Very poor customer services. Two identical orderes were placed and no one questioned. Customer services no help at all

We ordered food and I gave the correct address and the delivery driver phoned to say he delivered food and they said they didn’t order it. I explain he got the wrong door. He continued to shout at me and my mum very RUDELY and then when I phoned up the store the guy said he can see it was his mistake and will offer the delivery driver better training. Manners don’t cost a thing

As two OAP we was going weekly as a treat to Dominoes for the £4 pizza. You get two for £8 if you collect. It used to be lovely. The meat one had enough on it and the veggie one. Last couple of times we went and there was an inch dough around the pizza with 50% of meat and the vegetable one had hardly any veg on and disgusting amount of cheese on it. I literally had an upset stomach after last night veggie pizza. We won’t be going back !!!!!!

Had a delivery from dominoes but he was up and down millstrood road for 30 minutes rung up Whitstable dominoes and told them where this driver was and they said sorry he had a delivery up there . When we got our food it wasn’t in the bag to keep it warm it was cold our food will not be ordering from there again

We ordered the pizzas from home and asked for a collection for 8.15pm. We went off for a stroll along the beach and when we arrived we could see our pizza had 5 mins to go by the board on the wall.....this timing was spot on. Friendly service, spot on timing and of course extremely tasty pizzas. Cannot fault them.

Unfortunately they d not stick to quoted delivery times. Even at midday on a Sunday for my child's birthday party! Seems im not the only one to fall victim to the false delivery times. Check all reviews on Trip advisor. Poor service from Domino Whitstable, having spent over £100 on my order. Most of my sons friends had left the party hungry by the time the pizza finally arrived 40 minutes late.

We ordered pizza for my sons birthday party on Sunday July 16th. We ordered the pizza at midday as the delivery time stated between 20-35 minutes. The pizza finally turned up at 12:58 (the party finished at 1) and most kids were about to leave. It’s extremely frustrating when delivery times are quoted and then delivered in nearly double the quoted time. Especially when we spent over £100 with the company and the only excuse was that it was a large order with only one member of staff working. Unfortunately we will not be ordering again, as I’m sure you can imagine it was the lasting memory for my sons birthday.

Received a text that our food was just out for delivery so we started to head back home as we were only a minute away and would be back before the driver. I then instantly received a phone call stating that I need to hurry up and get back otherwise they will send the driver back. I explained we were just outside but the guy was very rude even when I said that we’d just received confirmation it was out for delivery. I wasn’t happy with the way that I was spoken to by a staff member when I was unaware, I don’t think it was very good customer service at all.

Arrived cold 40 mins after driver had left for the 1 mile journey with apparently only our delivery on board. Won’t bother again.

Possibly the worse pizzas 🍕 I've EVER had delivered! Waited 50 mins for 2 extremely overcooked burnt crusty & luke warm pile of tasteless rubbish. Called to complain & was offered a full refund. Supposedly, I spoke with "A MANAGER," and I agreed to the refund... however NEVER RECEIVED A PENNY BACK!! 3 weeks later still waiting .....

Bad customer service hung up on me after asking a basic question, didn’t even know what double decadence is and could hear the eye roll through the phone. Travel to Canterbury it’s a better franchise and they do double decadence.

Used 2 be forever for delivery, they have corrected that problem. Always turns up hot & tasty. Just do no understand the guy they have for final prep. Toppings bunched here and there, the half&half always a mess and you don't get slices, you have random shaped peices

I can appreciate that a shortage of delivery drivers means it takes longer to deliver than normal. Just don't say it will be 20 minutes and then take 2 hours. Half of the guests had left by the time the pizza arrived, food went straight in the bin. A waste.

Absolutely appalling customer service. Delivery time was given as 30 mins. Saturday early evening, fair enough, but then give a realistic time. Called after 75 minutes and was hung up on.

I did order 2 large pizza as it says 1 buy get one free. One Indian girl was serving, she charged me £25.98 instead of £22.99. When I asked she was very rude to me and said you should ask for the offer.

We ordered at five, Was told the food had left at 5:15. Arrived half hour later! Delivery should not have taken half hour. Food was cold. First Time using dominoes, We will not be using dominoes again.

On a whim - it was hot, plus nobody wants to put the oven on in these times - ordered a pizza, and it proved to be a great decision. We called - my computer on the blink - and the young woman Mihaela on the end of the line was professional and accommodating. She offered us a great deal on a pizza, and I came by without realizing that it's now card-only. I only had cash, but they were perfectly fine with letting me dash home to get my card. Of course the proof was in the pizza for us; we got a scrumptious double mushroom Italian crust that perfectly fit the bill (and was probably the best pizza I have had in ages). Everyone just wants a hassle-free experience, and that is what we got. Footnote: while I was waiting I overheard the manager dealing with a complaint about the pizza, way to go for his patience and professionalism in dealing with it in a responsible manner.

Excellent, no-hassle experience from start to finish, beginning with the professional attitude of the young woman, Mihaela, who handled our order (our computer was on the blink), the friendly, accommodating and, yet again, professional way they treated me when I got there (I had not realized it was only contactless payments) and just the general attitude of the manager who was really hands-on in handling situations. But the proof is in the pizza, and it proved to be absolutely delicious. Great job all around.

