Lovely food never had a problem

La familia se reúne el día de San Valentín. El lugar estaba lleno de gente. Callum nuestro camarero era de primera clase, pero corrió harapiento debido a la evidente falta de personal. ¡Vamos Gerencia, revisen sus rotaciones! El lugar parecía que necesitaba una limpieza profunda debido al gran volumen de clientes que deben pasar por sus puertas. Definitivamente no es la mejor comida, los ingredientes de pizza eran escasos y secos, la cocina simplemente no podía seguir el ritmo. La comida era mediocre. Lástima realmente, ya que mi familia son grandes fans de Pizza Express en general, pero este restaurante en particular está en urgente necesidad de una actualización y atención al detalle. Edimburgo tiene muchas mejores ofertas en la manga. Estrella de oro para Callum, aunque por su profesionalidad y fabuloso servicio al cliente, estaba muy tranquilo bajo una inmensa presión.

We had 2 large pizza family meal and kebab meat lots of food and it tasted great,have used Papa Joe's before and have never been let down with the quality and quick service, 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Staff is very rude I ordered a burgers is all burned tastes horrible

The driver forgot our drinks, said someone would bring it to us. An hour later (food had been finished) I called the restaurant to be told the original driver didn't inform them of the missing drink, he just popped in, picked one up and would take it to us. If he had told the restaurant, they would have sent one much earlier, but it's an hour later and nothing. Very unhappy with the service.

After a long 12 hours driving, decided to meet my girlfriend at a hotel for a relaxed night before getting another ferry early in the morning. Decided to ordered a dominos, after the latest delivery time and still no pizza. I call the restaurant, to be told it was my fault because they came and called and I apparently didn’t answer. I had zero missed calls, they never updated the tracking app (still says ‘being prepped) and they didn’t even bother to go into reception after I gave my full name and room number. After arguing with the woman on the phone she passed me onto their cocky driver who put the phone down on me. After over 1.5 hours of this ordeal we had to go and drive to get a McDonalds. Last time I’ll be choosing dominos

really poor, the pizza was cold and hardly had any pizza sauce at all. I also asked in the comments for no mushrooms but they still came on the pizza. The chips were just warm. Waste of money really, didn't phone to complain as delivery time was 1hr so didn't fancy waiting another hour as it was already late. not complaining about delivery though as this was what they specified as the delivery time.

Just moved to the area and as a quick dinner tonight we decided on dominoes was greeted with lovely staff members who were very polite and served us quickly. Thank you very good service.

Shittiest Team ever encountered. Cannot get an order correct and then telling me I ordered it wrong while I show the person the correct order and still no respect shown.
