Domino's Pizza in Wakefield

Absolutely awful, no meat on the pizza just black blobs resembling Philli steak. Would not recommend!!!! Tasteless food.

Took over an hour to get our delivery when the delivery time was only meant to be 25 minutes tops. When the order arrived, one of our pizza orders was incorrect, tomatoes were added when these were purposefully not selected and there was no plant-based dip that we ordered, it was even printed on the pizza box on the order but we did not get it. We paid over £50 which is ridiculously over priced. We didn’t enjoy our food and won’t be ordering again.

The service is good but I'm not a fan of the food. There was a delay in my delivery so they apologized and gave me free cookies. I really appreciate that. The pizza however I've always found to be a little raw and the crust has a weird bitter aftertaste. The vegan nuggets are really the only reason I order from Dominos at all I'm afraid.

Did not reply to me and were very racist people only replying to white folks and was very disappointed and angry , service was very poor, it’s my first experiencing such a situation , I was ignored for 30 minutes whilst serving white folks only

Very unprofessional and couldn’t even get saved at all, all of them ignored me and were racist only replying to the white people!!! It’s my 1st time being treated that way, they didn’t even talk to us just skipped us and save the next person for about 20 minutes until we dedicate to leave

Struggled to order pizza on line had to make several calls to the store due to the amount of pizza’s ordered. On each occasion I spoke to Luke, who could not of been more helpful thank you for your patience Luke and great customer service.

Domino's food is always good. The staff here are some of the best around, always a pleasure to walk in and order.

Ordered a delivery from here yesterday for lunch. Easy to order and a wide selection. Although there are always deals on you do have to add more items to your order to hit a threshold before they will deliver. It was impressive to be able to receive alerts as to what stage your food prep is at, and you can watch on a map your driver heading to your address. Didn't take long at all from ordering to the food arriving. A friendly delivery driver too. The disappointing part was the quality of the food itself. Ordered nachos with jalapeños as a side together with a half-half pizza of Tandoori Hot and the Cheeseburger. Not a huge amount of toppings, not a great deal of taste and very doughy. The saving grace was the dip you receive for your crust. Disappointing when you pay around £18 for a pizza that is simply okay, when a lot of local takeaways pack in a lot more flavour. Personally, I wouldn't place a return order.

Love pizza from Dominos. Food arrived pretty much exact to the time we ordered for collection. My only criticism is that they don't deliver to our village which is a real missed opportunity as we are only 4 miles away.

Overpriced and overall not very tasty. The biggest reason I am here though is to warn you. Its all I ate yesterday and I have the worst case of food poisoning I have ever had! The excess blood I am losing suggests salmonella. Avoid at all costs! Seriously!

Really happy with the customer service. So the other day I ordered a large order and some of it was missing upon delivery. I rang up and was offered a free order next time. Rang up today for the free order, everything from my previous large order was included. Thanks Dominos for great Customer Service.

I got food poisoning from one of the cookies

First time getting from domino's and it will be the last. Ordered for pickup 18.15 when we turned up our pizza's hadn't even been put in to cook. It was 18.40 when we finally got our order. Premium prices with poor service.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Paid over £50 for an order arrived at the door to pick up my delivery and got spoken to like absolute rubbish by the delivery man, I was lost for words and shocked. He blamed me for there been road works and (what a waste of petrol it had been) then said I should have made it clearer to find the house I’m not sure how to make an address and post code any clearer then I did!! Thankfully my boyfriend was walking down the stairs and the delivery man soon changed his tone with me when realised a male was present. Disgusting that you can pay so much and be spoke to so badly when not been able to find a house, and road works been done is out of my control. Will never be ordering from here again due to the unprofessional service I have received.

Nice food, everything prepared in front of you and it's good the staff remember you each time you go in. Clean and well maintained. Without doubt the best Pizza place in town for overall service and good food.

They swapped an item for something else without calling to check. They now charge £1.50 for delivery as if they didn't make enough money...

Ordered a large meator with gerkhins the base was that thin it fell apart and there was that many gerkhins it covered all the other toppings, far too much barbque sauce . I have had good pizzas from here but it depends which staff are on. My last pizza didn't have a stuff crust that I paid for and also lost my order so I had to wait another 15mins

Good pizza and it was ready at the time expected

Ordered from here a few times and had fabulous experiences. Unfortunately the last two times have been dreadful. We ordered a few weeks ago and went onto the pizza tracker to track the driver as we had been waiting a long time for our order (1hr) then all of a sudden it said that our order had been delivered but hadn’t. I rang the shop and they said it was on its way now so I presume either they forgot our order or hooked our tracker up with someone else’s order. Ordered tonight and was waiting over 45 mins for it to arrive squished. Opened up our pizza and the pizza was wrong. We ordered stuffed crust, tomato and peppers. We had been given one with just a classic crust, mince meat and mushrooms on. Rang up the shop and explained and they didn’t seem very bothered or apologetic. They said they’d bring out the correct pizza but understandably wanted the incorrect pizza back. I asked for the sides to come too as they would be even colder than they were when they arrived and they said very miserably they would bring out the whole order again. Very disappointing and annoying when you are hungry (especially a hungry pregnant woman)🤣

