it wasn't there fault they just couldn't find my part of the building but they know for next time and it was a estimated time so giving leeway it was a given but excellent customer serves and great communication

The pizza was tasty, but the description said pepperoni and ham. The pepperoni was good but on the whole pizza there were only 3 bits of ham. Also, I paid to have the 4 pieces of garlic bread with cheese on, but I shouldn't have bothered as there was barely any cheese on any of them. One piece had none. However, as I said, the food was very tasty and arrived hot, which is impressive in this weather and the lady that delivered it was lovely. Really tasty food, just lacking some toppings 🙂

Ordered the Calzone, which traditionally look something similar in shape and depth to a cornish pasty. Got something that resembled the shape, but the depth was pancake-like, with the minimum amount of filling possible. Calzones when torn, should ooze with stretchy cheese... the cheese was barely noticeable in this and the pepperoni and chicken seemed to be all on their own. A bit of cheese was sprinkled on top before being cooked and went crunchy. Tasted ok, but item not what I was expecting

unfortunately probably the worst food ive had from them in years the cheesy chips had zero flavor and the the Buurgars tasted super cheap and grainy.

First time using these guys considering how close we live! wish we had tried them sooner. Great food, hot and decent portions. delivery alot sooner than estimated but we were happy with that. Will definitely be ordering again

Food was cold there was an item missing and the cheese and bacon on the burgers what is that all about was not enjoyable at all.

For food that took over an hour from ordering to delivery, I couldn't be more disappointed with the quality. The food came cold for a start, and tasted terrible. Onion Rings were so blonde they started singing Heart of Glass at me. Not even passable.

Order from here often, food usually really good and hot. Unfortunately last night it wasnt. Burger not cooked properly or thoroughly, chips were stale amd cold. This is proably just a 1 off as usually they are really good.

food arrived cold cheese is not cheese slices and the bacon was more like ham and the burger itself has a required taste not what I'm used to

All food was tasty and good value with the 40% off discount. The pizza base and garlic bread could have been a bit crispier.

He pedido desde este lugar mucho tiempo y nunca han conseguido el cambio correcto Termino teniendo una discusión con el repartidor diciendo que es mi culpa cuando se supone que está en ellos para asegurarse de que traen suficiente cambio Nunca volveré a pedir desde aquí muy decepcionado con los servicios para llevar la pizza no es todo genial es solo barato y alegre pero no fue la comida lo que me pospuso pedir de ellos de nuevo fue el comportamiento repugnante que tuvo el repartidor así que chicos asegúrense de que tienes el cambio correcto porque no llevan suficiente

It was all delicious, still piping hot and delivered by a very nice guy.

I ordered a calzone with steak amongst other things but when it arrived it resembled half a garlic bread pizza base with a nonexistent stuffing flat as a pancake as for the steak it looked more like mince not steak!!! I also got chicken wings they truly tasted awful and soggy about the only thing I enjoyed from here was the Ben & Jerrys ice safe to say I won’t be ordering from here again…value for money it is not !!!

Took over half an hour but worth the wait! I ordered a pepperoni calzone with what I *thought* was the mini garlic calzone.. it was hUGE, doughy, filled with cheese. £5 well spent. The main meal seemed to be made from a different dough, more like a 2-layered flatbread with a disappointing lack of cheese. Delicious tomato sauce though, tasted fresher than the big brand I had delivered earlier this year!

Dip seem microwaved along with the food or it was put inside hot food. The plastic packaging of the dip was melted

Better than your average pizza take away

Quality of food is poor, chicken nuggets were mushy chicken texture very processed and cheep. Chicken burger was ok was a nicer piece of chicken.

I ordered two pizzas at 5pm for 8pm delivery! When they arrived they looked as if they’d been made at 5pm and kept warm until 8pm. I opted for the ‘thin crust’ but what we got was cardboard! I’ll stick with Domino’s in future!

Really dry pizza , I reckon if I threw that pizza at my window it would crack it . Horible

I came in the store and it stunk of body odor, i told him my order and he took 5 minutes to reply, i ordered a barebeque burger then i came 10 minutes later, it was 2 pieces of meat stuck together with no salad or nothing, then i asked him for salad and he picked the salad up without washing his hands, no gloves then i told him his shop stunk of body odor as it did and that the hygiene is 1/10 dirty man should be ashamed of his business, he should be working in a t shirt factory and get out of the food business asap!

I guess they decided to go really far the other way after the reviews of uncooked food? My pizza was burnt, the pepperoni crumbled to the touch it was so crispy! Very disappointing when they charge a premium price.

This was the best dinner I have had in ages. My mom had surprised me since it was my birthday I had the margarita pizza and chicken burger it was delicious 🥰🥰. The customers service was lovely ☺️ and kind. I will always be ordering Friday night.

Delivery time was good. The burger and chips were nice (which is why I gave 2 stars not 1), but the pizza was not fully cooked - ended up throwing most of it away :(

Cold, missing a dip, soggy chips. They should not be soggy for a 5 minute drive. £5.50 for 15 little portion of popcorn chicken, even says large on the menu. Definitely wasn't large

Food was honestly atrocious. There must be a mayo shortage because the chicken burger had barely any on it and the chips tasted stale and reheated. My wife did enjoy her pizza with hot dog crust but neither of us enjoyed the chips and I thought the chicken burger was disgusting. Delivery time was great. For £20, I wish I'd have saved my money.

On just eat they have x2 restaurants, herbies pizza and Bitterne chicken . avoid them , if any complaints they contact via mobile phone and demand a reason for complaint of food or missing items , very rude and disrespectful.

I live local, I've seen tons of old bad reviews so I think I should give a more recent view of how things are. Guys at the counter are nice, pizzas are good and very cheap compared to the bigger places we all know of. Conveniently located, parking is an issue. Got better deals if you can pick up, only tried their pizzas multiple times so can't vouch for other items.

Delivery driver was quick and went extra mile to bring food upstairs without being asked. Herbies always good for delivering great food.

Pizza was nice. The burgers were literally just burgers and burnt cheese inside. No salad or anything extra. Would order for their pizzas but not the burgers.
