Everything was amazing the staff were nice the food was great it was easy to order and the wait time wasn’t long at all . We all enjoyed ourselves. Staff went above and beyond interacted with my daughter and kept her entertained.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent visit from your high street, Canterbury restaurant. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet the standards I expected. Firstly, my food arrived significantly later than the estimated delivery time. This delay was quite inconvenient and affected the quality of my dining experience. Secondly, despite specifically requesting mayonnaise for my fries, it was not included in my order. This oversight was particularly frustrating as it was a key part of my meal.

Went here for lunch on bank holiday weekend & the place was packed. The food was good!

Welcomed with ‘card only and order on your phone’. I asked if I could not order on my phone. ‘You need to go to the till or wait until I can get to you’!! Apparently it is Pizza Hut company policy brought in during Covid - but not all follow it (maybe because we have moved on from Covid except for Canterbury). I decided not to eat there in case I was asked to cook my food, wash the plates and put the bins out as well.

Pizza Hut? More like Pizza Shut! This chain will be closed before long. What a silly way to order some food. Zero option to pay with cash. Absolutely no service other than when they bring your food out. To order using a QR code when the lady could have just taken our order right there and then has perplexed myself. What happens if you forget your phone or your battery has died? I will not be going back. Sort it out Pizza Hut 🍕

We has the £44 meal deal. Which is pizza 2 sides 2 desserts and unlimited salad. You do have to pay extra for your drinks though. You can also take any home if you cant eat it all.

Curtis the waiter was nice. However Hannah the manager was not nice. We ordered a sharing pizza that we intended as we always do when we go to pizza hut to share between three. When Hannah brought our pizza she brought only two plates (?). And then told us in a stern voice that if you order one sharing pizza only two people have the salad bar included. We have never been told that in all our previous pizza hut visits at various other locations. (And later we could not find where this rule is stated on the menu.) Since Hannah had embarrassed us with her stern announcement, making us feel as we were stealing (we had already filled 3 salad bowls), we simply said 'ok' to which she just turned and walked away without saying anything further. Moments later the friendly waiter Curtis arrived somewhat sheepishly with the card machine for us to pay £6.99 for an additional salad, which we did without question. The experience was a bad one. We can't help but feel that Hannah ambushed us with a policy that is not universally applied across all pizza huts. Her stern, unfriendly and accusatory manner embarrassed us. We would not return to Canterbury pizza hut as a result. If anyone reads this I would be grateful if you could please clarify if Hannah has made up this two salads per sharing pizza rule or if we have been lucky previously. Thank you

I do actually love Pizza hut but hate the fact I'm now forced to order my own food on my phone instead of what a waitress should be doing. Also I do not agree with not having the choice of whether I would like to pay with cash or card, I think it's disgusting that you do not give people the choice. This whole cashless business is rubbish!!!!!!

Ordering my meal on the phone was quite easy and the service was very good and the staff made sure I was happy with my food and drinks and was very helpful

Not sure what happened to the pizza! We ordered Vegi Surpreme pizza and seems like they used an old margarita pizza with dry cheese and put some veggies on top (as seen in the pictures. Looks like the pizza was cut first veggies were put on top after). It was very chewy and slimy.

I ordered two pizza's from pizza hut. the last time I ordered from them was a decade ago, and never again. the bottom of the pizzas were drenched in oil, and flakey barley any ingredients, and completely misleading. on their website they ask you with garlic or without garlic so naturally I'm thinking they use the garlic somehow to make the pizza with. they are not clear about it, and tell you that when they say with garlic or without what they mean is with garlic sauce or without, that's their tactics saving 5 or ten pence from a pot of sauce so I got no sauce and when it comes to their sizes they have small medium and large, but for someone that hasn't ordered from them in years. your not to know what the sizes actually are. It's the worst pizza in the city. my advice would be do not buy from pizza hut. the only flavour you will get is vegetable oil. Buy from a local pizzeria they are way better by a long shot. you can get a better flavoured pizza from Asda frozen section believe me and it only costs £3 or £4 it was sickening yuck 🤢🤮🤢🤮.

I cannot fault the staff they were excellent.But the ordering on the app and not being able to pay by cash is diabolical no choice shame on you ceo s at pizza hut.The food was average the pizza was ok but not stocked properly the salad was a bit cheap didn't really like.Ice cream was not brilliant flavour a bit watered down so I will not be returning to pizza hut.I feel sorry for the staff.

