I recently ordered from Domino’s Pizza, and I have to say, it was one of the best pizza experiences I’ve had in a long time. From start to finish, everything about the service and the food was outstanding. What really impressed me right away was how fast the service was. I placed my order online, and within what felt like minutes, the pizza was already on its way. The tracking system is super convenient too—you can see when your order is being prepared, baked, and out for delivery. It adds a layer of excitement and transparency that I really appreciate. When the pizza arrived, it was still piping hot and fresh, which tells me it came straight out of the oven and into the delivery bag without sitting around. The delivery driver was polite, professional, and got everything exactly right. Now, let’s talk about the pizza itself—absolutely phenomenal. I’ve tried a lot of different pizza places, both chain and local, and I can honestly say this was some of the highest quality pizza I’ve had from a national chain. The crust was perfectly baked: golden brown on the outside with a soft, chewy inside. The sauce had just the right amount of tang and spice, and it didn’t overpower the other ingredients. And the cheese? Melted to perfection, gooey and rich with a flavor that makes you want to keep eating even after you’re full. The toppings were fresh and generously spread. Whether it’s pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, or any combination, Domino’s really knows how to balance the ingredients for the best taste. Everything felt like it was made with care, and that level of quality really shines through in every bite. It’s also worth mentioning that the menu is diverse, with something for everyone—pizzas, pastas, wings, cheesy bread, desserts—you name it. And the prices are more than reasonable, especially considering the level of service and food quality you get. There are always good deals and combos, so you’re never overpaying for a great meal. Overall, I can’t recommend Domino’s Pizza enough. Whether you’re in a rush and need something quick or just craving some seriously good pizza, they deliver (literally and figuratively). This was far more than your average takeout—it was a genuinely satisfying dining experience from a place that clearly takes pride in what they do. Five stars without hesitation!

Staff are rude and make you as a customer feel like an inconvenience. Wouldn’t recommend going at all pizza was mediocre and overpriced.

Always get a really pizza, week in and week out. The staff are really friendly and can’t do enough - which sounds a bit strange for a fast food pizza place but it’s true!

Disappointing lately. Overcooked and dry. Minimal cheese and not spread out. Consistently getting the wrong toppings. The new dip pots are so cheap and don't open.

Very disappointed, when you order a chicken pizza you expect that that is the main ingredient, unfortunately there wasn’t even a piece of chicken on each slice and when your paying £ 20 + you would think you might get a little more chicken

We ordered 9 pizzas to collect for our staff (we wanted to make it a regular Friday treat) I asked the price for collection and was told £10 medium £12 large, went for medium, but was not told that ANY size pizza collected is £9,99 so we could have had large for the same price, why wouldn't the staff mention this on the phone when I asked? Totally ripped off, when I brought it up on collection they apologized and agreed they should have let me know but no offer of compensation

Considering the quality of the food and the service, Domino’s offers fantastic value for money. The portions were generous, and with the various deals and discounts available, it’s easy to feed a family or group of friends without breaking the bank.

9.99 any soze pizza for collection only is a winner for me. I'd rather travel this far to get the deal than anywhere.

Speedy turnaround, great food, friendly staff, spotless premesis / toilets etc. highly recommended. By far the best Dominos I’ve had so far.

The delivery arrival in relation to the actual arrival was massively different. I know Domino's have an order to delivery target, it looks like the store has falsified the numbers by chalking of the delivery time earlier than it arrives. Disappointing food and very disappointing delivery times. Nice driver attitude though on apologising through being late. I WILL ADD THAT THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED.

Terrible customer service, guy was training staff and just ignored customers. Was not even apologetic about it, very unwelcoming.

Made an order for delivery on the app. App said delivery in 25 to 35 minutes. 40 minuted later it was apparently out for delivery. 20 mins later the app showed it had been delivered. It had not! Gave it 10 mins then called them. Delivery driver has just left they said, took them over 10 minutes to do a 4 minute trip. Pizzas, wedges, garlic bread and cookies were all cold.

They got our order wrong although I reiterated it to him 3 times, attitude wasn't great and food was cold.

The food here is consistently good, and I recommend it as a convenient option if you are at Fox Valley Park looking for a meal. My only concern is that the time presented on the app and in store for how long the food will take to make is often much shorter than the reality.

