Flames Kebab Pizza in Wellingborough

It was very delicious. The charcoal grill burger was amazing.

DO NOT GO!! I ordered a medium donner meal and 8 wings. The wings were unseasoned and dry, no flavouring whatsoever. Tasted like frozen Iceland chicken wings. The donner was a very small portion for the price, just like the chicken wings they were dry and unseasoned as well. It came with a couple splodges of sauce and a tiny portion of salad. The chips were hard and over cooked. Overall the food was horrible. Would not recommend.

Ordered from here for the first time this evening, food arrived fairly quickly, it was warm and the delivery driver was very pleasant We ordered a pizza, a bacon cheese burger and garlic mushrooms, it was all amazing!!! Will be ordering again! !!!!! Ordered again!!!! And just gets better and better I can’t get over how high quality the food and the service was, the food was so hot and fresh (rare in a takeaway around here) Thankyou so much!!!

My food arrived on time but very disappointed with the pizza, very dry and seems like it has been left overnight, chips were okay, the coke bottle came warm normally very impressed with this takeaway but not very satisfied this time also the sauce pot has exploded in both boxes and my daughter is allergic to the sauce and she could not eat either pizza

This is genuinely one of the best takeaway places in Northamptonshire. They’ve never done me wrong and always sort me out with a fresh kebab when I order. The wings are good as well. I think you get really good value for money from these guys!

Banging mixed doner kebab, gorgeous fresh salad in separate pot, sauce of choice either on meal or in separate pot, can of drink. Great for food after a Friday night out.

Food tastes like actual vomit. Days later I can still taste sick. And smell the food. Also burnt plastic taste and tiny portions.

Disgusting service, website lies, says it shuts at 2.50 and they shut at 1:30. Asked men in shop why and they were rude and the customer service was horrible.

Was late handed me the wrong food then had to get me the right meal I ordered that was wrong anyways forgot my drink so the driver had to go back and get it bit of a shambles if you ask me

I have been a satisfied flames customer for a good few years but have to say the quality has taken a serious nosedive. My order tonight was for a birthday treat to my hubby..he does love a kebab. The price hike is understandable due to world events, and I have no quibble with that, but I would have expected a decent quality of food. The generous sized portion of chips were obvious reheats! The kebab size was generous, the chilli sauce was nice but sparse and the meat was tepid through and through. Huge disappointment, not the usual excellent quality.

We started ordering from another place in Wellingborough, but had a couple of issues, with cold food, even though the delivery had been early, decided to return to Flames, tonight was 45mins earlier than expected, only 20mins after ordering!!!! Perfect 😊

The whole meal was very cold, chips , meat, everything. One tiny pot of salad for four people, one tiny pot of chilli sauce. Very dissatisfied, for the money not good at all !!!

usually don't have an issue with this place but this time the food was stone cold when arrived, chips tasted like cardboard and when ordering chips and salad served in a pita bread I kind of expected the pita bread which didn't show up either.

Waiting for food still rang restaurant aparently driver rang me witch they didn’t as my number is up to date very rude over phone would not recommend if live in flat as drivers don’t understand to ring customers ( still waiting for foor 2 hours later! Not acceptable!

Rang up and was told weekends are busy and that the food is due to be cold when came and them was met with attitude when I tried to sort it.

You’re lucky you’re getting 1 star! I don’t expect to place an order then get told it’s cancelled almost an hour later....I will not be ordering from here again and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone! More excuses for poor service

I brought chicken kebab and chip last night and still taste it this morning, a lot of the chicken looked like it came out of a bin plus burnt, they don't like complaining, they haven't learned they lesson, read, take note and get better Flames

Got my order and only one item was right, the rest was incorrect. Honestly I was not expecting for this mistake to happen the first time I ordered from this restaurant. I'm displeased with the results as my order was delivered incorrectly, I did not order kebab chicken wraps I ordered lamb. Displeasing results, 😐

My order was due between 5:50 and 6:10. At 6:05 I was instructed that it was on its way. At 6:10 it then said enjoy your food but hadn’t been delivered so I thought they may have taken it to another address. At 6:20 I asked for information on my order and was told there is a delay and will now be delivered at 6:30. It eventually came at 6:43 and the food was cold.

Food was ok but we got the wrong order. I ordered a chicken Kebab and I got lamb. This was pity as service good in all other areas

Usually have great food from flames and rate highly. Unfortunately we waited at least 20mins longer than maximum waiting time predicted, for cold pizzas, cold chips, what looked like an old reheated sausage and cans of drink missing from meal deal : (

Ordered through just eat: they advertised a specific offer. The restaurant phoned me. Was rude, abnoxious dismissive and disrespectful, they told me they would cancel my whole order because I ordered their pizza deal which then offered the extra third pizza for £2.49. That this was JUST EATS problem. The restaurant wouldn’t do it and I’d have to contact JUST EAT to get my money back. I then had to compromise with the restaurant and ask them, in stead of 3 LARGE pizzas (which I ordered) could they do 2 large and 1SMALL. Baring in mind it was advertised as 3 large size pizzas 4 regular chips 2 garlic breads a bottle of drink and 2 LARGE PIZZAS with an extra 1 for £2.49. Absolute shocking service and then to be told any order I make in future will be cancelled because I am an “awkward customer” shocking, and the food was cold and the drink was warm.

Had a family Kebab meal while on a break between Theatre shows last night.Quite fussy with Kebab meat but gotta say the food was very tasty and well cooked.Chips and salad were spot on.Def go back when next in Wellingborough!

The pizza was so nice we are swapping from dominoes to flames really can recommend.

Waited ages for order before calling to discover food had apparently been delivered elsewhere. Driver insisted it was delivered to the correct address but nobody ever knocked our door… Still trying to resolve over an hour later. Order has now been cancelled… Looks like we’re going to bed hungry.

45 minutes late, cold and soggy food, missing items. Fair enough being late, but missing items too, and cold food. No. Have used this place loads over the years, price goes up, quality and service goes down. Will not use again.

Disappointing no garlic sauce for the mushrooms or onion rings, mushrooms we’re over cooked as they were small, Turkish bread was hard & the kebab meat was lukewarm, only things that were ok was the prawn cocktail & chicken burger

Understandably late as it’s the football final night, delicious food though and very apologetic delivery man.

No matter what I order from flames I am never disappointed to the point that they got my order wrong today but I still enjoyed every bit and they also came personally to apologise for the error and offered us a meal on them which is a bonus thanks for the great customer service and food!!

If your thinking about ordering from flames my advice is DONT.. The food is of very very poor quality, Staff are very rude and have little to no customer service skills. If i could give this joke of a takeaway 0 stars i would

We ordered the mixed kebab for 2 people. Food was on time and hot. Pitta breads were really small so you couldn't fit much in them at all. There was lots of meat (way too much but not a complaint!) The lamb shish was very gristly and all other meat was ok but a bit on the dry side. Not a bad takeaway but a bit 'meh'

Good quality food delivered promptly. The pizza was delicious, especially the nutella and pistachio!

Every time I order from flames I request they ring the bell, put the food down, and step back 2m. Not once have they done this, every time, I open the door and this bloke is stood right by the door holding it. No respect for social distancing. At least this time, he had a mask on

Delicious, nice chunks of lamb and chicken and donor meat was not greasy like some places. Definitely recommend and will certainly be using again! Thought it was a little expensive at first, but the portion size and quality warranted the price. Really tasty. Thank you.
