Avoid at all costs!!! Not only did they not have change for a £10 note and said I'm going to have to get chips or a drink instead.... (very unprofessional)... so I got chips with the pizza. It was the first and last time I will go here and they weren't friendly at all and after I had my food, I was severely poorly through the night and had terrible diarrhea. So guessing that hygiene isn't one of their strongest points.... Davinches ain't much better to be honest but least you won't be poisoned there! But still both terrible takeaways, sort it out or don't expect customers... Again AVOID AT ALL COSTS ☠️💀🤢

Service with a smile and tasty food

The place is filthy and infested with rats! None of the people that work there speak enough English to communicate with customers, let alone handle a legitimate customer complaint. I wouldn't touch the place with a ten-foot barge pole!

Sadly not a positive experience. Ordered pizzas for 435pm and they turned up an hour early. Sent them back as we weren’t ready. They came back at 540pm but with the same pizzas! Cold, hard and chewy :-( Too late to do anything about it, so we had to warm them up ourselves. Not great.

Awful, ordered food, claimed it arrived when it hadn’t, called 6 times finally answered after ringing on a different number asked if we were happy our with our food that hadn’t been delivered?? Then told us our order had be cancelled bc they’d closed then ended the call on us asking if we were happy multiple times, don’t recommend won’t receive any food

Worst experience ever. Not a quality food.

Ordered food at around 11.40pm says expected delivery 12.15-12.35am…. Its now 2:15am and nothing tried ringing 5 times no one’s answering, requested update on app but still says same thing. We only ordered 2 10” pizzas and cheesy chips dunno why it’s taking so long just wish we had something. Now ordering elsewhere as we can’t stay up all night wondering if it’s coming.

I ordered of Deliveroo last night and the order took a substantial amount of time to come. After an hour i called up and they said thirty minutes until your order arrives. I left it another hour after that and the order still hadn’t arrived so I called them. To which they replied 10 minutes. The food then came. The food was actually good for what it was and was exactly what you would expect a fast food takeaway to taste like! Overall a mixed experience and would order here again if the food arrived quicker than last time

wanted to pay online 10 and rest cash so rude didnt understand english use to be regular customer but now i will spreadword never to come here again

Horrible customer service! My order was 30 mins late I rang up and they shouted saying they’re busy. Well they should update their just eat and keep their customers updated

Ordered on Uber eats and they still haven't delivered the food it's been 45 mins since the estimated wait time. The phone number doesn't work and theres no way to get in contact with them. At this point I think they just took the money and closed shop. Absolute scam!

Poor customer service order was rong and when phoned they were very argumentative and rude sent out missing items 30 mins later after my food was already cold and delivery driver rude aswell sort the staff and customer service and woudnt have a problem as when food is good its really good but staff poor!!!!!

Nasty place, Nasty people. Ordered some food from this place and weirdly it never arrived…. Rang up the restaurant to find out what had gone wrong and just received a mouth full of excuses and insults and then they end the line on you, not worth the time or hassle, just scammers taking your money and blaming just eats for the problems. Only order from this place if you want to test how good your bank claim back service is.

Don’t even bother trying to ring after midnight really rude and aggressive on the phone. I have at least a 100 digits to use. I have got them yet?

Guys please sort this out. You can't pull donner out of a bucket and microwave it. Disgusting! I'd like to review the health and safety of the establishment as i can imagine it would not pass.

Is now 2:15 am, I did my order at 12:30 am, I don't have my order here, I don't have my money back and even when I try to call they hang up the phone. Im really disgusting. I don't know what to do.

Ordered donner meat and chips after finishing work at 2:30, rang at 3:15 to see where it was and the person who answered the phone was very rude “half an hour half an hour” and put the phone down. Rang again at 4am to be told the exact same, baring in mind they closed at 4, not holding my breath for the quality of the food tbh.

It has either come to my door stone cold or burnt. Easy to order and quick deliver. The pizzas and garlic bread we had were lovely and very enjoyable. Would definitely order from here again. It does ask if you would like your food left on the doorstep which I would have preferred. The delivery guy did have a mask on but didn’t leave the food as requested

the food was fine but the delivery took a really long time and when i called about it they were so rude to me and shouted at me telling me my order didn’t exist. called me back minutes later to shout that my order did in fact exist..