The pizzas were ordered for delivery at 12 noon. They arrived 5 mins early so excellent service. The pizzas were hot, fresh and absolutely gorgeous! I couldn't stop eating it lol. Fully recommend the festive feast stuffed crust it was amazing and one of the best pizzas ive ever had. We have a pizza oven and make delish home pizzas but this was next level…also better than pizza express. Will be ordering again. Thank you

Me and my girlfriend always order for this store and normally it’s perfect but on this occasion it wasn’t. Made a complaint about a pizza that we received and they got back to us in a timely manner and we’re so helpful, the manager handed the situation really well and provided excellent customer service. Will always order from this dominos!

Amazing food quick and easy to order I really enjoyed the food!

Ordered the pizza deal last night, pizzas came within 20 minutes of ordering, no social distancing on door step, pizzas not cooked through, absolutely disgusting - thick uncooked dough, clearly that's why they came so quickly - put them in the oven to cook them through - what a complete waste of my hard earned NHS money - safe to say I won't be ordering again - £25 may as well have burnt it on the fire....

Manager was fantastic. Told him of an issue and was very polite and responded very professionally offering a solution to the issue. Would recommend.

Went to go pick up 2 pizzas and an assortment of sides with a few friends social distancing and covid guidelines followed made me feel very safe food was amazing and the girl who handed me our order was very kind and approachable

Pizzas were dreadful. Hardly any cheese nor toppings. Not up to usual Domino’s standards. If you pay premium for pizza, you expect top quality!

Its alright sending email offers but that shouldnt mean you should lower your quaility standards. My pepperoni pizza was soggy, to thick and under cooked. I said that it had extra cheese, not on mine unfortunatly Please don't bother sending any vouchers that won't get used. Back to Dominos for me :-(

Used to be a good buy but the last few months have been hit and miss. Tonight’s was barely warm, burnt and the order was wrong. Will go elsewhere from now on I think. Standards are slipping. Shame.

As always the food is good. However, what’s baffled me is that when I open a box of ‘dominos cookies’ I receive a garlic bread. I’m not necessarily angry, I’m just disappointed. Next time I order cookies I’m hoping to receive the cookies and not a garlic bread in a cookies box. Please get it right next time, thanks. Bye.

Just ordered, was missing the cheese garlic twists/doughballs whatever.. Called them back to receive them, just sent garlic ones, clearly didn't listen nor pay attention properly to the order... For how much you pay (and it can be worth it for how nice dominos pizzas actually are) the whole of what they serve is nice yeah, but at least get the orders right, all I really wanted was cheesy garlic doughballs!

Very friendly staff that are welcoming every visit, their pizza are amazing although can be quite expensive. I would recommend the Domino's app as it is full of various deals which could save you money.

Order from here twice a week on the app with a voucher code but due to the owner of the franchise opting out because of greed I no longer order it’s not about the money I save it’s the principle so now order from Pizza Hut around the corner an get great deals to.

Rang for offers on pizza. They gave me more expensive options not the full options available. The guy on the phone didnt know what he was doing then passed me onto a collegue who asked "what was my problem" i didnt know i had one !!!!! Very rude and had an attitude and she was very unhelpful . So cancelled my order. By chance Rang the chantry bridge shop. Who was very helpful and informative, polite and offered me the deal i usually get without any hassle and said what i wanted was still available as a deal. So 5 stars to the chantry bridge for knowing what they are doing even though he was having training when i went to collect.1 srar to horbury road. Had problems before with horbury road with vouchers they dont seem to be polite or helpful and are rude meaning having attitude when talking to a customer.

Ordered a half half today Hawaiian / pepperoni, onion and mushrooms. What I received was a big mess. Onions only on 3 slices out of 5. Same thing on second half with pineapple. There was some mushrooms on the half where shouldn’t be any. One slice of pizza was without any toppings. I would share a photo of that but there is no such an option. Very disappointed !!!!

Very expensive ! Over priced for the quality of there food. Pizzas where both extra thin everything just falls off and to be honest there's hardly any toppings on the pizza anyway. Overall experience wasn't good. Well over rated place and I won't be eating from there anymore.

Whilst in store we requested an easy to implement change on a pizza due to a dietary intolerance. The staff clearly thought it was hilarious, it was humiliating to have to stand there whilst staff were clearly mocking. We also found black hairs on the pizzas.

They used to be my favourite but after the last 2 visits I won't be back, topping not spread about, big lumps of meat/sausage so it wasn't warm & the pizza Base wasn't cooked

Good branch of domino's, but if you don't have vouchers don't bother paying the OTT prices not when you can go to seggys (segundos) down the road and get a better quality one for half the price

Courteous staff, usual Domino's menu with delivery service. Small amount of parking but better than at the nearby Pizzahut branch. Easy access in town.
