Food arrived cold. Over charged by £5, apparently the prices on their website and just eat were wrong. Items missing from order. Will not be ordering again.

Always used these however last 3 orders have been wrong / missing items . Not sure what's happened to them. Disappointing.

The only white guy working there short changed me and after making my nann bread never even washed his hands and put his hands straight into the salad which is now contaminated with gluten. And when he handed me my food. I noticed his hands was dirty and had black stuff under his finger nails 🤢 absolutely disgusting

Ordered my food got a chicken box and they forgot the chip always ordered from this place but never again they forgot my pizza as well hat to go back for it absolute joke

Ordered my food through the website at 11:57 it’s now 2:30am and the food never turned up I called the restaurant an hour after I ordered to see where my food was and they said it was on its way and it would be 5 minutes

Don't order from this place, last 3 times we've ordered its had something missing, this last time took the biscuit, wife ordered a large donner kebab with salad order got delivered no salad don't they read what the customer has ordered, safe to say I wrung them up, they new what they had done, and said they will send a carton of salad 45 mins later no salad my wife's food had gone cold so she didn't eat it,

The food was ok but stayed up all night drinking water because I was thirsty, the food has a lot of salt in. Fast delivery. The order was correct but would not order again.

Overpriced and customer service was meh. I didn’t know if it was the actual cardboard box that it came in that I was eating or the pizza. Tastes like a raw aunt Bessie’s Yorkshire pudding. Could be worse tho.

Ordered a meat feast pizza last night just after 11pm was told it 50p extra for people being sick out side to pay the lad that cleans up !! They probably sick due to the pizza being like old boot leather , never seen meat feast & never again

Normally always perfect. But today and few weeks ago got the wrong order. Waited almost a hour and half so really didnt want to wait even longer. Not sure why orders are wrong when its printed out on the ticket.

And what I received a very small portion of chips when a friend oderded chip and chips and received a larger portion. The guy on the till who's alway their response was I was intoxicated 🤣and asked the bounce to remove me from the the establishment. Best joke I'm absolutely sober, my car was outside and the bouncer appolgies for the staff behavior and die not remove me from the takeaway Absolutely disgrace

Regular customers is normally nice but never ordering here again said it would be 1 hour took almost 2 was ringing them and no one was answering. When it came didn't get all the items I ordered and the food seemed warmed up and the pizza was burnt.

I came to your takeaway last night and I bought a Donner pizza and some cheesy chips the pizza was burnt and the amount they charged me was ridiculous I want my money bk or a refund!!!!!

Take away was really busy & there was a slow moving que. we waited 20 mins to be served as a group of young woman walked in, pushed to the front of the que & were served straight away instead of been told to get in the que. when we complained to the staff they said they didn’t realise they had pushed in when they could clearly see the que in front of them. Food then took ages to cook. Mucky & dirty tables! Go elsewhere. Only gave one circle because it wouldn’t let me leave zero.

So the order was late and I rang and I was told they were only just wrapping it up. Took over 1 hr 20 mins plus to deliver. No apology no offer of discount and when I asked for some pop for my kiss I was abruptly told I had one can in my order, So I pushed as I was annoyed at the lack of apology and his rude tone and he reluctantly agreed to 1 free can of pop. I wouldn't mind but I order at least a couple times a month but the service over the last six months has got longer and longer for delivery which is a shame. .... as I work in customer service I find It a shame as good used to always be early hot and the staff polite.

Ordered pepperoni pizza and chips ,the pizza was under cooked ,took two bites from a slice and nearly threw up so it went straight in bin,the chips were cold.will never order from there again,would give no stars if I could.

Worst pizza I have ever had. The topping slid off the thin pizza crust as we tried to eat it. It was clear the food that was used was cheap as nothing had any taste. We ordered a ham and pineapple with mushrooms and salami as extras. A good inch around the edges were left uncovered with any topping....however in this case it was probably a blessing!!! NOT RECOMMENDED.

Asked what size the regular and large chips were. They told me. So I ordered Then they served me something half the size and had the front to tell me that's what they'd told me 5 mins previous. So I got a refund but no food. Thanks rajas! Useless!!!!

Really poor quality food pound for pound. Charges extra for salad and sauce separate when wholesale cost of tubs is a penny a piece. Reviewing the morning after due to the unexpected usage of two rolls of Andrex. Shocking... my arse is like a Japanese flag, crying after being punched with a fist full of nettles.

