Omg, this is absolute SHAMBLES. I will not

have used many times before great deals etc but this time the nuggets were disgraceful in size but also quality. Other item ok quick service but due to clocks changing the time it would be ready was all wrong so had to be reheated.

The most bad pizza in the town I buy £20 pounds two pizza and I put in the Rabish the test was very bad

Used to be excellent but has gone right downhill in the past three orders, continually getting orders wrong and looking like they've just thrown it together. If your staff don't know the different between the ordered roquito peppers and jalapeños, or forgets the garlic crust on an ordered garlic crust, or puts the triple cheese blend on the wrong half of the pizza, and it still gets through quality control, they probably need a little bit of training or a flea in the ear.

The buffet is perfect for us. It's great to be able to choose our meal and have a variety of pizzas. The salad bar is great.

Staff here are so helpful, friendly and professional, especially Simon who helped us with an issue. Would definitely recommend.

This place is fantastic. The staff here are so friendly and the pizzas are as quick as they can be (about 20 minutes) even when they are busy. Open quite late so this is perfect for some late night quick meals.

Ordered 6 large pizzas for my son’s birthday. They were collection; I wasn’t aware there is short stay car park behind Pizza Hut were you can park for free for 20 minutes, so ended up parking opposite Barton vets (5 min walk away), it was -1 degrees and I did not think this through as the pizzas were going to get cold very quickly. The franchise owner donned his jacket, loaded up the pizzas in heat safe bags and carried the pizzas to my car for me- it was so kind of him and I was hugely appreciative. The pizzas were brilliant as well, easily the best Pizza Hut pizzas I’ve had in a really long time. My dad had the veggie sizzler, and commented on how delicious it was and how hot/ spicy it was (which he loves). My son and his friends thoroughly enjoyed their pizzas too. Overall- brilliant experience and money well spent- thank you!

It's okay. Me and my friend ordered a pepperoni pizza. There was a lot of people in the restaurant so it's excusable why the pizza was taking so long to get cooked. Though when we did get our order, it was a regular cheese pizza, not a pepperoni. Though again, there were a lot of people so we didn't really complain. The pizza tasted quite sweet for some reason. I didn't really care because I was hungry. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, but if you really want to eat, and nowhere else to go, this place is a decent place to go. I won't go there again though

There was a guy in a wheelchair talking about killing himself outside when we were ordering. I'd say it suits the experience of eating at Pizza Hut. 5 stars. The food was alright but our student's home's night guard liked it.

We ordered a pizza and the delivery driver gave it to the wrong person who claimed to be my boyfriend. We went to the delivery place to see if w could get the pizzas or the money back now and then they said no. The driver was changing his story and claiming someone having the same name as my boyfriend when no one at the university has met him.

What happened to the garlic bread!

I like Pizza Hut but the pizza you get here doesn’t have as much topping as the photos in the shop show.

had the worst experience ever. Very very poor customer service. I did not get my delivery and called the shop and asked for my order. was told that they came meanwhile no one did. I have never never been talked to like this.

Tried ordering on the app, they wouldn't let the order go through, tried again and still failed. Called multiple times but they never answered. Very disappointed.

My pizza turned up with basically no toppings. I called and asked for a replacement/refund. Customer service asked me to wait 15 mins for them to call me back but left me waiting for over 30 mins to refuse any resolution. They have asked me to wait again, said they would call me back in 15, but they haven't called back.

Always good , used this place for over 5 years and never had any problems, food is always good and great deals

The staff was very friendly but not wear a face mask when preparing the food is unacceptable.

Although the driver did not have the bottle of coke that was a part of our order, we were very happy that he had the initiative to fix the problem by going to buy a bottle from the garage. Happy customer, we will order again.

Dont order pizza here the food was complety uncooked and cold took them over 2 hours to deliver the drive was not wearing mask what he should have been due to covid and saw the driver outside my house before he deliverd he was sat outside 5 mins smoking a fagg with my familys food in the car then when i phone up and asked to speak to the manger i told him what the problem was and i was a racist and white scum

The pizza was dreadful. My partner and I ordered a couple pizzas and sides to share between us and only one side ended up eaten. This was due to the pizza tasting plastic and of worse quality than i'd expect from a £1 frozen one in a supermarket, so much so that one slice was enough for the pair of us to put it back in the box and have to make something else. The breaded chicken, tasted of nothing but raw flour and was equally left to one side. The only redeeming factor was the cheese triangles. In the end I've basically payed £30 for 8 fried cheese bits and a single slice of poor pizza. first time i've used pizza hut, last time too

La primera vez que pedimos comida para llevar solo en Canterbury (es New Dover Road, ¡NO High Street!). Pedimos x 2 pollo con hierbas y ajo como caja de cazo (9.99) e intentamos pedir una pizza mediana, pero nos dijeron que una oferta de comida era más barata, por lo que en su lugar comimos una corteza original grande suprema y un helado de Ben & Jerry. Pagué con tarjeta y di mi dirección completa, y él dijo hasta 45 minutos. Eso estuvo absolutamente bien. Después de 35 minutos, tuvimos una llamada telefónica. He aparecido en ** pero no eres tú. Eso es porque esa no era nuestra dirección. Tengo la costumbre de hablar con mucha claridad por teléfono, ya que la gente parece no entender a nadie. Lo envejecimos exactamente donde estábamos. Se estacionó a solo 20 metros de distancia y estaba sacando su teléfono nuevamente para llamarnos (¡lo crees!) Cuando finalmente vio a esta mujer saludándolo. . . . Absolutely amazing pizza, we enjoyed the thin crust pizza.cooked to perfection with decent amount of topping. Would never order from Dominos again.

