Portobello Pizza in Southampton

Well for everyone who want to order food in one of that late nights, this is not the wright place . The food was disgusting, I can't even eat it.. and I order nachos N burger wich the meat don't was enaf cooked, and I order barbecue wings ..they bring me chicken strips🙄🙄🤮 , and pay 24 £ .. for this ..to throw in rubbish... , and I not fossy, thinking out there people starv, but this u can't eat it...

Couldn’t eat burger or chips both overcooked. Can’t believe the food is more burnt than my ginger self in this heat. WONT BE ORDERING AGAIN!

Very unimpressed with the food as just ordered from them and took about 45 mins longer then it said, we ordered 2 burgers and none we could tell apart and looked like they had just been thrown in the bag and my mrs had brown lettuce in her burger the cheeses chips are complete mess too very unimpressed defo going to burga bar next time

Sent wrong order chicken taste off was not eatable said can pay by card then made to pay by cash tried to over charge by 3 pound for delivery brought another right burger but nothing about the chicken

Pizza made on factory base. Tasteless. It is completely opposite to what Portobello used to serve.

The chicken burgers were exceptional ordered tonight and the food was amazing if you read this KFC doesn't have a patch on these guys the chicken burger was 10 out of 10

Order was late and completely wrong. No surprise they didn't even answer the phone either. Couldn't of been that busy at 4pm ! Will avoid in future. Luckily just eat got us a full refund so not out of pocket

Cada vez que pedimos una pizza, se ha retrasado al menos 30 minutos. La penúltima vez, no pusieron las aceitunas adicionales (2), así que los llamamos y nos dijeron que les avisáramos la próxima vez que ordenemos. Lo hicimos, la pizza aún estaba tarde y no había señales de nada para compensar los 2 extra extraviados. La pizza en sí es increíble, pero su manera lenta y el servicio al cliente es terrible. NUNCA volveremos a pedirles, y les aconsejaremos a nuestros amigos y familiares que tampoco lo hagan.

Es una pena que nunca he tenido un problema con su comida. . . Siempre ordeno de ellos y los recomiendo todo el tiempo a amigos y familiares. Tenía unos amigos para mi cumpleaños y pedimos hamburguesas, una pizza de la granja y un pan de pizza de ajo. Éramos tres en total y todos tomamos una porción de cada uno. Al principio, la granja no parecía muy fresca y estaba preocupada, pero les aseguré a mis amigos que allí las pizzas eran las mejores. Lamentablemente, la pizza estaba fría y tampoco sabía fresca. Todavía teníamos el pan de ajo y las hamburguesas, pensé. Sin embargo, las hamburguesas eran deliciosas, el pan de ajo sabía quemado. Llamé al restaurante para solicitar pizzas de reemplazo, ya que esto no era habitual para ellos y no es aceptable. Me encontré con un hombre muy enojado y brusco, habló sobre mí y no quiso escuchar lo que tenía que decir. Habló muy rápido y continuó haciéndolo incluso cuando le pedí que bajara la velocidad porque no lo entendía. Aconsejó que no estaría dando pizzas de reemplazo mientras las comíamos. Mi respuesta a esto fue que no hubiéramos podido proporcionar los comentarios anteriores si no los hubiéramos probado y fueran pizzas medianas, por lo que todavía quedaba más de la mitad (¡no es como si los estuviera vendiendo!, Bueno, espero no!) Él continuó hablando sobre mí de una manera enojada. Aconsejé que no tendría más remedio que dejar una mala crítica, ¡su respuesta fue pedirme que lo hiciera y me fuera! ! Also known as portobello American burgers. Was disgusted with the food two hairs in my burger and 1 long one in the mrs burger. Chips tasted 5 days old. They were on time but wish they had never shown up. Threw all away and ordered from Retro Burger best ever.

Slow delivery, told would be an hour, was an hour and a quarter with no communication . Pizzas were ok, not awful, not amazing. To be fair though they were hot. Would i use again? Probably not.

Primera vez ordenar hoy y elegidos para ir a la "especial" que fue anunciado de kebabs en el menú como viene en un plato de metal como se suponía que contienen la cena de cordero, Loft y Kebab de pollo.El cuarto contenía cantidad de cada uno y llegó en un pequeño recipiente de plástico por £10.El tío de telefónica fue muy grosero cuando pedir demasiado!Por la calidad y evitar ir en shirley o Kebabs en uno de las muchas otras opciones locales.

Ordered fine, food came and it was cold. garlic bread had cheese on when i orded without. Chicken not cooked enough. When i phoned up to ask for replacements the man told me it was too busy to send any replacements and wouldn't stop calling me "sweetheart". Rude employees, food horrible and expensive for food that wasnt enjoyed. Avoid like the plauge.

Absolutely poor we order a pizza that arrived 20 minutes that was 20 minutes late stone cold we went it back with the driver as it was cold apon arrival we phone up again to re order and they refused to do the order again never have I had such a bad experience from a takeaway service in my life...... If I was you don't order from here ever they are awful and you will be left disappointed as like we were as we had to go without food

Ordered through Just Eat. Excellent fresh pizza and very fast delivery. The shop even called up to confirm some special requests I made with the order. I would certainly recommend this place.

I'm not so keen on pizza but the other half is, I ordered a burrito and being fully aware that it wouldn't be the restaurants signature dish, I was very disappointed. Pizza was "ok".

Vamos a esta llevar ya que está cerca, a un precio razonable y la pizza es sabor bastante agradable. No son desagradable pero tampoco están fuera de este mundo. Hay una cosa que no me gusta, aunque el confuso, crazy variedad de ofertas la lista continúa, y la mitad de ellas son casi iguales desde el punto de vista salvífica. que intenta calcular la mejor relación calidad-precio, pero es tan consumiendo tiempo yo simplemente elegir BOGOF al final.

Pizza and Peri Peri chicken was lovely, But the southern fried chicken was not edible. Smelt rotten, tasted worse. Threw it in the bin, not even good enough to feed to the cat even she turned her nose up at it.

Lasagne was ok and that's the best I can say about this place. The burrito was a joke, I couldn't find any meat and it was bland and small for the price. The chips were old and nasty... really nasty. The burger wasnt too bad but the bun seemed like it was fresh a few weeks ago. Overall disappointing and not worth the money

Popped in here for a bite when feeling hungry. Rustled me up some chicken pieces with chips,well cooked and tasty.Plenty of other choices it seemed as well.I have tried lots of eateries in Shirley,this is the best so far.

Absolutely appalling! All the food was terrible and I through out neary all of it. The delivery guy tried to con me out of more money stating there was a delivery charge that is only on their website. I told him to bugger off. On the up side the bottle of Fanta was nice.
