough I ordered at 11;59 system was prob off but order still went true an took the balance for the food I also rang before I placed my order to see could I order qn they yes that's no problem but my order didn't go true it ordered for tomorrow.... but the guys let me order my food an the food was piping hot an gourges chips were frsh an crispy not soggy like any other place I'd highly recommend PIZZA TIME good service with delivery even bring fresh cream for your milkshakes an serve it at your door MILKSHAKES are amazing by the way highly highly recommend this place

There was an issue with my Uber eats order where it hadn’t notified the takeaway properly. Rather than make excuses they apologised straight away and rushed my order to me. Very good service and very friendly and helpful, thank you :)

Used for nearly 10 yrs but in 2019 onwards has been hopeless. Placed orders, given 30 min delivery time but 2 1/2 hours later not received 20+ calls to check on order an restaurant hangs up. Will never ever be using again!!! Go to Khans or Pizza Dome Much better service

The food was lovely and hot but the chicken had never seen tandoori and the sauce was extremely bland. Also the batter on the bhaji and pakora was very doughy and not an ounce of crispness. Totally dissapointed and wont use again

Had to wait ages to get served, staff were rude. Ignored me to answer the phone to take an order before I ordered. Then half way through taking my order they answered the phone again, what about the customers you have right in front of you! It took way longer to cook than it should have done when they weren't busy. The food was horrible, the pizza was dry and tasteless, it ended up going in the bin. In my opinion I wouldn't waste your money. Go to one of the other takeaways in Racca Green. No others can be as bad as this.

Placed order to collect got there at agreed time and had to remind them half my order was missing even though they had taken the money for it. Had to wait an extra 15 mins for the rest of my order while the rest went cold.

Disgraceful customer service. Need to replace guy handling phone orders. No idea of how to speak with customers. Rude and obnoxious. Also, got my order wrong once and he blamed me when he'd clearly miswrote the order.

I ordered my food on the phone, went in and paid a member of staff. 10 mins later im still waiting for my food, when another member of staff comes out of the back and asks me to pay again. After explaining that i had already paid, the second member of staff asked the first if I had paid. To my disbelief the guy that i had paid lied and said that i hadnt. I walked out angry, hungry, and £11 lighter. Wont be using these lying scum ever again

Me and my good friend ordered from here like we always do on a Friday night, we ordered a Ferrero Rocher Gateau, Ferrero cheese cake(which we didn't get- it came as a gateau), Chocolate Fudge Cake& A large kebab... We rang up several times to put a simple complaint in, they kept putting the phone down after swearing at us and putting the phone down several times pretending they couldn't hear us, this customer service from tonight was absolutely appalling and I will not be ordering from here again.

90 minutes for a Prawn Cocktail

Delivery time was good stuck to the expected delivery time! Only downside was pizza was too greasy

Ordered at half 6 took hour and half to come then messed up my order then took 45mins to fix it got a refund would advise ordering from elsewhere

Delicious as usual and excellent service but pizza was half deep pan and half thin base.

Food took 1hr 30mins to come. It was flat cold, a half arsed apology for it being late and the statement "he's on his way" when he's clearly not. If it was the first time it wouldn't be as bad but it's EVERY time, then you'll give them the benefit of the doubt and try there again and same happens!

They delivered to the billing address and not the delivery address. My family could have been woken up at midnight for no reason.

The delivery guy asked if I was going to eat all that myself (16" pizza) I said I would try....and failed...badly. Awesome food and service!!

Disgusting service 2 1/2 hours with two of the five meals wrong and all cold. Spoke with shop owner and not interested. There response was they busy. ???? Definitely will NOT be using again. This was the third occasion and not a one off. £36.20 wasted!!! KEEP CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!!!

Usually receive lovely food but something went wrong yesterday, pizza was like rubber. Chips smelt and looked like for the chippy and paid for extras on the pizza and didn't get them. Had a couple of mouthfuls and went in the bin. Hoping just a one off!

I called and was told it would be the next order to be delivered; food took another 40 minutes. Everything was cold apart from the drinks. Both meals were wrong, both with mayo all over the wraps which were sloppy and just fell apart. We even called to make sure the note on the order was received. Chips were like cardboard and the chicken pakoras were dry. Waste of money and it's all gone in the bin.

Took money and never turned up. Ordered around 9pm and gave me 1hr delivery estimate and at 1055pm still no sign of the food and not picking up the phone after ringing from 1020pm. Disgusting behaviour!! Never using them again.

Our order came 30 mins late and was missing an item, it was also just warm, and chips were cold and hard, missing items arrived after another 30 minutes and was also just warm :-( I will say it's normally good but this time we threw a lot away and lost money

Unfortunately the pizza was not kept flat during delivery and so half of the base was crumpled and the toppings had slid to one side.
