Not quite what it used to be, pizza tasted like cardboard the last two times I ordered.

Think the pizza we ordered may of been fresh maybe a week ago! Non of the food was nice, total waste of money

I came in the store and it stunk of body odor, i told him my order and he took 5 minutes to reply, i ordered a barebeque burger then i came 10 minutes later, it was 2 pieces of meat stuck together with no salad or nothing, then i asked him for salad and he picked the salad up without washing his hands, no gloves then i told him his shop stunk of body odor as it did and that the hygiene is 1/10 dirty man should be ashamed of his business, he should be working in a t shirt factory and get out of the food business asap!

Been ordering for quite a while now and quite tasty. Friendly on phone and drivers too. Even willing to solve when there's been a problem if you let them know which has only been the odd time. Thank you.

This was the best dinner I have had in ages. My mom had surprised me since it was my birthday I had the margarita pizza and chicken burger it was delicious 🥰🥰. The customers service was lovely ☺️ and kind. I will always be ordering Friday night.

Cold, missing a dip, soggy chips. They should not be soggy for a 5 minute drive. £5.50 for 15 little portion of popcorn chicken, even says large on the menu. Definitely wasn't large

On just eat they have x2 restaurants, herbies pizza and Bitterne chicken . avoid them , if any complaints they contact via mobile phone and demand a reason for complaint of food or missing items , very rude and disrespectful.

I live local, I've seen tons of old bad reviews so I think I should give a more recent view of how things are. Guys at the counter are nice, pizzas are good and very cheap compared to the bigger places we all know of. Conveniently located, parking is an issue. Got better deals if you can pick up, only tried their pizzas multiple times so can't vouch for other items.

Ordered 3 burgers and chips and potato skins with bacon . There was 1 small piece of bacon on each skin which is really bad and the skin wasn't crispy as it should be!!! As a chef I am embarrassed for this take away ! The burgers were just thrown together and the chips were hard , all pointing to reheated chips!! I have a sensitive stomach so I know I'll be feeling rough tonight!! If you don't care about what you serve it might be time to get out of the business! Won't be ordering from here again. My daughter has left 3 quarters of her meal because it's made her sick.

Well got 4 out 12 mushrooms and 2 out 5 jalapeños cream cheese so clearly ira ok for drivers to eat on the job not happy for the way I was spoken too

We have just had the most succulent burger and chicken steak burgers. Both were amazing. Chips a tad too crunchy and standard frozen chips (could be a lot better) onion rings were underdone which is a shame because the burgers were amazing. The dip was missing from the order, but no big deal. I'd still return for the burgers, and they alone deserve the 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Rubbish, £5 for Hawaiian Quarter Pounder, couple of pineapple chunks not even any salad and chips r so dry, 1st and last order I'm afraid !!

Ordered from here pizza was fine but when it came to dessert i actually spat it out! It was vile, soggy and tasted like stale plastic. I phoned the shop to ask them to refund me the money for the dessert and he told me it was my fault for ordering it! Really??!! He was rude and couldn't care less. What ever happened to good customer service? I'm not one to usually complain but I wouldn't even feed that to my dog, I understand that sometimes the odd thing isn't up to scratch but a normal fast food place would be helpful and try to resolve the issue.Not herbies! Will not be wasting any of my money here again.

We always order pizza, wings, ribs, potato skins etc. And it is all better than the big chains like dominos and Pizza Hut. All fresh ingredients and the options cover everything you fancy. Delivery is always quick. To be honest what more do you want?

Awful. I ordered online on hungry house, I ordered party pack £24.99: 2 pizzas, 2 sides and a drink. I only received one side, so called the restaurant. They were disgustingly rude, said it was my fault as the 2nd side I ordered was just a dip. I tried to explain that it must b a glitch, the dip was the choice to go WITH the side n asked y I would order just a dip... they replied “ur fault, bye” n hung up!!! I live close by and own a local business, not only will I never order from here again I’ll tell all who will listen how disgraceful their service is. Hungry house refunded me money but the restaurant itself sucks. If I cud give it 0 stars I wud. The pizzas we did get we GREASY and not cooked properly and the one side I got was cold. I got two dips though 🤬

Awful food, soggy chips, horrible chicken burger and beef burger was dreadful to say the least, very disappointed was not worth the money, will not be going back, sorry to all of you hungry humans out there but I don’t recommend.

La pizza muy buena, especialmente el pan de ajo y palitos de mozzarella. Nunca tuve un problema con ellos pero que siempre ha sido en tiempo o delante cuando entrega. Y a un precio razonable. Y lo mejor de todo donde están limitadas para rápido las entregas de alimentos y siempre caliente a la llegada.

Lovely takeaway Pizzas, delivered very quick to us in Ocean Village. Reasonably priced...would recommend ordering direct for best offers. Highly recommended.

Sick of disappointing chain take away pizza's, we were determined to find another local take away that was better. We decided on Herbies, and were not disappointed! Delivered quickly, HOT, and really tasty! Will definitely order again 😁 👌

Was quite disappointed with this take out this evening. Bought with 40% off over £30 but even then it wasn't really worth the money. Onion rings were horrible, not crispy at all and a really odd consistency. Again chicken burger not crispy at all. Pizza was of an OK quality but I will not be ordering from here again.

Absolutely useless customer service, placed order via just eat, waited an hour and a half, no show, walked up to the store who claimed they did not have our order then refused to look at the confirmation email I was trying to show them, kept dismissing me and telling me there is nothing they could do despite my full order details being on the email, refused to talk to me after this then told me to speak to just eat. Just eat called them and they said I would not pick up my phone which is complete dribble, no missed calls, no attempt at contact. Do not expect to to be able to communicate with them either, tried to call them several times hence having to take the walk.

It took over 2 hours, been hung up twice over the phone, last and 3 time we spoke to someone they said they were busy and hung up again, no apologies, food arrived cold, would avoid this place at all cost!

Nasty, poor quality food. Pizza is mass produced frozen cr@p, no way is there dough fresh everyday. All the sides were mank as well, please don't waste your money here.

Very unpolite people with no manners, like they have never heard of customer service. It took just under two hours to get our food. What made it worse is when I rang to ask they gave me the same excuse 3 times and on the last they hung up on me. The delivery man was rude and the food was only average and not worth the hassle. They utter c***s!

Not only could the driver not find my house, even though I'd given a clear description, he also seemed to think it was my fault! When he eventually found my house, with me shivering outside, he told me off as "my postcode is wrong" (it's not). By this point the food was cold & inedible! Maybe if during one of the 4 phone calls the driver made to me while searching for my house, he had listened instead of hanging up, my pizza wouldn't have spent a half hour in his car! Won't be ordering again. Awful service!

Time and service were fine, but the quality of the pizza and sides were shocking. The burger was mank as well. My partner said it was rubbery and the leaf of lettuce inside was slimy and brown. Pizza was very low quality no way was the base fresh, and considering they ask for £18 you would expect better! Never again, my advice go elsewhere! Honestly.
