Pizza Pronto in Sheffield

Please put someone on that understands what we want to order was a bit awkward tonight repeating we will see what arrives.

I have ordered from here a few times but tonight not only was my order half hour late it wasn't very hot so obvs been sat waiting in shop to be delivered

Great Pizza Place. We had Kebab meal deal and a BBQ Meaty Pizza. Really good. Quality of food was superb.

Usually order from here it’s really good but waited 30 minutes for cheesy chips and Donna kebab and in the end it gave me food poisoning

It was absolutely delicious & I would recommend this place to all my friends

They used to be Brilliant but I think they are now on the verge of closing.(or should do) Screaming and shouting in the background. NON english speaker on the phone. over 10 attempts to get my name right. Pizza 4 hours late ! VERY BAD

I always order from here they do the best tomato garlic breads and the lady who answers the phone is so polite and lovely definitely the first person in customer service who is polite like she is 10/10

It's absolutely delicious, no delivery late it's always on time. The pizza is so warm. The cheese burger is so well done. And I am not gking to talk about the Special Chicken Kebab and the Special Mixed Kebab because they are so amazing

It's more experience ordering over phone then it is to order on justeat with there added charges too was told it would be 45 minutes was an hour and 15 minutes the food is a disgrace kebab meat is disgusting the only good thing about this place is the garlic mayo and the Lady that answers the phone

Just order with you tonight for first time and we are highly satisfied. Order 1x double cheeseburger. 1x quarter pounder chicken burger then a chips and chicken nuggets meal. This was a great amount of chicken nuggets however you should create a childrens menu. Burgers was lovely especially and followed our restaurant instructions. Will definitely be ordering with you again!

Used to order from here a lot years ago, ordered food from here the other night as I’d not ate here for ages, never again! Me and my 2 year old son done nothing but spew our guts up since, obviously given us food poisoning the dirty scrubbers.

Fast delivery but really depressing pizza. Half the crust was burned, was lukewarm (the cheese was slightly hardened) and it just tasted of nothing. Didn’t taste fresh or good quality. Really poor, cheap ingredients and a waste of money. Delivery driver wasn’t very friendly and left my gate wide open upon leaving. I won’t order from here again. Awful food.

Great service, friendly staff. Ordered for pickup. We had a 8" pepperoni pizza and 3 mixed kebabs and they were delicious, as was the free garlic bread. Plenty of meat in the kebabs. Will be going there again.

0 Stars. Everytime I go I'm disappointed. Aweful chicken, half the time the donner is leather, so expensive too. I got a 1/2 burger and fries for a fiver and wanted to throw it away. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Very polite and helpful staff. Pizzas are very good, in our opinion MUCH better than Pizza Hut, Domino's & Papa John's. Kebabs are also very good. Waiting times vary, sometimes over an hour but it's to be expected at the moment. We order regularly and never had any issues👍

Hello, the website is okay and give you basic idea of the menus and prices. The price are shown and it can help you work the price and brief description of what you get. I would recommend try the place out which is not bad. The parking is on the side road or they offer you a deliver service. Hope this helps

Top pizzas. Hot Kebab Pizza with garlic is my favourite. Try their garlic on any pizza, mmmmm.

Just ordered waited 90 minutes . Ordered 2 large lamb shish kebabs 5 pieces of lamb that were so tough they were inedible loads of kebab meat which was not what we ordered bland and tasteless asked for garlic mayo came with none. Garlic bread with cheese and tomato was just a margarita pizza and was doughy and bland. I have given it one star because the only thing was ok were the chips. Never again disgusted annoyed disappointed and still hungry as most of it went in the bin

Food was nice delivery estimate was rubbish ...rang them when 20 late to be told he thought it might have left the shop ...it arrived 10min later and as we are 5 mins from the shop it says a lot....FOS

Really disappointed we usually order from here as the food is decent but today it was late, cold and they didn’t deliver all of the order. When we called to see where the rest of it was the person was rude and clearly not bothered, said they would see what they could do and call us back. They obviously didn’t call back and when we did they said there was nothing they could do except remind them next time we order?! So we’re sat after waiting over an hour without a couple order. Appreciate they might be busy but no way to handle this situation. Won’t be ordering from them again and suggest others don’t either

Food is always delicious. However yesterday I have ordered Pizza vegetarian 10 inch with extra pineapple for extra £0.80 I paid up front and when pizza came it was with out pineapple. This was the only one time i was a little disappointed. Am a pregnant woman and really wanted that pineapple on it. O well it was the 1 time only. But love the food and service anyway.

I was very unhappy with the amount of time the delivery took. I order from here pretty much every time I want pizza as I have always been happy with the quality of the food and the delivery time but it took an hour and 20 minutes nearly for the food to come and I thought this was unacceptable as I ordered food due to needing to be somewhere.

Prompt delivery good takeaway food as you would expect. Pizza and chips was to a good standard and the dips were nice. Would order again.

Wouldn't order from anywhere else, ordered tonight thought I had chose delivery but by accident selected collection rang them after about 40 minutes and they delivered the food no problem even though it was my mistake. Pizzas r so nice couldn't say anything bad about pizza pronto

Was looking forward to a nice meal From here amongst good friends Saved Up and organised a night amongst friends for a a nice few pizzas. Pizzas...we got...albeit 25mins...no apology No free garlic bread and no apology from je driver on arrival...was more Concerned about his Next delivery to his favourite customer' Been a regular user of Pizza Pronto, yet disappointed to see poor Service and response from them.
