A regular customer, food was always good from here, but I can definitely see a change. The pizzas were dry, hard and little topping. I won't be returning very soon. 🙄

Been using this place for a while but not anymore they have hiked up there prices 2 times in the last 6 months plus they have delivery driver that does not know how to use a gate and sits in his car and rings for you to go to him for the food you ordered at the delivery cost of £2 should not have to pay if he can't be bothered to do his job

Really nice mixed kebab and chips, very enjoyable and would go back! Stumbled across it just looking for somewhere open from 4pm

Their chicken wings were absolutely amazing. Fresh, meaty, tasty. Hit all the spots. Had to write this after just having them. Only one slice into my pizza and that's just as good so far!

Order here on a regular basis but last few times the chicken burger as been the worst it's so hard to get thru not sure what there doing to it but you could smash a window as it's that hard and one perticuler driver never gets out of his car and knocks on door he just sits there or rings you to come out for it how is that door delivery

We order from here on a regular basis the food can be ace delivery is good apart from one driver who never seems to knock on your door just sits there waiting after he rings to say food is here so you pay for door delivery he does not deliver to your door

My partner ordered a small donor kebab tonight for himself which was correct but my order wasn't. I asked for a large tray of donor meat which was meant to be on a nan bread and he also ticked I would like garlic sauce but all I got was a tray of meat, no nan and no sauce!

Food used to be really good, especially the pizzas, has been yesterday but the food wasn’t the same Sony be coming back

Pizzas had over 2" crust. means less cheese and other topping all around. 16"pizza looked like 12" and 12" looked like 9" not to mention only 3 tubs of souce were given for every 4 16" pizzas.Wont be ordering from here again. not impress at all. double pepperoni pizza had hardly any peperoni on it. I wonder what would have looked the normal peperoni. disapponintment. Price were higher than their menu advertised too.

Fast delivery, Best chicken tikka kebab I’ve ever eaten, good quality meat, pitta wasn’t soggy either like they are from other places.

Really disappointed with our latest delivery usually great food but I’m vegan so ordered onion rings and vegetable samosa both were burnt to a crisp and inedible boys happy with their meals

Got a kebab with chips. Donner: 4/5 Meat was good for the price. Chips: 3/5 It's okay, but just okay. Sauces: 3.5/5 Good but had much better. Salad: 5/5 Perfect, fresh. Order in person rather than collection as time estimate was off, making the food luke warm.

Ordered tonight for curry, pizza and naan, friendly and polite on the phone, told to collect within 15 minutes, food was ready when we got there, piping hot when we got back, lovely tasty food. Good quality, fair price will definitely order again. Thank you

A lot of money for little food. I could of ordered from elsewhere and been full. The quality was there but quantity wouldn't full my youngest.

Threatening behaviour from driver and restaurant after someone gave the wrong house number by mistake. Scared my daughter who ended up having to report to the police as the driver wouldn’t stop harrassing her and even prevented her from closing the door, getting in her face and practically spitting at her. You should be ashamed.

Food was great, customer service top tier, and can always have a friendly chat with staff. The young lad on the till is very friendly and fast. Overall a very good place to eat and definitely would recommend.

Cant believe people say best takeaway around must be paid to say that stuff..absolutely vile soggy steamy burger and chips I wouldn't leave out for a rat feel like throwing half of the burger I ate back up so I dont become I'll!!!!!!

In the past week we have ordered food from here and tonight 9th of December we rang to get a delivery again and the price as gone up again 3 times in a week someone defo trying to rip customers off so we cancelled the order I don't mind if prices go up but £15 for a order and you don't get much anyway but will never order again from these and I think everyone should give them a wide birth go somewhere else

My order took over an hour and a half , when the food eventually arrived it was cold, the driver never apologized and when i rang the restaurant whoever answered the phone could not speak very good English and was not very helpful or particularly bothered. My 1st and last time ordering i do not reccomend

Totally in love with their Calzone. Just delicious, there are always lots of other orders they work on, so always some delay but the owner is nice enough to give some free drink or extra fries. Didn't really try anything else but can definitely reccomend for calzone

chips were soggy. ordered a fudge cake and the cream had leaked out because it wasn’t a suitable container and leaked into my burger and chips ruening my meal.

We ordered 2 chicken balti's and a mixed starter they aren't anywhere near a balti it tasted burnt and extremely salty the starter was salty the rahita was horrible will never order from there again

I do like this fast food restaurant/take-away but last time I ordered a calzone and it didnt have the mushrooms in... Normally the food is to a good standard apart from the chips sometimes being tasteless. But its a good place!

Curry was lovely although i would say too much sauce and not enough chicken.

Food arrived 50 minutes late. We called the restaurant who said it would be 2 minutes away and waited another 15minutes to take it to 50 minutes late. When it arrived it was stone cold!! Doubt we will order from shanices again.

Chicken jalfrezi we ordered wasn't a chicken jalfrezi poppadoms were soggy tasted like there was a day old and the chapati bread is not chapati bread it's got sultanas in it so overall messed up the complete order nice one

After waiting an hour for my chicken and chips with salt and ketchup and a portion of Donner meat with mayonnaise. What turned up was Chicken wings and chips instead of 2 pieces of chicken and chips and dry donner meat and no sauces at all despite having requested that. The person who got the order ready could have double checked with a simple phone call about the chicken and the sauces were clearly on the receipt. Disappointed.

Everything was so good. Will be back for sure. I'm heading out to the states tomorrow to start a career and it was nice to have good old British grub I'm my belly before I set off. More sauce on the kebabs would be nice but otherwise can't fault it. Thank you

I have ordered the calzones a few times from Shanices and tonight they weren't that good the main one been the meat feast it's ment to have a mixture of different meats it might aswell have just been a donner meat calzone disappointed as usually really nice from Shanices.
