Very nice and fresh Donee Kebabs. Ready in minutes, Reasonable prices, friendly service. Definitely recommend to everyone.

Probably rates as one of the worst kebabs I've had, kebab meat is cheap and tasteless, I'm sure it's not undercooked but feels and tastes like it, limp and just generally ick. Portion was very small too when paid for a large. Overall I wouldn't waste my money again.

The cheeseburger was great, I recommended it to all my friends and the service was great, never had any problems!

After an hour of waiting, the pizza maker has come to order a cold jab, I called the shopkeeper and said, "What kind of food should I cook while it's hot in the oven?"

We ordered quite late (wee small hours of the morning) but the guy on the phone was friendly and attentive as was the delivery driver. The food was lovely and I would definitely order from here again.

The best place to eat in or out in St.marys and city centre area. I have tried most of menu , pizzas ,kebabs and burgers. All was excellent. Quick delivery, hot food, and if you happen to go past the shop itself you will understand why there is a queue. Thank you Guys!

Dreadful takeout. Stone cold fries soggy. Shorted on onion rings someone can't count to 8. Medium 6.00 pizza was small sized and cold. 40 min and 14.00 later never again!

Meat was good but microwaved chips destroyed it.

Took long for food to be prepared and Given, change was nearly forgotten about. Food Tastes bland and found strings of hair. Genrally do not recommend. Please stay away

1Hour and 15mins to deliver 2 kebabs and then got all the toppings wrong!! Obviously can’t read instructions- I called the restaurant 10 times and getting no answer!!! never ordering from you again!

Awful owner! Accused me of complaining constantly, when this was my first time ever I complained- ever,I've been buying there food for many,many month ,but to expect the owner embarrassed me on front of people, its complete disgrace!!! My order was done completely different,if people cannot speak English and answering for everything yes,yes,yes,that's not my fault! Clearly ,when you buy pizza ,u want to go back home and chill & eat not go back at 1am in the morning bringing pizza back which was done wrongly! And after being embarrassed on front of all people when you bring it back!!!

I find it weird that in 2022 they don't accept card payments. Apparently this is ok because it's a high quality kebeb that you can't get anywhere else. In reality it's a bang average kebab, the generic type that you can get pretty much anywhere. In future, on principal, I'd probably get a taxi to the high street to get a slightly better kebeb that doesn't force me to go to a cash point.

Ordered on Ubereats last night and was actually surprised at how nice the food was, especially the chicken kebab! Spot on! Would defo highly recommend, one of the best kebab places in Southampton by far!!

Went here a few weeks ago with a friend and ordered a doner kebab - I was pleasantly surprised at the generous amount of salad and sauce provided with the meal and left quite satisfied. Went back last week and realised their prices had ranked up quite a bit from last time but their quality of food seemed to have remained the same. Two days ago, my brother ordered a large donner kebab (lamb & chicken) which he was quite disatisfied with as it upset his stomach the whole following night and the actual portion of the kebab was not a large at all. So lack of consistency but if you get lucky and if they plan on serving you the right portion, you could have a pleasant experience. Edit: Would like to add, I saw the owner hand a free 7up can to a wanderer once, very nice of him.

Checken and chips large is a great after gym. Going down there 99% times I stay in Jurys Inn.

I called to place a order for collection worth around £10 they told me 15 minutes will be ready I walked there eating in half an hour turned up is not ready , I spend my lunch waiting there for my food. Never back , the stuff smoked vape while he was working and there was others costumers as well that’s so disgusting and unhealthy

Depends who's serving you. They can be good as gold or you gonna trow up half through the night. Same with the portions size. I think it was much better with the old ownership!!! You gotta be super carefull expecially with those young ones. No consistency and quality whatsoever!!!

Very tasty pizzas and I assure you could enjoy almost 20 varieties of pizzas here! While I was waiting for my order, I've seen 40 percent people prefer kebab (lamb) and burger here! This proves this restaurant is equally good in almost all their recipes!

The donner wrap meal I ordered was not up to standards, as the lamb was very dry there should have been a lot more moisture in the wrap, which made the experiences not so good. I will not be buying any more donner wraps from this establishment. Avoid buying donner wraps from this establishment as it is a wast of money.

Food okay. Very hit & miss! You either get a tasty meal or its bone dry meat with too much red cabbage and onion.

Absolutely terrible, we ordered though uber and although we knew the error we had is with mainly the uber system (it would seem) I thought I would call sals and let them know that A there was an issue with us requesting no salad and no sauce yet reviving our order covered in sauce and salad and being told they didn't receive the note. The food was also cold to which I was told not our issue it's with uber as driver will be doing multiple orders. We have complained to uber however they way the restaurant spoke to me over the phone was discusting I see so many people slates companies online without calling them to resolve the issue I thought I would talk to them to let there know there was an issue I was shouted at and spoken to rudely and spoken over they weren't bothered at all As for the food the chips were soggy and looks like they have only just been brought to life Donar meat wasn't touched as was caked in sauce. Burger was OK for a cheap burger But my good god the chicken nuggets were the most vile thing I've tasted 🤮 I wouldn't even feed these to my worst enemy Safe to say we have learnt our lesson and will be sticking with our normal on the days they are open

The lovely driver decided to refer to me as a stalk. Upon collection of my pizza he was polite, then rang my friends with the other order and referred to me as a stalk. I could describe him in a lot worse ways but I’d like to thing I’m better than that. Rude offensive horrible Man.

OMFG!!!, avoid this place at all costs. Waited over 2 hours and used Uber Eat. The restaurant said the order had been delivered. But was sent to the wrong address. When contacted the restaurant, they were very rude and unhelpful, will NEVER use this restaurant again, and will tell all friends and family to AVOID at all costs!!!

This place doesn't even rate 1 star in my opinion! We placed an order for food on line through there website, being told it would be here in 45 minutes, an hour later it still wasn't here! So tried to call the shop and after numerous calls they finally answered, for them to try telling us there was no order placed, then website not working, then someone different came on the phone, he seemed to know our name, so thought issue was going to get sorted, for him then to tell us that the delivery driver had gone home and they not delivering anymore tonight!He then said he would refund the money straight away, but it would take 5 working days for it to go back into the bank! Then hung up on us! Never using them again, they're rude and seem to have no idea how to speak to customer's, absolutely appalling service!

Just ordered within Uber Eats from them a mixed LARGE donner with chips and got a full box of chips covered all with a slim layer of meat! No salad at all! I paid £7 for chips only plus 100g of crap meat!! Won't buy from those scammers ever again! And I suggest everyone else to avoid this shop.

Well the pizza was not bad though.. Have been regular customer here.. But these days,sometimes, it feels like they don't give much respect to customers, they are like we don't have these, as if I am not paying for it.. That's rude though.. Still a handy place for us students.. As its cheap.

Where do I start? Ordered the food about 14.30 It actually arrived at 16.45. After phoning to ask where the food was I was told several lies. 1 itll be there in 5 or 10 mins 2 I hadn't placed an order 3 it's not their problem contact "Just Eat" When it did turn up it was unsurprisingly cold. Will never use them again!

I mean i was reading the reviews and i was shocked. I always eat there and i have seen any of the workers being rude. They are always welcoming and offer clean food that is being cooked in front of your eyes.
