Very good takeaway nice and welcoming

The food was outstanding.. staff was very lovely and cooperative... i saw them making fresh dough.. then i realized the softness of the pizza.. highly recommended for students.. as i got student discount... saves hell of the money.

restaurant called and said they won't deliver my order. they didn't even cancel the order, just marked as delivered. and it isn't the first time this happened. shame.

Food was nice but I paid a supplement for carbonara and not sure why. We found 1, less than rice size piece of bacon!

Last time was my mistake, I will recommend it to everyone

chips were cold, burger was not great quality with a bit of manky old lettuce in. ended up throwing it in the bin. chicken was ok though. wouldn't recommend to anyone

Everything was good but the pizza taste like left over pizza.. you can tell it’s not fresh compared to other places you get pizza and it’s popping hot and the cheese isn’t firm etc

after i accidentally dropped my pizza on the floor they gave me another one freshly made for free!!!

I received the wrong order and restaurant didn't answer the phone so couldn't get it replaced. Had to eat what I had in the end as it was very late and I'd been at work all day and hadn't eaten.

Spag bowl had burnt spaghetti, my Fanta turned out to be a tango, my delivery was missing 6 wings and a portion of chips and from when the driver left to deliver they took over 20 minutes, on a motor bike, to complete a 1 minute joirney(I even checked Apple Maps) overall I’ve left this a 3.5 star rating

Gave me the wrong thing and didn’t refund or redeliver what I ordered

WOW!! mind absolutely blown my new go to and the free choice pizza for a pretty decent price that other places dont do is amazing!

burger was as expected, the bun was just starting to go little moist due to the temperatures in and outside the container, but the chips were perfect :)

Bad service I asked for a Rio drink and a toffee cheesecake and got a frozen chocolate cake covered in ice crystals and a Miranda drink so two things ordered and not one right and bad condition I would not buy dessert from here the carrier bag was fresher than the cake. Not happy

Delivery time was quick, but quality not not great. Pizza was soggy, chicken wings were slimey and the garlic bread was naff. Disappointed :(

Food is nice, however the delivery driver ignored the delivery note "please call when outside" which woke up my family and when I pointed this out to him he was very defensive in an aggressive way, and parts of the order was missing.

After being told the driver was "just around the corner" I received a second call saying he drove to the wrong place, when he finally arrived I was served 2 cold pizzas and one of them wasn't even the correct pizza

i asked fir NO Jalapinos i got 8 luckily im not allergeric the guy even checked with me. still gave me 8.... i am still finding them as i venture through... aside from that the food is dencet as is the service. most [places only but 2 or 3 jalapenos.... most were seemingly buried.... not by accident either. not to question motive but saying none and geting 8 in layers...... is a BIG mistake

Feeling absolutely ripped off! We've paid 27.99 for the pizza special, despite the pizza special for 24.99 being the exact same size - medium 10.5" pizza I was expecting the 27.99 special to be large pizzas

We ordered 2 pizzas, 2 pieces of chicken and drinks. Food arrived around an hour after ordering but the food was nearly cold and the chicken was really greasy, othe oil wasnt hot enough. I had ordered a Pepperoni Plus pizza but what I got was something completely different with beef, old shrivelled sweetcorn and green peppers. I wouldnt recommend the chicken, its nothing like KFC. The coating is very thin and totally different. It was missing the free garlic bread too (free if you spend over £20)

The food was good, but I would appreciate it more if you actually made the portion as big as you claim to be on your menu. Tip: 15.5' pizza won't fit in a 15' box.

I have been ordering from Super Pizza for years. The food is always really good, hot and even at silly o'clock they deliver.

Cold pizza and chips! Took over an hour. When I rang to complain the guy was rude and arrogant. Don’t waste your time here and go somewhere else.

Friendly enough staff, but the food was rather limp. Bland and rather unappetising.

I ordered from here a week ago and it was absolutely lovely and delicious. I was excited to order again this evening and they have given me the wrong order, I paid for what I ordered and not only received the wrong food but less than what I paid for. Very angry. Won’t recommend.

Absolute waste, they got my pizza wrong and when I told them that it tasted oddly spicy they hung up on me! Good luck dealing with future customers in a respective manner, you seem to struggle with that plus your food quality. I would not recommend going here if you have allergies AT ALL, seem they mix their spices with their other foods.

Placed order with this restaurant. We waited over an hour and a half for the delivery. When we called to check on the order the manger told us that the order had been delivered and then hung up the phone. The order was never delivered and the manager would not pick up the phone again to speak to us. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!

I don't get why the rating is so low. Pizza is usually good sometimes great but regardless better than most Southampton pizza joints. It bugs me you have to pay extra past 10:00pm. If you come a few times a week and you get charged an extra £3 because you came home a bit later it's a pain and to be honest not worth it. If staff weren't lenient I would just heat a tin of soup.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, I accidently ordered the wrong pizza thinking classic was cheese and tomato, well I'm vegi and it had meat on it. So I asked for a new pizza or a refund on the old one I hadn't touched and they would not give it to me. Said it wasn't their problem. I'll be telling everyone not to order from you.