My son collected his order to then slip on the ice outside the shop and droped his milkshakes. Shop refused to replace them. I drove up and asked the manager as a gensture of goodwill would he replace them as it was £7 for 2 milkshakes. He was very very rude and said not his problem. We have always bought from rajas but after tonight it will be the last. Outside the shop is sheet ice. We also whitnessed their delivery driver reverse into another parked car. For customer service you get a zero

1/5 is far too high to rate them, sadly there is no option for a 0, the food is awful, poor customer service, the food was flat cold when me and my partner ordered I rang to obviously complain and they fobbed me off, very rude and made no effort to keep my custom very disgusted and certainly a wage of my money as I chucked the 2 meals in the bin! Will never order from here again, appalling

Nice food did come quick but paid for 2 cans of tango which is clearly itemised on my reciept didnt recieve them after ringing i was told they will tell the driver off but never said theyd bring them customer service needs working on you can charge a customer then not give them it first time ive used them and i wont use them again

Absolutely appalling service. I told the staff politely three times I was allergic to mayonnaise and asked to ensure it wasn't on my panini, to which they agreed. I trusted they wouldn't put it on, however after a couple of bites I realised it did in fact have mayo on it. This is incredibly irresponsible and luckily only gave me an upset stomach. Absolute waste of my money and a danger to my health. I shouldn't have to rip apart my meal to see if they listened to my reasonable request, especially as I ensured they understood my allergy.

Just ordered from this sad excuse of a take away and found a large piece of plastic within my kebab, the worst part about this was the rudeness and lack of customer service of the man on the phone! I explained to the man of that I had found plastic in my kebab, his reply was "sometimes packaging can get in the food and these things happen" I asked the man what was he going to do about it and his reply was" I can send someone with another kebab" I explained I didn't want another kebab and that I want my money back I paid for the kebab, I also explained I had made an order of over £20 so I expect quality food" his reply was that he could send someone with £3.50 later on or tomorrow and I explained that I want the money tonight seen as though he was willing to send another kebab tonight, after over 5 minutes on the phone I explained to the man I want my money before 12am tonight and he said they were very busy and opened till 4am so not to expect money before 4am. Disgraceful excuse of food quality and disgusting customer service. After looking on JUST EAT I can confirm the price I paid for the kebab is £4.50 and therefore there also con men! I certainly will never order from here again and I strongly recommend no one else eats food from this establishment!

Been here loads, a dozen+. Eaten in, picked up and had home deliveries. Also fast and accurately estimated food service. A good clear menu with lots of choice. The pizzas a lovely and crisp, the deep pan isn't too stodgy. Good toppings tho its all turkey ham. The kebabs are good, the chicken tikka Boti kebab is the stuff of dreams. Lots of huge juicy chicken pieces, marinated well, chargrilled for proper flavour. Served on a nice fresh naan.... my "go to dish". The doner and chicken done are great too. None of the food has ever been greasy. Never had a burger yet. My only gripe.... they are a bit mean with the salad- its very basic too. A great place, very clean, friendly guys & I've never had a problem. Defo recommend and defo will be back.... Rajas takes some beating! There's a handy app now which saves you some dosh too.... result!

Regularly ordered from here but after the miserable excuse for food that was delivered last night ......... not any more. Literally the scrag ends of kebab and a tasteless, soggy, tepid chicken wrap . Not a great way to keep regular customers .......back to Livornos it is !

I ordered a bolognais pizza and 2 garlic mayo dips. I recieved a plain cheese pizza and no dips but still got charged for it. This is not the first time they have forgotten something or got my order wrong and I'm sick of having to ring them back up!! They always say they haven't got change for notes so they get more than they should be payed. When ringing today to order they wasn't friendly over the phone. One of the best take always we've ever had. Pizza was delicious. As was everything else we ordered. Delivery only took 30 mins and food was piping hot! (Apart from the milkshake) .. Will be ordering from there again without a doubt!!!

Delivery took an hour and a half. When I rung up to chase up what was happening, I was spoken to very rudely. Food arrived cold and needed heating up. Food is nice enough if you're willing to wait all evening for it to arrive! I won't be ordering from Raja's again.

Once again another beautiful meal can't believe how nice the meal and cheesecake was 😀
