Pizza Paz in Sheffield

Me and my wife popped in for food. Thought we would have burger and chips each. Very tasty and while I was waiting he offered a Turkish tea. Fantastic burger and chips really enjoyed. Highly recommended i

I have used pizza paz for a long time... beautiful food, always... unfortunately there were a few items missing from my order, I called pizza paz to tell them, and was called a liar a few times before I eventually just had to put the phone down..... I have always found all the staff to be courteous and friendly, not today..... unfortunately i now have to find another takeaway that cooks food that is as good as these but I will not be called a liar......

Possibly the worst kebab I ever had - and not that cheap! Disappointed

Delicious quality food! I was sceptical about ordering after seeing reviews about delivery time, but mine arrived on time and was well worth the risk! Food was so fresh, tasty and they met all my (fussy) dietary needs. Highly recommended :)

Very cheap only costing 3.99 for a 8 inch pizza and a drink the food it self is fantastic and is very filling. The costumer service is good and it's very easy to order from. The take away it's self is very clean and tidy. I've had more bad costumer service and bad food from actual restaurant.

Well after waiting for delivery for over an hour and half and 3 calls later, i decided to walk there and collect my order. Chips were like rubber, clearly reheated pizza was horrible, food was wasted.

Food was late they put chicken on pizza despite me picking a pizza with no chicken as can't eat it . Kabab burger come without chips

The best pizza in sheffield....the staff never get the order wrong. And the driver always comes and delivers it to the door.

The staff are very polite, the food is reasonably priced.

Our go to take-away. Kebabs are bang on, plenty of meat and salad. Very underated place.

My food wasn't even delivered, and now the delivery is marked as complete so a refund cannot even be processed. Absolute disgrace. I have been trying to call them for the past hour trying to get through and nothing. This is the worst service I have ever recieved and will be spreading the word on this shambolic showing!

Very unprofessional on the phone food was poor quality

Rang the restaurant 15 minutes after the food was supposed to arrive. Was told it was just leaving. 10 minutes later, asked for an update on it via the JustEat option. Suddenly the delivery time jumped to be 10 after the message (pushed back 35 minutes). Food finally arrived 10 minutes after that pushed back delivery time (45 minutes after original delivery time). Usually ok when ordering pizzas, but fantastic level fail ordering late at night.

Huge portion and really tasty except for the naan bread which was rock hard and snapped when you broke a bit off....imagine a thick popadom! Restaurant denied my order had been made initially too but with some perseverance they finally “found” it.... Can’t knock the rest of it as it was really tasty food!

A little confusion about where my adress was but its confusing for me sometimes too, but apart from that little situation, good service, professionally dealt with, good quality, food was piping hot, very good!

Best kebab I’ve ever had, chips taste absolutely amazing and delivery man was very friendly! Definitely my new go to for a kebab! :)

Charges £3 for delivery but takes an hour and 15. They can't compete with chains that'll deliver within 30min or order for free

My kids really enjoy the wide variety of pizzas from here and love the chips. It’s just a shame that the food always arrives late.

It was an hour late and there was no communication (I understand sometimes deliveries will be late however if it's going to be an hour late, they really ought to update the customer)

Food tasted amazing! But the burgers don’t come with chips so you have to buy these seperate. So for a decent burger & chips it’s close to £5. Can’t fault how good the burger was though, best one I’ve had in a while

Food came an hour late had rang more then 6 times to be told the same thing that they would ring driver and call back never received a call back also food came wrong and they didn’t offer to replace it will not be ordering from here again worse takeaway I’ve had this year.

Ordered it Saturday it and it’s now Wednesday and it’s still not arrived 🤦‍♂️. Delivery driver doesn’t follow instructions??? And yet I’ve still been charged fir his mistake???

Awesome, good quality food, great offers and prices. Absolutely love the pizzas and the takeaway has always accommodated special dietary requirements. We never order pizza from anywhere else.

Dont order from this take away i ordered a garlic bread chicken kabab donner kabab 2x burgers 1 kf the burgers is no where to be seen same applies to the donner the chicken kabab if thats what you cole it a few grilled cubes of chicken was placed on top of my garlic bread called to let him know he said im a cleaner nkt the boss i can do nothing what a mess of a place if they mess up this bad with the order makes me wonder whats going on in the kitchen keep away guys

Overcooked and barely warm. Calzone was nice and bursting with filling but the popcorn chicken/fries was overpriced for what is essentially 10 pieces of store bought popcorn chicken. The Garlic Bread was free and a nice touch but was cremated also.

Took almost 3 hours to get here. Ordered at 8:10 and it got here at 10:50. Called many times but only got through a couple times. The food was cold when it arrived too. I understand these are hard times but 3 hours?

The worst customer service I have ever received. After waiting over 2 hours from the estimated delivery time, we contacted the takeaway 4 times. On two occasions they hung up, on the 4th we were told “it would come whenever it comes” the man then went on to say he was just going to cancel it and hung up. How this takeaway is able to be on Just Eat I do not know but do not waste your money or your time trying to get your money back when your order never arrives. If I could give it less than 1 star I would!!

The meal arrived after midnight last night, leaving me with no choice but to warm it up and lose a lot of the taste and texture. I assumed Just Eat's choose your time option was in sync with the restaurants, as it has been for advance orders from other places...

Worst food ever tasted jacket potato was smashed in bottom of silver food take away dish with chilli on .. it must have been in freezer came out in one revolting lump the smell was horrendous I will never eat from here again

All the food was just a bit bad really. The pizza was cold within minutes and the chips were stuck together and also cold. I didn't order a garlic bread and was told it was free so that was kind but it also wasn't tasty. The service and delivery though was good and quick so credit where it is due.

Oder from here all the time, they have the most delicious kebabs ever! My favourite takeaway for years never go anywhere else.

My food was 50 minutes late and Luke warm at best. I rang after it was 20 minutes late to be told the driver was on his way to me. I’m in s5 and the takeaway is in s6 - half an hour later my food still was not here I rang up to be told it was traffic repeatedly (you can get across the entirety of Sheffield in 30 minutes). It arrived five minutes after this call and was pretty much cold. I was told ‘next time it will only be half an hour’

I just ordered a jacket potato and salad but it was over half an hour late and when I rung to ask how long it would be the man I spoke to was unhelpful and rude. When my food finally arrived there was no apology. When I cut into my potato half of it was rotten. Won't be ordering from here again!!!

Some nice meal deals. Pizzas pretty good, not the best but ok if you want a few on a deal.
