Always deliver promptly and usually before the ETA. Food is always piping hot and in good condition, sealed with those little sticker thingies. They very rarely have problems finding our house, unlike some other take out places. A little pricey compared to independent places but quality is pretty much guaranteed.

Popped in to collect an order, had a code for a free margarita from online that wasn't working, showed the workers this and they redeemed it with no issues! We love the pizza from here, always great quality, fresh and hot, definitely the better option when compared with other pizza fast food! Staff were very lovely and have always had great experiences both from collection and delivery!

Absolutely appalling, I rang as a teacher to request a few small pizza boxes to develop a role play area in my school and at first the lady I spoke to thought I was after a job!!! After explaining again she said she couldn't, I requested to speak to the manager and she said the manager wasn't there, as I tried to explain I would have my ID badge etc etc to show I was genuinely a teacher merely asking for a donation for school she rudely put the phone down on me........so inappropriate for such a big franchise to not support a local school. Extremely disappointed with the response

In store manager Mr. James provided excellent service. He is very friendly and welcoming guy. Gave us a very good recommendation for vegetarian pizza and it was awesome.

This is a review of the delivery service. Over our last three deliveries our boxes had had the tamper tape removed and had clearly been opened. Now I cannot imagine any reason to open food that has been sealed in the shop other than to tamper with it. Pizza hut you must do better.

Not had a Pizza Hut pizza in ages & they've always been one of my favourites. However this one was awful. Only just cooked, quite doughy & bland. Barely any flavour.And I've never seen so much grease in the bottom of a pizza box. Nasty. Won't be troubling them again.

Pizza was ok, but slightly over cooked and not up to the quality of the last visit, when it was excellent. Service was slow, I had pre-ordered and arrived 2 mins before the time given, however was told there was a four minute wait (fair enough) which turned out to be almost 15...

So delicious and so quick. We had Hot and honey pizza.

AVOID AVOID AVOID Absolutely awful, they accepted my order, called to say they didn't have any in stock, didn't offered to refund or offer an alternative and said there's nothing he can do. Asked for a refund and he couldn't do that either. 5 days later and I'm still waiting. Don't bother with the generic response, actually sort it out. Or give me a number to call not all online which takes days for them to respond

shocking service. Driver 30 minutes driving round but website stated delivered! restaurant not answering phone and customer services only willing to offer 'free slices' even though food was inedible and seal broken on one of boxes.

Sent wrong pizza and then argued on the phone (after avoiding answering 6 calls) that it was the pizza I had ordered even though I had confirmation and receipt which proved that the toppings were missing. Basically told me it wasn't their problem and that they wouldn't do anything about it. They send the wrong order almost everytime, but daftly thought we'd give them another try... Avoid.

The order was delivered late for a start. The pizza was over cooked, dry and cold and to be honest it was appalling especially as it cost £27. I have had so many pizzas from Pizza Hut in the past and have been great but this one should have gone in the bin.

Had a Pizza Hut at work the other day and I’d forgotten just how good they were. Ordered one last night from Abbeydale Road store and it didn’t taste the same as the one I had in Leeds. Ordered a classic deep pan and the base was almost like bread in a way, not like the deep pan I had before which was as I remembered them. Still ate it but just didn’t make me think I’d rush back to this store.

Haven't had this bad a customer experience in a while. Rang up to cancel a web order literally 1min once I realised it was collection and not delivery. They couldn't cancel as the pizza was already prepared. I don't believe it was as it was too quick for that. When I collected the pizza it was a pepperoni supreme even though I ordered a veg supreme. They would not accept but with great huff and puff, and no apology from the staff I waited 10mins for the correct pizza, whilst my starter was getting cold. Very odd customer service indeed.

I have been a customer of this branch for years but recently, the service has nosedived. No one answers the phone. Yesterday a large group of us wanted to order Pizza Hut but despite trying four times by phone (only for it to hang up on us after two minutes), we went to Dominoes instead. I'm sure they were grateful for the £80 we spent.

Waited 1hr 45 mins for pizza to arrive. Tried for an hour to ring the restaurant to get an update but no one answered so ordered from somewhere else and sent the delivery guy away. Terrible!

Amazing for dairy and gluten free!! Very comforting and nostalgic. Love the tamper proof stickers too. All very fresh and clean. Perfect size pizza for two meals for me so good value also.

Not content with leaving out a side order last time and not compensating us. This time they delivered by bicycle with the pizzas nearly verticle in the boxes. What could possibly go wrong?

Pretty good but they need to add violife vegan cheese to the beyond meat no cheese pizza? Also not sure why half the vegan meat pizzas have regular cheese on - perhaps have one with vegan cheese and one with regular?? Staff was friendly and nice enough to put on the vegan cheese by request at least!

They originally made a mistake with my order but the customer service was excellent and they gave me a voucher for a free pizza after i spoke to them about my issue. Best customer service I've had from a takeaway place.

It said on my email that my order was delivered at 6.45pm but it didn’t arrive until 7.53pm and that was only after I got in touch. Really not happy with the service.

Never gluten-free options when you want them -- and pizza hut has supposedly been providing gluten-free since 2012! Gluten-free food is already so hard to order, so this is extremely disappointing. Considering never going to any pizza hut ever again if they can't cater to everyone.