Yet again Canterbury Unit 7 get the order wrong!!! What's so hard about Ham and Cheese pizza that means you forget the ham!!!

I have ordered 2 pizza last night pizzas was awful very thick dough no tasty at all and dough was look like old the toppings on pizza wasn't enough at all i normally dont order from pizza hut but wanted give it go and very bad experience won use them again

Food missing from my order (placed over 2 hours ago now), so called to ask for the rest of the food to be delivered. Then called store again and was told that the food wouldn’t be delivered because the ‘driver didn’t want to’. I then spoke with store manager who told me they wouldn’t issue a refund over the phone and couldn’t do anything about it. Terrible service. If you pay for food you expect what you paid for to be delivered. No refund for me I’m guessing....Do not recommend!

Popped in on a busy Friday evening, in search of a quick bite to eat. Warmly greeted by friendly Joe, who offered helpful and very thorough service on their offers that were available that evening. Food came quickly and we went on our merry way. Thanks Joe, keep doing a great job!

Ordered Pizza for the staff on a shift at work, Pizza arrived (apparently), driver didn't even bother to knock at the door just texted to say "pizzahut, im outside". Now common sense would tell you that if someone doesn't reply to a text and you are delivering food.... RING THE DOORBELL! saw my phone 3 minutes after i got the text, went outside and he was gone. When I called back he had already gone back to the shop and put the food down and refused to redeliver. Called the shop and got a stroppy reply saying I should have been faster, the driver will leave again and then hung up before I could respond. Now i remembered why i order from Dominos, not this dump.

I was passing by and decided to have pizza for lunch. Great lunch deal at £3.99 for a small pizza and drink. The guy at the counter was very friendly and has wonderful customer service.

Pizza Hut have gone up in my estimation. The only issue I have is that they do not allow you to have an 'account' with stored preferences and payment methods. The food is good, hot, plentiful and on time. The hot sauce is great! I like the 'Dealbot' that works out the best deals for you on the day. Good job Pizza Hut. Keep it up.

More cheese then feeling looks more like a cheese pizza. Warm not hot how it normally is. Left a note on slip to call when outside as I have a baby and the door sounded like it was going to come throw my impresses and will not be using again parts or my pizza burnt

Ordered two large pizzas . Both were soggy and we were unable to eat them . This is not the first time . We will not return again.

Delivery was an hour late...and was delivered to the wrong address by the driver! What a joke. The store was uncontactable by telephone. What a joke.

Very little wait for orders, compared to a 2 hour wait at Dominos during the same peak hours it was a no-brainer. Very competitive collection deals!

The food arrived very quickly, extremley happy with the service. However there were 2 hairs inbedded into the pizza sauce and cheese, it put me off my food. I won't be ordering here again...

We usually do large group orders, the guys couldn't be more helpful! We even have Pizza Fridays in the staff room based on our positive experiences.

Absolutely awful delivery, I ordered from them at 6 it's now 7:30 and I'm still waiting. They went to the wrong house then didn't bother to look for the right house. Now they've just delivered and have forgotten my drink. It'd not hard to do your job right pizza Hut. Domino's it is next time

The service was fast and efficient despite an order at the weekend on graduation day. The pizza was good, it was a pepperoni one, rather oily hence only four stars.

I regularly order from them and the food always comes on time, still hot and never burnt. I once made an order that went through once they had closed, and they sorted out my issue really quick. Great service, would definitely recommend.

Does not deliver to Chatham which is only 3 miles away!!! Lazy sods!!

When babysitting my younger cousins we decided to have a treat and chose Pizza Hut. We ordered by telephone and the pizza was with us within 30 minutes. We found the price is reasonable valuable and the pizza came to us really hot. I would use the delivery services again as I found it quick easy and convenient.

The service here is first class and when we had a minor problem the Manager Ian dealt with it personally and sent us replacement pizzas immediately. We have now completely changed over from Dominoes and love the pizzas from Pizza Hut.

Great value, quick delivery and pizza with sides were top quality. I usually would go to dominos but I have been converted and will not use anyone else now. Highly recommend for take away pizza!

Esta pizza Hut está a sólo 5 minutos a pie del centro de la ciudad y 5 Canterbury mentes desde el hotel Ebury. ordenados en internet para recoger cuando llegamos nos dijeron de una mejor oferta con más comida y servicio con una sonrisa. Comida tan bueno como siempre - ahorrar 2,99 :)

Siempre he pedido mi comida en línea ya sea para recoger lo antes posible o por un tiempo específico. Normalmente a pie y es allí listo para la recogida. suele ser muy concurrida pero no hay merodeando por ahí. El personal es muy rápido.

I was wet, cold, hungry and tired when I walked into Pizza Hut in New Dover Road, Canterbury but a very nice man helped me through all the options and even pointed out a special offer to me that I had missed.The pizza was ready very quickly, hot and very tasty with lots of topping.