Two 7" pizzas were tasty but expensive. The chips were cold and the ice cream was pricey too. £33+ for supper was excessive. I think Indian next time! The telephone ordering experience was frustrating as the operator's accent made speech foggy.

Waited ages for food, it was nice when we got it no one else in while we were there. Wouldn't use that 1 again. Incidentally it was the 1st time I have ever been in a dominoes.

One Member of staff needs to go on a customer service training course.wasn't Very nice...can I ask what time the 7.99 pizza deal starts and finishes in the day. As I got refused it at 4.30 pm.and it wasn't on the board outside or on the app.

No joke the best dominos i have ever ordered from. Very good quality pizza, never had a mistake or a badly made one. Delivery is lightning quick, and always super friendly. Quality of service at this store has made it our go to takeaway, much appreciated.

My delivery driver went above and beyond not only did he deliver my pizza he came in washed my pots hoovered up did my ironing gave me a full body massage then bathed me quality service

I had a problem with dominoes over a year ago which I never thought would be resolved but a few days ago the new manager contacted me and helped me

I always order on week days and it's always super fast delivery and great food.

Been twice and found that the pizza I received wasn’t what I ordered both times. Very few offers in store and the main offer expires at 5pm (not sure how many people order pizzas before 5pm).

Over 2 hours late when I last ordered from here, phoned them there were no genuine opologies.

Ordered a pizza which they made wrong, when I rang up I was told I would have a free pizza next time, I have just rang up to claim my pizza and have been told I do not have a free pizza, not what I was expecting to hear after being assured I would get a free one after they messed up my order, and all I was told is nothing could be done, terrible service

Over 1 hour and half for delivery, I could of driven to a pizza hut that is too far away for delivery quicker and been back home sooner than the absolutely shocking service. Won't waste my time with dominoes again

Dominos takeaway service dreadful.. Estimated time 10mins to 30mins. Then the pizza was the wrong one! that got boxed and handed over from another order. Ordered thin and crispy and got regular pizza!! From start to finish awful, wouldnt recommend unless you had nothing else to do??

Very slow to cook, and got my order totally wrong ..... Had to wait a further 20 for them to rectify there mistake. Think I'll give this Domino's a miss in the future !!!

Text to say on way and tracker said 4 minutes! Tracker not moved after TEN minutes….. 14 minutes AFTER text said and the tracker finally started to move! For how expensive it is, expect better! 20 minutes later arrived. Drivers are always polite and lovely.

Upon visiting the dominos in fox valley we were firstly greeted by a delivery driver by opening the doors for us and were kindly greeted by Jonathan with a lovely smile at the counter with amazing customer service skills and a very helpful chap. This store is amazing as it has the eat in option and I was amazed to see that dominos has progressed to have the eat in option with many tables as I have never seen this before in any other stores as a long serving customer. Immaculate wash room facilities and overall the place is very clean and tidy. 10/10 all around and genuine review as how amazing this store is and Once again thank you Jonathan you made our visit amazing. Definitely returning next time we are in the area👍

Not as good as a Dominoes Pizza should be. There was hardly any cheese topping on it and it arrived barely tepid. It was on time but that was about it.

Pizza was absolutely delicious. Staff were very friendly. A great experience!! Will be going back another day.

The sides I ordered weren’t cooked properly the pizza was awful! Was a waste of £25! Never ever will I order from there again it’s a disgrace! I would advise people to drive further for better pizza!!!

Overpriced all the deals arnt really deals

Very poor, refusing to honour any deals on leaflet delivered less than a week ago. Seems they've realised people are limited as to where they can order from so blatantly profiteering during this difficult period. Rude over the phone and no email responses. Amended to 3 stars as head office intervened and provided a discount code. Maybe they'll also retrain the manager on how to speak to customers.

Took one hour 15mins to arrive. When arrived all items were cold and pizza like cardboard. Really poor.

we live out beyond there delivery area , so to be helpfull we tried to get them to deliver to our van in the car park , this is not allowed as its not an adress , use some comon sense dominos , your crying out for buisness and we saving you delivery charges , you only had to walk out to fox valley car park and place the pizza on the bonnet . very unhelpfull