Grabbed a £3.99 lunch deal ,, spicy beef n burger sauce as my 2 toppings ,, served by a super chirpy girl with a bunch of wacky tattoos she was lovely and friendly and my pizza was actually hot cheesy melt in your mouth perfection ,, almost unheard of from a dominoes ,, from now on I’ll request this bad ass broad make my pizza I’ll phone up n check to see if she’s working first ,, if not I’ll order from Pappy joes or Krusty express

Awful. Ordered at 8.30 still not there at 10 so drove down. Finally ready at 10.45. Got the order home and was missing half and parts wrong. Ruined a Xmas family occasion. If you are too busy stop taking orders!

So me and Clarence decided “oh yeah why not get a dominos like Darren?” Couple of large vegi supremes - Lovely , Chuck some chicken kickers in to fill the old gullet and were good to go . Deal wizard is playing up so we had an old 2 n 8 over the cost but no worries , worth the money she says . 40 odd minutes later and guess who turns up with the pizzas? It’s only bloody Bradley walshes cousin barely gnosh! If the meal wasn’t already good enough imagine the look on my missus face after that!

New delivery girl is both rude and lazy. Pizza arrived over 1hr25min late cold and in a folded box… we’ve been ordering here for over a year but the last two deliveries have been dreadful. Won’t waste our money here again.

I ordered a small margarita pizza and I found a piece of chicken on it (I'm a vegetarian) so I called the store to let them know (didn't want a refund or anything because these things happen) and they gave me a big pizza and cookies for free!! It was so nice and thoughtful of them to do that, will be going back!

On time - HOT - great deals - All the delivery staff are so friendly - Our pizza was our friday night treat throughout lockdown - although dont save your card details on their app as my card was used and traced back to here - this is not the fault of Dominoes - but might be worth bearing in mind !!

Dominos deliver a decent, tasty pizza. However, customer service at this branch could be improved on, particularly from the staff who take the orders. On two occasions, I have requested an amendment to the pizza - on both occasions, this wasn’t adhered to. Please listen to your customer, a friendly voice makes a big difference too. I order from this chain as they are prompt with their delivery and the pizza is a hit with the kids.

Greater than my local one as this one still has a choice of tuna. So enjoyed taking it to the beach front high up on the hill overlooking the mud flats at low tide in the afternoon sun. Beautiful!

Placed a large order for a family of 8 which we waited over two hours for to then be told when we called that it hadn’t even begun cooking therefore we cancelled the order and went somewhere else. This was over 3 weeks ago and my mum still hasn’t received the refund on her direct debit card! Contacted the tankerton store numerous times to be fobbed off by the manager and told the refund is being processed!! STILL WAITING for a refund of nearly £90!! Have since lodged a complaint with the customer service team as the manager at the store seems clueless!! Totally unacceptable and my family and I will not be returning.

Really disappointed!! Part of order didn’t arrive, when I rang they thought it funny . Was told that I would be reimbursed but 3 days later this has not been credited to my account.

Staff rude, pizza Baker not wearing mask, when I ask him to wear a mask as he was working on my pizza he just said lied saying yes he wears it, however I was watching him for about 5 minutes without mask. Lady gave me wrong price and tried to find excuses. She doesn't know nothing about delivery and collection

Domino’s Pizza Tankarton, Pizza turned up really quick but the thing was dripping with oil we all had one slice and decided it was disgusting so we phoned up and asked if we could have a replacement and we were told by the staff that they could not replace our pizza because we’d had more than two slices and it’s against their policy after arguing with the manager of the place The rest of the staff are laughing at us are fine it’s absolute disgraceful and I will be contacting the managing director of the company don’t even bother going there absolute rubbish

Ordered a half and half pizza to share with a friend. Very fast delivery was impressed until I opened the box to find my half was pretty much just the crust (no exaggeration), I was absolutely devastate. Probably won’t order her again. I’m upset, my mums upset and my kids crying thanks dominos.

My kids were looking forward to the ‘Big night in’ dominos offer. It arrived promptly, but no 1.25 bottle of drink to go with it. Rang them and was assured it would be out for delivery, never appeared. Kids were disappointed

We usually have great pizzas from Domino's, but on this occasion the toppings that i asked for, were missing on almost half of the pizza. It seemed like we had ordered half margherita and half of the actual toppings that we wanted. We were so hungry that we couldn't be bothered to complain...

Without money off codes or vouchers Domino's is too expensive. Thankfully they are plentiful and the pizza is good. Loses a star though as its base price is too high

As the same with every Domino’s the pizza is great. Lots to choose from with many optional extras, sides and the ability to change toppings or completely make your own. Friendly staff and a very clean and well maintained place. It’s also easily accessible by car or foot and they offer local delivery (in which the pizza remains hot). You can even order using their app and see the progress of your pizza from order, to cooking and when it’s out for delivery. The delivery drivers are always friendly and smiling and unlike some places, the don’t cheat you out of change. If an orders incorrect and you call the, (I’ve never had this issue myself) they will happily let you keep what you have and deliver you what you ordered no questions asked. A great place to get good food fast. Keep in mind they also have many deals such as Two for Tuesday. By which you get buy one get one free online or in store.

