Diamond Pizza And Kebab in Southampton

Hate to write this me and my family have been using this takeaway for a number of years and no complaints... Until now had a kebab and paid for extra large when it came it was a disgrace, I wouldn't even call it small they must have counted the bits of kebab meat they put on there must have been about 20 small pieces on it got a salad even though I didn't ask for any on my order but glad I did or my box would have been almost empty, have never had a issue before love the staff and food.. But 11.00 pound for 2.00s worth just a joke.

Waiting time for food is not ya standard 40 to 45 min and when you call to cancel there is nothing they can do to help when the food arrived it was stone cold The wings where cheap and bubbled with trans fat As for the pizzas where over cremated and to be onist im still using one as a door stop and the other iv kept for a frisbee for my six dogs and even that was a bad idear as my bullmastiff has lost his tooth

Old fries avoid this place as much as possible

Kebabs were swimming in grease and toppings were wrong. If you try to complain, they put the phone down on you!!! Never again.

Absolutely ridiculous, ordered 2 pizzas late night at 12:53am and it is now currently 2:27am and still have not recieved our order. The shop is an 11 minute drive away according to google maps and shouldn't ambe any more than this at this time of night. Rang shop at 01:50 to find out what's going on as they shut at 2:00am and was told it would be 10/15 minutes maximum however still have not recieved food. Absolutely appalling. Does not take this long to cook and deliver 2 pizzas an 11 min drive away. Idiots.

I've had some bad takeaways in my time but Holy guacamole 80 min wait for inedible food. Incredible

Not impressed. Spent £50 in there and food average. Worst thing....... guy who served me was not very communicative and his clothes were filthy. Alex, change your clothes.....everyday! You are handling food and trying to encourage custom. Because of this, I won't be back. If someone is happy to show the public dirt up front, what dirt are they hiding. Sorry guys, up your game.....A LOT. Also no prices on the main board, they've covered them up & not updated, it's on a small menu on the counter.

Absolutely disgusting, the place needs to be closed down.. I saw him drop the tongs on the floor pick them up and carry on using them to cook people's food with. Absolutely no care given to the food,just thrown into a box. Don't eat there,they need closing down,there attitudes ar appalling as well

We ordered for delivery late last night, whilst the food was cooked an delivered it was not what we ordered. There was no salad in our kebabs and the actual portion size was very small, not what you would expect. Very disappointed

Took over an hour to get my delivery was told 30 minutes, called and told driver on way, that was 15 minutes ago

Poor company, I orderd just simple cheesy chips, cheesecake can of drink never arrived. Called the place to find out they delivered to wrong address the person who answered phone was speaking to the driver who delivered it and would not rectify this problem even with the driver right there. Poor customer service and management to run a business, I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Took over an hour and a half, kept saying it was on its way when we called and then when we called to cancel they hung up!

I’ve always gone hear but the last night was absolutely terrible the delivery driver laughed when I answered the door because I was English and then I gave him more then what the food came to and he tried getting more money and on top of that my large mixed kabab was tiny and stone cold even though I live 10 minutes away and the chicken part of the kabab almost broke my tooth my partners burger was hot so I don’t get how my kabab was stone cold like as if it came out a fridge it’s a shame because I used to go hear a lot I defiantly won’t be getting anything delivered and will go there and talk yet again next time this isn’t the first time they’ve done this

This place is a joke, an hour and a half delivery time when the shop is 12 mins away!! arrived COLD, and they Got almost everything on the order WRONG. Ordered a doner wrap meal with no salad, and it came with a ton of salad, they forgot the chips and it wasn’t even that good. Also ordered a large chicken doner meal with salad and they forgot the salad and forgot the drink. don’t bother ordering from here

Good Kebab good portions. Only gripe, is like so many other Kebab shops nowadays, is they don't do the old fashioned "squirty chilli sauce"

The pizzas were very late and arrived cold. When they finally arrived the delivery man screamed at my daughter that he could find our house, when it wasnt her fault. I called the manager 3 times and explained the situation, he was very rude and hang up on us. I dont recommend ordering from here.

