My daughter is allergic to mushrooms, ordered a pizza online, specifically requested it without mushrooms, made it very clear, chef ignored the notes then when I rang up to complain I got an very rude manager on the other end of the line called Sanjeev telling me "when you order pizza online you get pizza as it comes" refused to give me a refund and refused to give me a replacement. Absolutely appalling customer service. Will never use this store again and I will be actively encouraging friends and family to order else. Considering this store got sued in the past over almost killing someone with a peanut allergy because the chef were eating peanuts while preparing food you would think they would have a slightly more cautious attitude to this sort of thing but obviously they didn't learn the first time.

Thanks to amazing pizza and dessert and peri peri shop in llanrumney rumney, stmellons, cf3 area. We had the chicken tikka pizza. I recommend the thickshakes, and Peri peri, too. always fresh and super tasty. Well worth the trip and delivery too.

This is the best takeaway/delivery service for Pizza etc in Yorkshire! Only ever had 1 issue which was 2 large dips not delivered, and they sent them out within 15mins. The food is always red hot when delivered, perfectly cooked, and the staff either in store or on delivery are so friendly and helpful. My favourite fast food place, by a mile.

No problem with the pizza but the dough balls were overdone and burnt they should not have got past the quality check stage

To the guy who delivered my order tonight, I love you so much man. I had a meltdown as I didnt have any food I like in my house, as well as other restaurants not being able to deliver to my adress, and just by you delivering it with a smile, and wishing me a good night, that has brought me so much happiness. It’s alright if you got confused with the location at first, that service with a smile was amazing! The chicken strips were perfect, as well as the potato wedges: I luckily had room for the cookies! To sum up my experience: Have a good life, the amazing man whoever delivered my meal: You fed a hungry distraught child and brought them joy. Highly recommend eating here. Super quick delivery, pizza was hot. Looked and tasted amazing. Driver was friendly and followed the delivery instructions. Will use again in the future. Update: 4 orders in total and each one has been perfect. Delivered on time, food is hot, looks great and tastes amazing. 10/10.

Pizza price gone up don't do half and half anymore staff was rude give it a miss

Quickly came even when we forgot to select delivery and rang up to ask for it to be delivered. Not a problem for the guys here, delivered it pretty soon after. No issues with the food either, top quality.

If I pay £3 for a double decadence crust, I expect some cheese sauce to ooze out of every bite I take, instead all I get from this store is a consistently over done pizza with practically no sauce sandwiched between the bases.

Love domino's in general but maybe because of the sauce and cookies. Not the price. If you get to the end of your basket with pizza in it'll let you get discounted cookies!

Awful service, ordered over £30 of food and want me to walk around the area looking for your driver? It’s called delivery then to add insult to injury the driver claimed I swore at him, no I told him to do his job and deliver it also wore no mask will never use dominoes again.

Terrible sevice orders tke for ever last order took an hour to come driver sits in car then phones you because cant be bothered to find flat i live in, happen%rd last 4 times phoned to complain put on hold for 6 mins so hung up tried again spoke to somebody asked to complain put on hold for 15 mins answered again so asked for manager put on hold again not happen complaint raised to head office

No es el almuerzo normal de los domingos, pero llena un hueco cuando te has tomado una pinta. Siempre nos ha gustado la pizza de Domino's y, como de costumbre, pedimos dos ingredientes, entramos y salimos en poco tiempo. Es una operación bastante hábil, la pizza siempre está muy caliente y muy sabrosa.

Worst service I have ever received whilst ordering food, the deal prices are misleading with the fine print being so small I had to take a photo with my phone just so that I could read it, the staff are unhelpful and ignorant and to add insult to injury my order last night came to £20 but I was told if I paid £28 (deal) I would get Garlic bread with it...!!? I tried to point out that without the garlic bread it was only £20 so the bread was actually going to cost me £8 but all of a sudden the cashier/employee couldn't understand English..? Really...?

The service was a bit lapse when I arrived to pick up my pizza. There was one person serving and lots of staff standing around talking. Eventually another member of staff decided to serve me. Meanwhile our pizzas had been going cold. I commented on this and was told they were kept on a hot plate, unfortunately, the top one goes cold, this happened to be mine.

It's nice place to eat but far too expensive recommend grabbing a deal when it's on

Very very bad customer service if you order after 1am they think customer is drunk send any food they will eat it but sometime it's not that case because you finish job late and on top you are vegetarian 😀

Can't fault this a free pizza with three mobile again. It's a great of every now and then we get a free pizza it's only small but it fills a hole and great when it's free.