Price is pretty good but the pizzas could be better. I saw others having problems with delivery so I would say other through other websites like Uber eats.

Ordered 15.5inch pizza, pizza arrived but it wasnt a 15.5inch. Phoned the restaurant to ask if they made a mistake, guy told me to look at the box, apparently is the box that is 15.5inch and not the pizza. Not even joking, but the guy told me if i dont like it dont order it again and hung up the phone Haha What kind of customer service is that , would never order again👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Was average can’t complain but has no wow factor would be better if they offered better choices of crust styles such as the bigger chains but all in all ok standard. Would go back

There's a reason this place is rated so low on Google, and that reason is complete disregard for customer service. Whether you are in the restaurant (where it is hard to even get the attention of someone to take your order, only to then wait an excessive amount of time for your food), or delivery (where you are likely to receive incorrect orders, have delivery notes ignored, and get rude treatment from delivery people), this place has absolutely no interest in providing good service, they just care about taking your money. There are numerous better options in the area. Romeo Pizza, and Just Mr. Kebab and Chicken are two that provide good quality and service that I could suggest looking at. Don't bother with Super Pizza.

The day time collection deal for a large pizza is just great, probably going to get fat living nearby. Not the best pizza you've ever had but it's definitely worth more than the £5 it costs. Service has been perfectly fine when I've been but I know others who have had trouble.

Under no circumstances should you deliver from here and expect it to be on time. And on top of that, if you don't manage to accept the delivery upwards of 30~ minutes from the actual time you requested, they won't refund, they won't redeliver. Luckily there are consumer rights against this malpractice. Garbage.

Ordered a 15.5 inch pizza and a chicken burger meal. Missing the drink and trying to give me two 10 inch pizzas and telling me it's more. **It isn't more. ** 2 x 10 inch pizzas have a surface area 155 square inches and a 15.5 inch pizza has a surface area of 189 sq. inches. (Radius x 3.14159) They are meant to phone beforehand if there's an issue but he didn't do that. He told me he's certain 2 x 10 in pizzas are larger anyway and that he's doing me a favour. For resolution I offered £10 which is very reasonable, but instead he decided to be stubborn so now the food will be returned to the bin and he will probably also lose a small amount of trade for those who see this. Dumb business decision indeed.

Very rude, they forgot half the food I ordered I phoned them back they told me they would deliver the missing food never turned up so I called them they said they are busy and can't deliver and put the phone down on me.

Even after reading the negative reviews, still tried to make an order for collection. when we turned up 15 mins later as advised. The pizza never even got put in oven yet. (it was dead so no excuse)

Poor customer service, ordered potato skins with tuna and cheese, wings and 2 dips, but only got wings and potato skins with cheese (no tuna). Very disappointed as I was shortchanged by 20p and took an hour to deliver and one and a half by the time the order was "corrected". They sent the dips and a drink I didn't want to replace my tuna cheese potato skins after a conversation with a man who spoke some kind of pidgin English. Dispicable.

Awful takeaway company. Took over an hour to deliver. Didn't get what we ordered and then our request for a replacement was ignored and we received a can of drink instead. Food was a bit cold too. Wouldn't give it any stars if there was the option

Not the worst. Couldn't get a simple order of kebab with salad, had to walk back in to ask for the missing salad and sauce.

Never ever order from these people. They did not deliver the pizza, argued with my daughter about our address. And then when I called them back to find out what was going on they tried to make it my daughters fault that they had written the address down incorrectly. He ended the conversation by telling me to f.... Off! Absolutely disgusted

Probably the worst service I have received. I was tasked with getting pizza for the party I was involved in and I was sent around the town looking for a cashpoint I didn't need and ended up in a pizza that was far too small for anyone involved. On top of that the staff present pushed me out of the door and swept the rubbish out the doorway with no disposition to clean anything up. Disgraceful. Would not recommend.

I've been ordering pizza from this place for over two years now on a weekly basis and I can only remember two occasions when pizza was not "up to scratch". Very tasty pizzas with a lot of topping (more than anywhere else I ordered pizza from), very friendly guys working in the pizza shop and pretty low prices considering the quality. The variety of pizzas is also really good and you can choose "half and half" and add stuffed crust to your pizza. They are also open early and deliver pizzas for lunch.

Ordered a pizza over the phone, told it would be 30 minutes. After waiting for 50 minutes we called up to ask where our order was. They were very unclear and mumbled something about the next delivery and tomorrow and then said it would be on it's way. The pizza never arrived. Luckily we were paying with cash so we were not out of pocket, however we were left hungry and disappointed.