They went above and beyond to meet my requirements. They had run out of one of the toppings I requested so they called me to offer some substitutes, and when I told them no other substitutes would do (I am autistic and always have the same toppings every time) they went out of their way to source it! Bearing in mind it was gone 11pm when I ordered, I'm not sure how they did it but they did! I appreciate their efforts especially because it was so late and they probably wanted to go home. Top service. (Pizza tasted great too!)

Asked for burger and chips. Lots of chilli sauce on chips. Drive home - NO sauce - or even salt n vinegar - on chips. Second time it's happened Also inshop price says 6.50 + 3.00 for chips - I was charged £11 - when I went back to conplain was told in the process of printing new prices - will not visit again

Order didn't arrive. Delivery driver sat on my driveway and then drove away, saying he couldn't find my house whilst we stood in front of the car and waved. Weird experience. Won't be buying here again, also I have not received any form of refund.

We always get our kebabs and wraps from here. Tonight i ordered a kebab wrap and a milkshake. The kebab was cold and milkshake had exploded in the bag. They replaced both but the kebab was still cold. Not one of the best deliveries we have had from there

This place is usually pretty good, but we waited 1hr 45 to receive a lukewarm order which was missing part of it. Sad really as was always so reliable. UPDATE never again will I order from here. Last few orders there's always something wrong, and they're always rude on the phone. Not to mention upping the price of a combo deal that was around £11 to £20. Just not worth it.

Well, if you want to eat, do not order from this place, as you will never receive your food. Can't really comment on the quality of the food as they never bothered delivering it. Accepted the order and the Payment tho. Obviously. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Wanted to charge me £5 for delivery of a wrap! I live 3 minutes from the shop! Wow!!! Yet the maximum they charge for a delivery on just eat is £2.50….. told me there was a minimum order of £12, yet just eat states no minimum order.

Simple pepperoni pizza for carry out while visiting here from United States. Very, very good. Friendly and hospitable owner. Will definitely come back here next time we visit.

Ordered a large kebab meat and chips. Cost me £8 Upon opening the box It was 90% cheap fries and the other 10% was crusty and dry donor meat. I returned to the shop and very politely asked the manager why he had a lovely fresh donor standing being heated but I had dry and crusty meat in my tray. To which he simply replied I gave you the old stuff!! Shocking service. Basically gave me 30p worth of chips and some meat that was only fit for the bin. Definitely won't go there again. I recommend you don't either. If I could give it 0 stars I would!!

One of the two pizzas we bought was not what we ordered, they were both very bland . The coleslaw was just sliced lettuce with sour tasting mayo over it, so not coleslaw at all. I've sent them a recipe for classic coleslaw hope it helps :)

Ordered two pizzas, both pizzas were wrong and tasted rubbish. Vegetarian pizza, we asked for jalapenos as an extra topping, no jalapenos and it tasted horrible. Chicken Supreme, no chicken, and found Pepperoni in it, absolutely rubbish, would not buy again !

Quick ordering time, but maybe the drivers need to slow down a bit so that the pizza stays flat. I opened this in front of the driver and he just laughed at it. Poor communication skills with language barrier. Tried calling the shop about it, but no answer

I love to eat kebabs, thus place makes nice food . Im absolutely happy with them.

So I've just come to order my usual to find the prices have increased massively (Over 20%), from £14.50 to £17.50 in the course of 3 weeks... They've added £1 to each of my usual menu items. £5 now for a slice of chocolate fudge cake!? It was expensive before, now it's ridiculous. Absolutely no excuse for this kind of sudden increase. I'll be ordering from elsewhere from now on; you've just lost a loyal customer!