What has happened to Pizza Hut? Used to be the flag ship of pizza. Visited the Canterbury branch today. After waiting 30min no service we had to chase them. Pizza was poor will not visit there again

Our visit to Pizza Hut on a Wednesday afternoon was nothing short of exceptional, and it's all thanks to the incredible service we received from the sole staff member on duty – a short waitress with brown hair, whose name sadly escaped us. On this particular afternoon, the restaurant was seemingly quiet, with only one waitress handling all the tables. Despite the demands of being the only one working, she exhibited remarkable patience, going above and beyond to make our dining experience special. She took the time to explain the menu thoroughly, guiding us through the options and ensuring we made the perfect choices. Her attention to detail and dedication to accommodating our preferences truly stood out. As for the food, Pizza Hut once again delivered with its mouthwatering pizzas. Our orders arrived promptly and were deliciously hot and fresh. The cleanliness of the restaurant and the relaxed atmosphere made our family meal even more enjoyable.

I dropped in on impulse and found that they required you to order using their app. I had never done this before. A very kind, helpful member of staff helped me through the process. The food was excellent too.

£52 for pizza that was cold on arrival. Chewy and tough. Bone dry garlic bread... safe to say will not be a returning customer.

I was there once for a pizza. The pizza was very bad.

The lady who seems to be the manager was extremely rude and condescending. She came over to our table and said we need to order online and pay first in a rude manner, with her finger pointing at the code repeatedly as if we tried to avoid paying on purpose. She then insisted that we order tap water online and refused to give us glasses for that. I had to ask someone else and explain that we are only using it to drink tap water which should be free. Not a pleasant experience. I took my mum here since she likes the food here but we are both very disappointed by the service. Shocking.

I love Pizza Hut, the pizza, salad bar, sides and ice cream factory and refillable drinks is always a nice treat and quite unique that keeps me coming back.

The pizza buffet deal with unlimited pizza, salad, refillable soft drink and ice cream station is excellent value. The pizza on the buffet was replenished frequently and was really good, as was the salad. The ice cream from the machine is not particularly nice ( flavourless and icy) but we were so full of pizza it wasn't a big issue.

Great value for money with the lunchtime buffet offer. Staff could not have been more friendly and helpful especially Tobias who was looking after our table

We came here for some pizza and we enjoyed the pizza. The food was all well-cooked, not greasy, and tasty. The guy who welcomed us in told us how to order, and we were seated next to the window. I believe he should get a raise for his work, seemingly the only one doing anything in this cosy, underrated place. Would eat here again.

Took our group of adults with learning difficulties and had a wonderful experience!! Curtis served us and he was an absolute star! He is so kind and patient with our students abd always ensures we have a brilliant experience whenever we visit. He always goes above and beyond to help our group and give us amazing service. Unfair manager who discriminated against teenagers was very rude. All staff completely ignored us and were passive aggressive and spoke to other customers about us in an unfair light when the things they said were untrue. It made us all very uncomfortable. Won’t be going back

Staff were great. Including kitchen staff. All worked well as a team. Food and service were all great.

We enjoyed a buffet at lunchtime. Staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. Pizza and garlic bread was good. Salad bar was lacking a few items but to be fair we were told this when we ordered and it didn't spoil our experience. Only negative is pizza hut insists on card only payment which meant the cash I was going to pay with had to be put in bank to cover card payment - hardly the height of convenience! But at least the food was nice.

Went there a few days ago, asked if we could order and pay by card as we were having issues with the app,staff member went to ask manager but never came back to tell us so we left . Not enough staff there , we were not the only people having issues with the app

Pizza by numbers. Run with minimum staff and a frustrating self ordering app. 90% of pizza places in town are better.

We have a 2 yo who won't sit in highchairs so we asked for a booth by the window so we can box her in. We were told no by the young girl because she would have to wipe the table and sweep the floor which was odd. Once she'd seen we had a stroller she said in that case yes you can sit there because you have a buggy. Once seated was eventually told we have to order online through their WIFI, we didn't want to because we went to a restaurant for table service. She then said we could order as normal but mustn't tell the manager if asked. It was all very strange. We waited a further 15 minutes just sitting there being completely ignored by the staff. I wouldn't recommend registering with any public places WIFI as you can open yourself up to rogue networks and man-in-the-middle cy erattacks.