When you spend £19.99 on your pizza you'd expect it to be made correctly, right? Very dissapointed to say that when my hawaiian pizza arrived that it had mushrooms on. I will admit that there is no hawaiian on the menu but as EVERY other pizza place would list hawaiian as ham and pineapple and Tropicana as ham pineapple and mushroom, you would have thought that dominoes would have been the same... Not having the pizza listed on website or written menu the serving staff should have asked what intended toppings you wished to have on your pizza. After getting home, looking forward to tucking in to a long awaited meal i was disappointed to find that mushrooms had been placed all over the top. We then called to express our disappointment and were told there was nothing that the company were willing to do. I have picked the mushrooms off the top but the residue taste was still there. If I had purchased from Chattanooga I may not have minded but when spending twenty pounds I don't expect to have to! Your franchise has lost a long time customer and if we are to purchase the nice but overpriced pizza that dominoes serve again we shall be traveling to ecclesall road and advise that others follow.

I used to order from the Chesterfield Rd branch all the time and the quality was amazing and the pizza always arrived very very hot. However the last 3 times I have ordered a pizza from Chesterfield Rd it has been very disappointing. The quality of garlic bread has been very poor and every time the pizza has been freezing cold. I always order food for a specific time, and it has always been at least 40min late... maybe thats why my pizza is freezing cold every time. I hope you can improve your service, as it used to be great.

Tardó 3 intentos para obtener el número de teléfono entendido, y parece que se equivocaron de todos modos. Tratar de hacer que la mujer comprendiera el momento de 1845, o las siete menos cuarto, fue una pesadilla, y ella siguió cometiendo un error. A las siete en punto, sin pizza, así que volví a llamar. Habían enviado la pizza al número 106, aunque le había dicho a la mujer 1 CINCO 6, repetida varias veces. I was told that domino's don't do olives any longer but then went to a different branch and they were available as a topping! Go figure

Estoy con tres dispositivos móviles y de vez en cuando hacen ofertas y hoy era una pizza de 7 "gratis. Así que llamé a la tienda para que los muchachos me llevaran a lo largo del pedido, que para ser justos no era tan fácil. De todos modos, llegamos allí y Obtuve una hermosa pizza con una opción de cualquier cobertura increíble gratis también muy agradable.

As far as pizzas go Domino's are "best of a bad bunch" better than average kebab takeaway places.

Worst service I have ever received, I have ordered a Veg Volcano and received meat slices in pizza. When we call the store, Manager and the staff are least bothered and very bad behaviour.

Cant stand domino's go to woodseats kebab further along woodseats pizzas much nicer and cheaper.

Ordered one of their new Italian range for a late tea with the wife. Rang and placed the order. The member of staff dealing with the order seemed unable to understand plain English. Several repetitions later the order was confirmed and I was told to expect a 30 to 40 minute wait. We are talking around 7.35 in the evening. Had to ring them again at 8.25 as still no order was evident. Told it was out on delivery. I said that if it wasn't here in 10 mins I would request a refund. Finally turned up 10 mins later and got a lame excuse that were having to deliver from another branch which is absolute bunkum. The pizza was cold and of poor quality. I couldn't be bothered to complain again so will just vote with my feet and never bother with them again

Advertised as open until 5AM... after driving 1 and a half miles out of way I can assure you this is a lie!!! Where do i send my petrol receipt to claim back the wasted fuel!!!! Burn in hell domino's

been here a few times and i found the staff to be a little miserable and the food bland i have tried to complain on a couple of occasions but it fell on deaf ears hence why i don.t go here no more

I've visited here loads and never had a bad pizza. They are always hot and the service is good. I can't say I'd pay full price for Dominoes because it's more than you'd pay in a restaurant for a pizza but there's always a buy one get one free offer on.

Good friendly service but mushrooms must be short on the ground this yr as only 3 slices on mine and 6 slices of mushrooms on the wife's maybe they have a mushroom thief in there midst I'd best report it to woodseats police station across the road

We ordered takeaway. There was an offer on for buy a medium pizza and get one free. However with two extra toppings it still came to over £18. I had a Tuna delight with mushrooms. The pizza wasnt that good. The base was greasy and there was no Tuna visable on the Pizza which i believe may be against trade description laws. It tasted more like a cheese pizza only. Hubby had a hot and spicy with Pepperoni and although you could see some Pepperoni there were only about 5 pieces on it. Altogether poor and very poor value for money. I did send an email to them but ive not had any response.

Wow!! I have ordered from a domino's before, but this one was so quick at getting my order through, preparing it, baking it and delivering it..yummy for my tummy!! And to top it off with a pleasant, warm service too thanks guys, neat team u have..well worth giving them a tip I didn't stay hungry for long nom nom 🍴👌🏻😜 I will be back hehe xx