Well what do expect from a pizza place ... dominoes is so up and down in terms of quality of food they could be a lift.Sometimes the pizza is exactly how If want it ... other times it looks like leftovers. Unfortunately my daughter loves it so I have to suffer it !!Personally I'd avoid cos if u do complain it feels like u are being interrogated, but perhaps that's just my opinion !!!

Ordered from here less than a week ago to our hotel and the pizza turned up with some of our order missing so he had to go back and get it by this time our food was cold and didn't even get an apology. He then called us and asked for us to go to his car (which I understand they cannot enter hotel premises but they can at least get out of their vehicle in the car park instead of just sitting there). We then opened the pizza and it was all sliced wrong with some pieces incredibly thin and it was meant to be half and half but it was just spread all over. It wasn't very hot and my other half was incredibly unwell after eating his half and we know it was the pizza because that's all he had before he started feeling unwell! We tried to call up and complain but the person would not believe us and said that "he cant enter the hotel" we understood that but he just sat in his car the whole time. I will not be ordering from here again.

Good pizza, good delivery times and look out for the buy one get one free offers or buy one get one for a pound. Excellent value if you're sharing

Delivery comes from Herne Bay which is odd as we order from and live in Tankerton. Food and service average. This place needs some competition.

Awful service brought 30 quid worth of pizza wouldn't add a bottle of coke on the order to deliver. Awkward and unfriendly. Will never use again. Ridiculous. Rude staff sound like they can't be arsed. Had issues before with rude staff but again it happened. Forget it

Always nice and hot, tasty, and they come when they say they will! Friendly guys deliver and never had any issues. Bit of an issue with the website if I'm ordering gf with vouchers - so have to ring. But it's not a major issue.

Hicimos una reserva online y cuando mi compañero fuimos a recoger la pizza el personal le dije que no había pagado. me llamó y me ofrecí a pagar la reserva por teléfono pero se negaron a aceptar pagos diciendo que eran incapaces de tomar la tarjeta de teléfono. Nos remonstrated con ellos, pero que no se movía y mi pareja la sensación bastante reconstruida y comprar pescado y patatas fritas en el camino a casa.

We often have Two for Tuesday which also leaves enough for Wednesday. The phone app allows us to order our favourites with extras and we always go for half and half which offers variety. The food is always freshly cooked to order and we are updated on the progress of our order. It also comes with a free dip and extras if we want them. What's not to like ?

Have ordered from here many times with my partner and have always been pretty happy but over the last year both order and service and order quality have gone down slightly. My fiancee and I are big on their garlic and herb dips and regularly order between 6-10 extra if we get large pizzas; on several occasions these dips have been forgotten totally and when we have followed it up we've had offers of compensation on future orders that have never been followed through - on several we just couldnt be bothered to follow it up at all as we felt it was a lot of bother for a relatively small issue. (To one delivery driver's credit, he actually went away and returned with our dips 20 mins later - we'd almost finished out food by then but it was the thought that counted!). On a handful of occasions I would also say the pizza has been 'thrown together' quite quickly, but it has always been very tasty and no less than satisfactory. Overall, very nice pizza and staff, maybe just need to a tad more organised re orders (I often wonder if there is a stash of dips somewhere with our names on it teehee!)

Have ordered from here quite a few times pizza is always good quality & the staff are usually friendly & efficient also some of the deals are really good value ordered two large pizzas with sides & a drink for £23 pounds. Only draw back is sometimes on a buzzy night the pizza can be a bit cold.

I ordered from this place today, and although the service was good and prompt, I'm sad to say the pizza was pretty poor. I couldn't eat half of it. I have no idea how they made it so bland and tasteless, I guess they don't use any seasoning? I added my own but it still managed to taste of nothing! the tomato sauce was not nice at all and they are very stingy on the cheese. I am now having to cook myself something to eat and the pizza will be going in the bin. I can't believe how expensive it is for the quality of the food!As I said it is a shame as the service was very good.

We only ever order from Domino's when we can find a voucher online or get a load of offers through the door. I have only ever had an order arrive late once and even then it was only by a few minutes. The food is always good quality but it is expensive if you don't use a voucher or voucher code. This is one of the better Domino's I have got food from. What I've noticed is that if you pay by card when you have it delivered the drivers don't stand and wait for a tip like some do. Because of that they normally get one anyway.

Have ordered from Domino's many times, very good pizza, friendly staff and fast delivery. Can be pricey but with the many offers and voucher codes that go out regular it can be very good value.

as previous reviewer has stated the staff are always very friendly and helpful and the delivery drivers are always polite and friendly.I disagree the food is bland - a pizza is as bland as the toppings you choose. with toppings including jalepenos, fajita seasoning, tandoori chicken and american mustard you can spice your pizza in all kinds of ways.One BIG tip though - ALWAYS look for a voucher code. the standard prices are very high upto £20 per pizza! there is almost always codes out there though sometimes that reduce the prices by as much as 50%
