Pepes Pizza Parlour in Sheffield

I have been going to Pepe's since Sept 2005 & have always had good food. Today i ordered a pizza and some chips only to find that they were cold, but my hunger was overwhelming. The food order that came to £14.00 was not value for money. I decided to phone Pepe's and make a complaint. I explained to the lady on the phone, and the response was "well it's not my fault" Having been in customer service for a few years, this was not the typical response of somebody that is skilled at their job. I asked for the manager & all he did was offer me £10.00 back for soggy cold chips & a cold pizza. THIS IS THE LAST TIME I WILL EVER EAT FROM THERE.

Excellent service misplaced my wallet and picked it up next day all contents intact including cash !! Keep it up well done

Ordered food and then order was cancelled and money still taken poor

The food as ok but there was no dips or no sauce with it as i order first time plus there was something that was on fries it was stuck inside it

I ordered dinner and chips, and there Donner meat is soo uncooked and awfully tasted. First time and last time

Terrible place, might as well have ordered my food from Argos, completely wrong items delivered, they must be raking it with all the food they dont deliver that people have paid for.

Quality food fantastic service specially chicken pizza

Delivery was on time and food was hot! However, we ordered a medium pizza, when it arrived it came in a 10" pizza which is usually a small pizza at most pizza places, but the main shock wasn't over, the pizza inside was even smaller, made the box look too big, no more than 8" at best. Not worth it at all.

Ordered food twice first at 16:49pm order was cancelled because I was on the phone and they couldn't reach me and I was luckily refunded so i orded again at 17:59pm and was told my food was on it's way and I should get it soon but was cancelled again because they couldn't complete my order and was charged so I'm without my food after waiting 3 hours and have been fully changed because of their mistake will not be ordering from here ever again

About 1 year ago I went there for food the next day i could NOT get off the tolet not pleasant, you don't need to know the rest but as I had eaten earlier i couldn't put it down on pepe's so afew months later i went again and gest what the exact same and once again on tolet and once again i had eaten elsewhere so couldn't make my mind up, BUT YESTERDAY LIKE A DIV I WENT AGAIN BUT THIS TIME THAT IS THE ONLY THING I EATEN THAT DAY 2/6/21 AND GUEST WHAT TODAY CAN'T GET OFF THE TOLET, THEY IS NO WAY I'M EATING THEY AGAIN NO NO NO, IF ANYONE WANTS TO EAT THEY THEN YOU BETTER THINK AGAIN IF I WAS YOU.... if i could give NO stars i would

Pedí 2 pizzas, pan de ajo y un kebab. Todo se fue a la basura. Toda la orden estaba helada y la carne de kebab estaba tan cocida que no era comestible. ¡Me recordó al cartón! La salsa del pan de ajo era una gran cantidad de pasta de tomate apilada en el medio. Nada apetitoso. Terminé ordenando a Pizza Hut ya que esto fue simplemente horrible. ¡Ahorre tiempo y dinero!

This food was vile , not even what I ordered so it had gone straight in the bin the ‘margarita pizza’ had got mushroom and ham on it , waist of monsy

Had pizza's at pepe's for year's won't go anywhere else for takeaway pizza's I've made pizza's at home but not as good as pepe's, the pizza base and toppings are so tasty, everyone at pepe's are lovely and friendly and helpful we have them nearly every week, so they usually know what pizza we want would definitely recommend pepe's pizza's

No other pizza compares to the soft fluffy base and the lashings of stringy cheese 😍🍕

The best place for pizza by far and we have tried a few perfectly cooked and reasonably priced

Estado utilizando estos durante años. Pasearía del pub local hasta aquí en una noche de sábado para una deliciosa ración de papas fritas y queso. Las pizzas son increíbles Siempre caliente y fresco. El personal es amable y el lugar siempre está limpio. Hacen pizzas según sus especificaciones cuando lo solicitan y nunca han estropeado una orden mía.

Absolutely divine. The pizza base is fluffy and light and the cheese is stringgy and creamy. utterly tastey. Would not dream of ordering pizza from anywhere else.
