Papa Dino's in Wakefield

Terrible, don't know what has happened to this take away. I've ordered from here for over 10 years, always great food. The last few times it's been late and cold. Tonight my order was over £30 it was flat cold, I'd already paid before I realised. I phoned them up and they weren't interested. Offered me a free pizza next time. A free pizza for £30 worth of flat cold food. I said that wasn't good enough, I won't order again he said OK. Couldn't have cared less! Disgraceful attitude!

I ordered from here two weeks since not knowing it’s been took over for the third time I ordered regular doner and when it came it had no salad on or chili and I rang the shop to say it’s not what I ordered and they promised me a portion of salad and chili sauce and it never turned up and this incident has happened twice on the trot now it’s a joke and the way the new owners are performing they will end up closing down as they can’t follow instructions New customers give this a miss as I won’t order again

Last 3 times I have rung I get this disengaged tone is this place still open for business ? Rang in week and Saturday night

Ordered a regular doner and when it came the chilli was like water I’m fed up of telling the staff here about issues with food when I receive it and think I’m going to go elsewhere from now on.

Ordered a regular doner on Thursday 21/1/21 and one on Saturday 23/1/21 and the doner meat totally dry and the red cabbage was nearly black!it tasted awful and I had to throw it as it was tasteless,anyway I rang up and complained and all they said was sorry,(not good enough) I’ve noticed when there busy the standards of food drop.

Get doner kebab from here every week and they never fail to unimpress me it’s always fresh and hot and the portions are excellent and they deliver on time too.

Food was ok, but consequences after is not. A £7 order ended up costing me £9 all together in bog roll after 3 days of bad stomach 🙄

Ordered a regular doner and they said up to 1 hr 15mins anyway 1hr 40 mins it turns up so I sent it back!this shop gone down hill since the new owner took over I’ve been a good customer for ten yrs and they think they can deliver to you when it suits them and I will never order again from you and I can’t see this shop surviving much longer because there absolutely useless at deliveries-

Been using this shop since it opened and it’s recently gone down hill thanks to the new owner Everytime I order doner kebab I ask for plenty of chili and salt n Lemon anyway when it gets delivered there’s hardly any chili on and no salt or Lemon, what’s happened to putting the customer first new owner and carry on not giving the customer what he asks for and your business won’t last long.

Have really good value for money meal deals. Always cooked to perfection. Very enjoyable. Deffo recommend.

The best kebabs in castleford by far the portion size is great and the salad always fresh and the staff are always helpful too I Recommend this shop to new customers.
