I wouldn't recommend chix wings, it's not seasoned, it has no taste, the only thing I feel after it is the taste of salt, it's not good. the curry is not bad, it has flavor and was fresh.

Mixed kebab with salad and chill sauce, really enjoyed, fresh salad and meat was luvly cooked, chilli sauce 😘👌 really enjoyed definitely will be treating myself again, thank you

Can't knock it , had many takeaways from here over the years and not had a bad one , and delivery is the quickest out of all the takeaways I've used around here.

Use to be one of our favourite takeaways,not sure whats happened.. disappointed with my korma,my plate was full of water, and the rice wasnt pilau rice either

Avoid with all cost! Makhani Meat & Chicken was just basically chicken mixed with sugar and potato flour,horrible!

This place has gone downhill badly since the previous manager left. Won't order again as the last few times I've ordered it's disgusting but been giving them the benefit of the doubt but not anymore. Tonight's food for instance, soggy stale chips tasted like cardboard, soggy gone off salad looked like slime, donner meat and calzone absolutely swimming in oil. Food is very bland and tasteless. Not happy at all, you've just lost a loyal customer.

Nice food decent prices nice and warm reasonable prices

Ordered here a couple of times and had nothing but great experiences. Curry portions are generous, tandoori wings are fantastic and the free pizza for spending £20 is a nice addition. Always turns up quick, new favourite.

This place has gone down hill! Chicken burger was cold and not cooked thoroughly; Chips were hard, stale and had been fryed multiple times. Not good!

Unhappy tonight with food from sultans! Uncooked chapati, paid for large curry got half tub. Put curry on a plate with the chips was just grease. Disappointed isn’t the word. Won’t be ordering again. Rang the manager was asked if wanted another sent out said no as waited hour for this. Would sort of next time well won’t be next time sorry.

We were having a family meal and have a favourite curry house and decided to have a 'change'. Looking around, there was Sultan on 'Just Eat' delivering to our postcode - 10 miles from our house. We called them to double check that they could deliver and they were going to be too busy unless we arranged the delivery after 9pm. Really appreciated them saying this because we then decided to order and collect ourselves. This was a good decision. We placed a large order and asked when they would like us to collect. With each curry, they give you chips, chapatti or nan. At the appropriate time, we collected and was shocked at the price - it was very cheap and we wondered what the catch was. Everything was on show, with the older gentleman doing the cooking in front of you, adding in spices from a selection you could see. Really interesting. In addition, they knocked off a couple of quid and gave us a bottle of drink of our choice. When we got back and started to unwrap, a lot of things were wrapped in foil, which we thought was unusual. Having read some of the negative reviews, we noted that the temperature of the food was often mentioned. Our journey back took about 20-25mins and our food was still hot. Not only did it keep the food hot, as well, the foil is recyclable. The food itself we would rate as a more traditional type of cooking that you might get in Bradford, rather than the more Westernised curry houses. Everything was tasty, spicy and we all enjoyed it. The challenge with any restaurant who delivers is keeping things warm and I think people who leave negative reviews need to consider this. Also, it is one of those take aways that are doing curry first and everything else to please the masses. A pizza in a cardboard box will always go cold quicker. We enjoyed the whole experience and would highly recommend.

Not impressed on our first time ordering from here, pizza was burnt.. Hardly and cheese at all. Delivery was made within a reasonable time, fries and burger were OK, pretty bog standard, doubt we will be ordering from here again. Especially with the £5 delivery charge.

Don't bother, stone cold and burnt. Pay extra for a deep pan and they deliver you a stone cold, burnt, extra thin attempt at a pizza.

Terrible pizza cold very little toppings no cheesei thought cheese was one of the main ingredients in a pizza not so at sultans have used them before very hit and miss after this I will be looking for somewhere else for my Saturday takeaway

Ordered it for the first time came cold had a few bites and now fallen poorly waiting around 2 hours for my food, for the price could of gone to a restaurant would of saved me been poorly and actually something decent to eat definitely wouldn’t suggest eating here!

First time we have ever ordered from here 05.03.22 6.20pm we ordered online and paid 8.30pm it arrived very cold and couldn't and why should we have to microwave it,kept phoning and we kept being told the driver is only a few minutes away,when the driver did arrive he asked what time we ordered and told us to complain which we did but didn't get anywhere the manager wasn't bothered, so we couldn't eat the food and wasted almost £40,thank you Pizza Heaven,NEVER AGAIN!!!

First time ordering from a mail shot menu!! The food quality is first class and delivery was to the minute, the food was piping hot & plenty of it! so what else is there to do but enjoy..will order again soon!! My birthday take away was better than the first order, if that's possible, spot on food, spot on delivery food hot and delicious.. the Samosas to die for..really recommend this place for take away & delivery Another hot delicious meal, delivered on time, first class service

Nearly two hours waiting for inedibke food and half the order missing. Tried to call the restaurant but the phone just rings and rings do you can't speak to anyone. Very disappointed. Expensive and couldn't eat any of it.

My husband loves the curry,s , i ordered garlic burger with extra oinions , suppose to come with salad , small sliced lettuce under the burger isn't a salad , couldn't find extra onions i paid for , there wasn't even the slightest aroma or taste of any garlic , chips were nice though n burger ok Well 2 weeks on , hubby loved his masala , i decided to try pizza instead and wow , so really enjoyed it , hot n tasty , thank you x

Gone down hill over the last couple of years. Used to be the best Korma around, now it's by far the worst. Bland and tasteless. Thought it might have been a one off so gave it another go, but still as bad. Such a shame. Dont understand why they don't listen to feedback about it? I rang them about the quality and in all fairness, they said the next time I ordered from them, the Korma would be free. I ordered the free Korma a few weeks later, thinking they'd make sure it was right this time, but no, was exactly the same 👎 No more chances now 🤷‍♀️

Not right cracking tbh..cost 8.80 for chicken dopiaza 4 chappatis and boiled rice...the rice was nearly hard never seen boiled and the chicken dopiaza was well in need of some chicken in it..very disappointed lads...

I've used this place for years and years with no problems. However probably due to new owners the standard of the food has dropped. Constantly forgetting items on orders. Won't be going back any time soon.

yesterday me and my family decided to get 2 pizzas, 2 chips, kebab meat and a plain cheese burger from sultans so i place my order on their website. i waited for 1 hour and 15 minutes and it still wasn’t here so i called and asked how long it would be and he said 4 minutes at the latest were just around the corner so i said ok and waited again. another 1h and 35m went by and the delivery driver pulls up and i asked i said what the hell is going on i’ve been waiting for my pizza for nearly 3 h now and he didn’t have anything to say so i go to serve the kids the food and the pizzas are ice cold the chips were all floppy from the amount of grece and the kebab meat was burnt but still cold and the PLAIN cheeseburger had onions mayo lettuce and everything on it i didn’t want overall terrible experience would not recommend i’m very dissapointed because now i have to find a new takeout shop to order from !

Ordered kahari mixed curry, balti mixed curry written on the lid thought that'll be ok as waited for hour and quarter. The only mixed about it was chicken and onion!!!! Mighty meat pizza was cold and basic meat feast. Step up lads if you don't have the ingredients give ur customer's the chance to change their choice, hence the rating bitterly disappointed and feel £16 was wasted.

Just ordered a pizza, kebab meat and chips from here. I had chicken korma pizza, absolutely no filling, kebab meat and salad was just slop and chips were inedible due to been burnt!! Will not be ordering from here ever again!