The manager at the PizzaHut was very helpful and delivered a replacement fresh pizza, which was very much appreciated. It appears that there was a problem with the ordering process which was out of their control. The Just Eats app had no map or progress showing.

The pizza was very good. Thank you. However the lack of a map showing the delivery on route and the number plate caused some confusion. This may need looking into by JustEats.

The pizza was cold and in a mess because the box wouldn't fit in the drivers bag properly. The driver said the bag they give us isn't big enough for that size. Discussing. Sorry

NOTE WE ONLY GIVE 5 STARS IF ITS FREE. Friendly helpful service ,only had to wait 15 minutes from ordering at Abbeydale road Sheffield to 3 pizzas plus 3 sides ready to take home . Great tasting we will definitely use again .

App said delivery between 6:20 and 6:40. Finally got pizza ( going cold ) at 6:55 after a long call with driver who couldn’t follow simple instructions and was parked at MacDonalds further up the road!! Not good.

The pizzas from this Hut have been hit and miss for years. Sometimes they're great and the usual 'Pizza Hut' standard, and other times they've tasted rancid and had more cheese than bread. Last time I ordered delivery I had to walk 5 minutes down the road to the driver because he was too lazy to use his sat nav. As a massive lover of Pizza Hut, I really wish this Hut would improve to be like the consistant quality you get from other stores like the Meadowhall one!

Ordered 4 pizza for a kids party and all pizza come laced in garlic!! All went in the bin as the kids didnt like garlic phoned up to complain and got told you have to select without garlic!! When have you ever had to de select garlic at pizza hut all I can say is stay away from this shop manager arrogant

I ordered from here though Uber eats the order was 30mins late and too cold to eat I phoned them up and they said they can’t do anything I would have to take it up with Uber eats as they delivered it ( you cant get in touch with them) they offered no help at all I am not £25 down and no food with no way to get a refund or replacement. This used to be my favourite pizza hut to go to, but recently the quality has gone downhill. Every pizza I've had recently has had barely enough tomato puree on to not be able to distinguish it from a cheese sandwich, not a pizza. Where's the puree?! I'd rather have too much than too little. It's just cheese and bread. Come on.

Ordered a pizza without cheese and no spice for my girlfriend who is allergic to cheese and hates hot food. They delivered a spicy cheese pizza... Even after scraping the cheese off the spice still made it impossible for her to eat. Any respectful restaurants or takeaway would be obliged to offer something in return; a swap/a refund/ a newp Not these guys, we rang them up and they basically said tough deal with it. Aweful.

Recently seem to have gone down hill, my pizza arrived cold, dry and chewy with hardly any topping. Not great and definitely not the usual pizza hut standard. My partner's pizza looked ok though so maybe mine was a fluke. Customer service when rang up to ask for a replacement was poor.

Really friendly efficient staff

This branch of Pizza Hut has recently been taken over by new management. They are terrible. They got my order wrong and then tried to persuade me to keep the incorrect order. They claimed that what I ordered was almost the same as what I wanted anyway! Had to fight to get my money back and they didn’t give me the full refund. I won’t be going there ever again.

Staffs are really friendly - welcome you with big smile. Taste of the pizza is as you'd expect from any other pizza hut.

pizza Hut unfortunately doesn't deliver to my house which is very disappointing but the food is delicious has friendly staff and is clean.

And I mean awful. Just the worst food ever supplied. We didn't eat it, asked for money back and had the manager tell us it was well worth the money. Cold horrible card board supplied by idiots.

Spent a lot of money for the food to turn up cold. The order came in two separate orders both were cold. When we phoned to see what they could do they were rude and unhelpful. Don't waste your time or money would give 0 stars if I could

I always use this pizza hut and have never had any issues with my orders. The food is always of best quality, thats why i keep going back.

We tried to order online via the Pizza Hut site, before we tried the deals button we were quoted £32 plus for two pizzas. What???? The deals one came to £22 but stopped working so we eventually after about 40 mins had to ring them. Once we told them the problem with the site they quoted us £19 for one large pizza with 3 additional toppings and one medium plus 3 additional toppings. This i feel is still expensive but Pizza Hut has a good reputation. My hubby fetched pizzas because although we only live 15 min drive away they didnt deliver. The large pizza my hubby said was nice but my Pizza which had Tuna on it was overcooked and the tuna and other toppings was dried up and horrible. Very disappointing waste of money. I won't be using them again. A sad demise of what used to be the best in the market.

The staff may be nice and friendly however the food quality does not match that of any other pizza hut. It is poorly made and often over cooked with toppings so scarce you will have more luck finding a needle in a haystack.

Do Not Order from here!!! Arrived an hour and 10 minutes later- made a follow up call and was told it left store 2 minutes ago- it still took another 20 minutes later - we are 5 minutes away. It arrived cold with part of order missing. Another 2 phone calls to complain to an unapologetic Manager who put the phone down on me once- eventually sent me my cash back. On asking for the area Managers phone number or e mail address to complain- he said he did not know this information and would get back to me!!! Crap food and customer service zero!!!!
