Wood Oven Pizza in Brent

0/10 - ordered from them on Deliveroo - it took over 2hrs to arrive - called them twice to get an update and they said it’s 10mins away on both occasions before hanging up (unreal!) and 1hr after my second call, it arrives cold and the delivery driver had the audacity to ask me to come down and collect it. They have their own delivery service so you can’t track them on the Deliveroo app plus the pizza was average. Avoid and go elsewhere!

All services are more than 5 star services. The good was right on time and served very well, Everything was absolutely fantastic Thank you

Alcune pizze hanno accostamenti di ingredienti quantomeno strani, perché ovviamente devono accontentare i gusti dei londinesi, ma si possono tranquillamente ordinare pizze classiche come una Margherita o una Diavola davvero eccellenti

We order 3 pizzas after they changes the expecting time and we recived after 1 hour. Also 2 of this pizzas were burned. And try to call several time to understand why was taking so long

A delivery driver tried forcing himself into my house being very aggressive and trying to fight my boyfriend after he got annoyed that his boss had not put the correct flat number on the ticket. After calling the pizza place to tell them they made an excuse saying it was an Uber delivery driver (which is not possible) and that no refund or apology was needed. I have the the delivery drivers phone number which will be passed onto the police.

After 90mins wait and frustrating attempts to get through to them over the phone (most of the time no one is answering), my pizza never arrived. They said they can compensate me if I call the next day again. I used to be a regular customer, and this service is ridiculous, not to even offer a free pizza as a compensation after being left waiting until 1am. Would not recommend.

ordered from uber eats. wrong order came. restaurant blamed driver, driver blames restaurant, we're left hungry, out of pocket and now having to order again from elsewhere.

I have been eating here for years and whenever I am in the area I order. Sad to have moved out of delivery range. They have recently raised their prices but it is better quality now and comes with dip so worth the extra £2. Delivery to Shepherd's Bush would make me fat.

Overpriced pizza for what it is, but tastes good and always hot and fresh. The opposite of authentic Italian (they only have turkey ham!) so stick to the chicken pizzas.

Apart from the late delivery, the pizza was yummy! The ham was a bit weird. though. Next time I would choose an other topping instead.

Delivery came early, delivery driver was nice and friendly. my first vegan pizza and it was tasty!

I always order the calzone. Except that it's always the surprise: either it's really well done, nice dough and tasty or I have a folded pizza, burned and bland. Last one ordered: I asked for extra courgettes, literally got 4 slices and it was stuffed with 1kg of cheese. They should put their chefs on the same page. Bit disappointed...

Food was over an hour late, rang the restaurant to find out what was happening and apparently the delivery driver had an accident and the food would be arriving shortly. Pizza was cold and was 2hrs old at that point. Like old cardboard... disappointing.

Pizza was okay, a little dry. Delivery took ages as their driver had an accident but they remade the pizza and it was redelivered.

Ok basic pizza. A little stingy with the pepperoni ... the ‘hero of the dish’. Base could be more consistent re thickness (and thinner would be better). I’d order again if late and a pizza would hit the spot, but I wouldn’t seek out their pizza as a first port of call under normal circumstances.

in this place the pizza is very cheap and very big and they have the wood oven! I'm Italian and the tasty to cook with this oven is really different! they are open till 4 o'clock am After party if you have hungry, come in this place!!!

I've always been a huge fan of woodoven pizza but this was my first time in a long time. I def haven't missed anything. Such a huge disappointment. The dough was undercooked and the pizza had no flavor, was very bland. It did not even come with sauce! The pizza tasted rushed. I won't be ordering again for sure!!!! What a let down and waste of my money

The pizza itself is really great proper Italian style pizza, especially for a late night takeaway, and there's a great selection of toppings that you would usually only expect at a restaurant but the meat is GROSS. The ham looked and tasted like it came out of a can. The texture was so off putting I had to pick every piece off the pizza.

Lovely pasta dish! Would definitely order that again. Tiramisu was ok.

The worst food I have ever tasted. The wings were so basic just like the ones from sainsbury s that you fry. Potato even made it worst. Absolute waste of money and shameful food preparation. Paid I will NEVER eat or buy their food.

the cheese on the pizza was stale & oily

The pizza was really nice but unfortunately the chicken wings weren't cooked properly to coating was mushy (even thought there were black burnt bits on them)

We collected a pizza from here. Firstly we did not exactly get what we asked for, and secondly it was quite salty!

Had to call twice and pizza was Luke warm and crust was hard to eat. Not the best.

They looked rushed, the toppings were overly soggy and the dough was almost gooey, this is the first time I have experienced a poor quality pizza from here, I hope this is not going to be an ongoing thing. Quick delivery ( 25 minutes before the estimate ). Pizza came blazing hot ( just out of the oven ) and the driver was very polite. 100% will re-order. Pizza was delicious.