Updated Review: Recently the food has been substandard quality. The kebab meat used to be really nice but recently it's been very poor quality (bland and flavourless). Despite having purchased here regularly for 2 years we are now getting our kebabs elsewhere. Original Review (pictured): Great pizzas and kebabs. The pizzas are not greasy and you can taste the toppings. Always been given 2 dips with each pizza which is great! The kebabs are served with plenty of meat and salad. A great portion size. We've been getting a takeaway here a lot over the last year. Recommended.

Very nice chicken sheesh kebab, pizzas a solid 8/10.

I received the food i ordered fine but i added a shear bottle of drink and when i phoned to say the delivered a can not the bottle they said no i ordered a can and when i pointed out what it says on there website and they new i was right they pretended they could not understand me and refused to send another can to compensate or deliver the bottle that i ordered and paid £1.50 for that is the last time i order from them if i am going to be ripped of when especially when paying £16.50 for a meal just to be spoken to as rude as they spoke to me

We order pasta bolognese and chicken and mushroom pasta! This was the worst food i ever eat in my life! Cold, disgusting , no taste, overcooked and tomato sauce was just tomato puree , just no words for it !!! Shame !!!

Absolutely lovely! Cheesy chips and kebab was outstanding couldn't eat the pitta as it was very oily maybe next time put pitta on top.. But minus that it was absolutely lovely!

We ordered last night, 5 kebab wraps for delivery. I put in the comments for a specific salad in each of 4 of the wraps as well as ordering 1 without any salad as my son does not touch it. They arrived 1 hour later ...the wraps were cold to the touch in places and ALL had every item of salad on them they could so completely wrong. I rang and spoke to the owner who offered me "free garlic bread next time" I said no I want a refund its all wrong he read the order and confirmed what I had asked for so knew it had been sent wrong, he then rudely said "No Refund" and that was the end of the call. The food went in the bin. I complained to the people that the payment goes through as it states on their website to do they said that the owner wanted to speak with me today after 4pm as he is keen to sort but still refuses a refund. Rang takeaway to be told in broken english "he not here ring tomorrow" I said that he had asked for my call was told "ring tomorrow ok???". Rubbish total waste of nearly £25 not worth the chance if something isn't right they don't give a damn.

Disgusting! Yesterday around 12 I ordered two Donna kebad wraps and chips. It was like it was left over from the night before. The chips were rank! Soggy and you could tell these had been cooked before. The meat in the kebab was dry and had no flavour! To top it off, I've had an upset stomach all night! Avoid!! I'm so sick of these shops just popping up and serving rubbish food to people! It's not cheap anymore to have a takeaway and for me it's a treat, so to be sent this disgusting food after I paid nearly 20 is an insult! If you want to make it right I recommend replying to this review and we can pick it up! My advise! Don't order from here; it's rank!

Food here is great. The staff are always polite. Never had an issue, even chucked in a few freebies if we had to wait slightly longer (which was no issue.) The only kebab I will eat, with very generous portion sizes.

DO NOT use this takeaway company as we tried to order 4 pizzas and they would not HONOUR THEIR website AND leaflet claim of BUY ONE GET ONE FREE.

Absolutely disgusting. Food was 35 minutes late the delivery driver rang me convinced that the numbers on my road start at 15 when I live at 13 he basicly was telling me I was wrong and didn't know where I lived he was so rude. Asked for no salad on kebab but it came with salad and the food was cold and the greasiest good I have ever had it went through all packaging and paper it was horrible me and both my kids couldn't eat it

The food is good after a night of drinking, but I wouldn't recommend it as a place for a general takeaway; especially when there are better alternatives nearby. Definitely a place to go if you like your greasy grub. I'll admit, I have enjoyed their burgers a few times.

Had a leaflet through my door, despite having a sign on my door clearly stating no junk mail, leaflets, flyers, please adhere to requests like this.

Best chicken Shish kebab I have ever Tasted it was lush. My other half kebab was good to he said.. Will definitely be back