Maybe their pizzas are okay but I got donnor meat and chips and it was the worst kebab I've ever had the misfortune to eat. The kebab had the texture of mush and the chips had the texture of freshly boiled value pot noodles. I waited outside in the cold for OVER 2 hours! He said my address was wrong, which it isn't, and no other takeaways seem to get lost. To their credit, they did try to call me but I could only text and seems their driver didn't have a mobile. First week of 5 years in Sheffield and will never order a kebab from this place again, I'll be telling my student mates to avoid it too so they don't waste their money.

Lovely. I couldn't see options for choice of sauces on our kebabs on deliveroo..that needs fixing, but I phoned up the shop and the man who answered was lovely. We got exactly what we had ordered and wanted. I really loved it, it was much better than I expected for a spur of moment middle of night kebab. Lots of chilli and garlic sauce just like I would have wanted, the lettuce, onions and salad really fresh and juicy, the Chicken in the kebab was really tasty and juicy. The donner meat was really nice Driver had to phone to find my address but he was really friendly, was no problems. Would definitely order again and recommend. 10/10

Wow I have tried all the pizza in Sheffield and this was the best! Amazing sauce and cheese perfectly cooked with great pizza dough and crust. Would highly recommend and this will be our regular pizza place

Look, the food is good enough for takeaway standards, fine even. The problem is that even though I click "Contact Free" delivery and leave a note for contact free instructions.... the delivery driver ignores these requests! Once they ring that they have arrived, they demand that I come outside to pick up my delivery, then get pissy if I remind them to leave it on the doorstep. We're currently in a pandemic, Pizza R Us clearly don't care though, because their delivery driver treats social distancing like it's a joke. He just wants to follow work protocol and move onto the next stop. There's no way I'm getting delivery service again from this place, if their delivery driver is going to continue to have this kind of unprofessional arrogant behavior. I advise Pizza R Us to retrain him, because he does NOT respect public health during the coronavirus. I also hope that the delivery driver doesn't snub my criticism in this review, waving it off as "over-dramatic" to clear his conscience, because he's a grown man, and should learn to be an adult. Don't enjoy your job? Work somewhere else! Don't take out your misery on innocent customers simply wanting a pizza in quarantine, yeesh.

Not a bad starting out takeaway until you find the one that ticks all your boxes. Pizza r us do tick the majority but sometimes the food can come dry (chips) although the pizza is one of the best and the kebabs are above average, fair prices and not bad at all all round.

Really tasty pizzas , on any crust you'd like. Stuffed one it's the best and the cheese inside of it just melts inside your mouth. I've only eaten take away from them so I don't know about the staff , but the guy from just eat was kind and professional! The reason why I don't give 5 stars it's because they were not late , but they were just in time and we were hungry 🙂 I am just waiting for my pizza now, I DO RECOMMEND!

The man behind the counter was far from friendly or even cordial. He was downright rude but by this point I had paid for a meal deal and so just put it down to him having a bad day. I then received my food. It was the worst pizza I have ever eaten and that includes a pizza I forgot about in the oven and was burnt to charcoal! It was covered in tomato puree and not much else. Please don't waste your money here.

Place is clean and tidy and the serving area is well presented. It's a small customer area so you have to make the best out of a small space when busy. I got a kebab meat tray and chips. Yet again , it didnt disappoint. Very fresh tasty and a light meal, not heavy at all. The staff are friendly and efficient. I would recommend 100%

Not many places deliver to hungry night club staff at 05:15 on a Sunday morning delivery was prompt, staff were cool pizza was like a shining ray of light from the heavens, my appetite perfectly sated and ready for bed. Beautiful meat feast guys it brought tears of joy to my eyes. Bless.

The food was absolutely horrible, ordered a pizza onion rings and chips and couldn’t even eat any of it, it was dripping in oil the pizza tasted like rubber and everything was tasteless and soaking in oil, I’m not even petty about my food but this was actually too bad I tried to have some bites and gave up straight away all the food went to the bin cause no one could eat it it is shameful I spent £11 that went to the bin, this is actually too bad, I really believe I should be entitled to a refund because this is joking with people’s faces it’s actually too bad. Please get in touch with me I would like a compensation or I am going to have to make an actual complaint about it because spent all this money on food that can’t even be eaten

we had to pay over the price because the delivery driver had insufficient change. the chips were re heated the burger soggy to point it had dissolved the bun.

Whilst the food arrived early all three pizzas were cold and the fries were cold and rubbery. This store is a short drive from home so was disappointed with this. I have ordered on a number of occasions and previously had no issues. Not the best meal I have had from here.