The service from the host was sadly much better than the pizza. It was so dry and not cheesy at all. Regardless the host Taijon had a wonderful personality and made us feel welcome. We will not be dining here again as the manager’s attitude was off putting .

Food Was great but staff is extremely rude !!

Taste of pizza was good but staff members were not supportive at all during the order preparation. Behaviour of staff was annoying. I have ordered 2 pizzas for take away and then asked for ketchup or any sauces or oregano or pepper for seasoning but staff were reluctant to provide anything.

A very friendly atmosphere with staff who knew what they were doing, were prompt in their service and were confident enough with customers that they were willing to engage in conversations outside of purely business matters. Edit: We have now been returning customers once per week for about two months, and the service has been phenomenal every time. My jaded heart is utterly suprised at how fantastic they have been.

We went to this restaurant last night for an early dinner, I had booked a table as I remember it as always very busy. On arrival I was greeted with "we only take card payments and my manager prefers you to book on the app". Only two tables were in use, not surprisingly, as the welcome was non-existent. We agreed to pay by card but I refused to download an app for one meal so the waitress said she would take our order. We had to pay at the table whenever an item was delivered resulting in four separate receipts. The food was ok but the salad bar was practically empty and the dressings were not labelled so we relied on guesswork , whatever happened to customer service? I felt that they couldn't have cared less.

Visited here while shopping food I am unable to give 5 stars because this establishment doesn't take cash ...I was fortunate enough to have a card to pay but what about those people who get caught out as I wasn't told it was card only until I went to pay the bill

My family and I had a very pleasant dining experience here. we were promptly greeted by.friendly young man who showed us to our table. He had a wonderful sene of humor which made us laugh several times, especially my younger son. Throughout the meal, he checked in on us, making sure we how things worked. He made quite the impression on us. The food was delicious from both the pizza and salad bars. Service was prompt, and the price was reasonable.I highly recommend this restaurant.

The pizza was delicious but the lady who works there I think she should be the owner of the shop. She was very rude. We went there for first time. And I got the cutlery from the box which was in the corner section. She yelled at me for that. I was very upset, I ordered already.if not I would've cancelled the order. I won't go there here after

The waitress was lovely , and was great with our daughter, cannot fault her at all. But , I remember when I was my daughters age and going to Pizza Hut was a great experience, the one in canterbury years ago had character with lovely booths to sit. There was staff buzzing around always happy to help. Unfortunately, now you go in sit on a generic corner cafe table and chairs and are asked to order via a qr code on the table. And, once the food is ordered you are going to be greatly disappointed, I ordered a sharing pizza for myself but in all honesty it’s the size a large single pizza should be. I use to struggle to finish a sharing pizza on my own, what has happened? It was also lacking in any tomato sauce on the base and was definitely not loaded in pepperoni as stated. Definitely not worth 25.99 on its own . I would say that you can go to a certain pub chain and order a 3 items for 15 pound and get a better quality meat feat pizza plus extras and a pint for less than 4 pound . Pizza Hut it’s just under 6 pound for a bottle. Tha sad thing is if you look out of Pizza Hut canterburys window, you can see a restaurant making traditional sourdough pizza. I wish I’d turned left when walking up the high street .

Yesterday we visited your restaurant,we have always been made very welcome, but this time Curtis went beyond expectations,he made everyone in our group feel special, with a very happy, smiley face.Well done Curtis we will return we are a group of adults with special needs

I ordered a hot'n'spicy chicken pizza and it came with no chicken, I also ordered a garlic bread with bacon that came with no bacon, if they couldn't provide the essential ingredients of the order they should've phoned and asked if I wanted it cancelled or changed.

Just a shout out to the manager at Canterbury, so refreshing to have someone who treats you like a valued customer, well.done to her,had the buffet and ate far too much but food kept on coming,service was busy but they coped with it very well.

Service was disappointing, but on night when the theatre was on, I expected there to be more than 1 chef and 2 waiters working, we waited nearly an hour for our food and we got 2 out of 4 pizzas served and in the end we had to get a refund on the other 2 pizzas which we have to wait 3 to 5 days for the refund... Clearly won't be there again I'm a hurry.

Order kept being pushed back and when I finally got it, the chicken bites were cold and hard, the pizza was cold and was meant to have garlic butter on the crust but didn’t and they didn’t send any sauces
