Food was lovely and very hot, Jamee was the politest lady on the till and very helpful helping my daughters choose. Got chatting to Sandeep the manager who had the nicest welcoming smile. Very impressed

I ordered the 'you deserve it deal' which was only £9.99 and was really great. I chose the ultimate spicy sausage pizza and the garlic pizza bread, which came with a drink as well as ice cream. They ran out of the 100ml cookie dough Ben and Jerry's ice cream that comes with the deal and gave me a 465ml tub instead without any extra charge. Delivery was early and the delivery guy was very nice and cheerful. Really happy with everything !

Driver tried to deliver to wrong address. We contacted Dover office to redirect, but when pizzas arrived 15 mins later, they were cold. When we contacted Dover office to request a refund, they offered a reduction on our next order. When I said I wanted refund on this order, they said I would have to return the pizza in order to get a refund. I offered to accept a 50& refund, but this was refused. There was no offer of another delivery of hot pizza. Really appalling customer service given the fact they were fully aware of the driver's initial error.

Took my order, food didn’t appear, called repeatedly to be ignored. Called a liar by the supervisor. Emailed the company, Head office promised to sort it but never did, 2 weeks later my bank had to step in to refund me. Never again.

Myself and my friend ordered food online via justeat for collection. Was told collection is 8 minutes and was given a collection time of 1910. We got inside Doninos at 1908, so 2 minutes early. We wasn't acknowledged whatsoever for at least 10minutes, there was people who were waiting for their orders wishing us good luck at getting their attention. There was a child in the ahop that had to endure all the agression and foul language with his mother looking horrified, and she even offered to answer the phone to tell the caller that Dominos was too busy to take any orders. Obviously the staff refused. The phone was left constantly ringing with staff shouting and swearing at each other to ignore it, whilst also arguing with each other. After receiving our first acknowledgement (we were asked if someone else's order was ours) we then didn't get spoken to until our order was ready. Our experience was awful, with one guy slamming things on the floor and sides, another swearing at the ringing phone and about the fact that he had to do some work, and another guy making pizzas and continuing to swear because he made the wrong one. Our order was finally ready 30minutes after or collection time, with no apology or thanks for waiting. The food itself was nice, our only complaint is the chocolate, cinnamon dough balls tasted like there was no cinnamon present at all. Will not be returning to the Dover store for collection again.

I ordered the pizza garlic bread and it was awful. Half of it had cheese and the other half tomato sauce. And some of the dough was raw and uncooked. Asked for double cheese on pizza but didn't actually get it. Spots of nothingness on the pizza when should be covered in double cheese. Not worth the money anymore.

Use this store frequently, Never have any issues usually. Had a mix up of bases on pizza and a little one which doesn't eat BBQ pizza and the store sent out another pizza specifically for him with a little note and £5 back on our account. I thought this level of service was outstanding. Thankyou all so much.

First time I used this store. Pizza was amazing and prompt friendly tome. Chips were disgusting as not cooked long enough so you could taste they were frozen chips to start with expecially for the price paying for quality.

Like most Domino's outlet in UK, this is just a Pizza delivery outlet and not a restaurant, hence no review of the 'atmosphere'. Nothing special to write about Domino's pizza, it's pretty basic. However, I found the staff very friendly and cooperative with all the customers. They were advising everyone on the best deals and were serving quite efficiently. The outlet is quite conveniently located. So you can have your pizza and sit outside in the lovely little park and enjoy.

I am writing this review to make people aware of the Dover stores policey. Payment did not go through on the card payment at the door of the customer which was not noticed. Therefore the cost of the customers order was taken out of the employees wages

Had a great service tonight with ordering. Was at my door within 15 minutes and 6 of those minutes were driving. The chap who delivered Daneil/Daniel was very pleasant and even stopped to say hello to the dog. Shame domino’s charge £2.49 for delivery fee now though

Usually decent pizza. Sometimes get a bad one though, they need to be more careful about reading selections. I've ended up with toppings I didn't ask for on my pizza before. Could be dangerous for people with allergies.

Best pizza ever!. Had a party at Gamebase today and we have not had a Domino's (since a bad experience on holiday five years ago) but it was amazing and family now converted... thank you.

Ordered meal at 5.30 to be delivered at 6.45 ..... delivery was late and when I opened pizza to eat discovered pizza nearly cold ............

If you're from out of the country visiting don't try and order delivery. Go in person. We had to call after the website said it the order was successfully delivered and were told without an English phone number they won't deliver your order. Thats it. No knock on the door at the address. Just nothing. We can call the store but the store can't call you. I don't have any other number to give and it's worked for other businesses in the UK so I'm at a loss. Traveller's be cautioned.

Our family once a month treat. Have our favourite bespoke pizzas pre programmed in. Press the button, collect, enjoy. Need we say more.

Nice place. Only that I had to figure out the entrance!

I went in with my 8yr old son and he ordered our food, he loves the dough balls. The bloke that took the order was so friendly and amazing with my son he was patient when he struggled to get out what he wanted to say. Then my son stood watching our food being prepared, if you look very closely when it's put in one side of the oven you can watch it cook and come out the other side, he's so amazed at how it's all done. Xx

unfortunately I ordered a pizza for the driver who ran out of food, unfortunately despite the money collected, neither the pizza nor the delivery. it is a pity that such a reputable pizzeria such situations arise (order number is 414649028)

Pizzas are ok and is what you would expect from dominos. My only advice is dont jump on a 50% off offer as if you look at the deals they normally offer you will actually save more money ordering a set deal than using a 30%,50% offer

The order came and its might as well have been boiled pizza and steamed chicken strips and mashed potato. Management do not care.

Customer service poor from the store manager down. Could not modify the order on the internet so when I called the store they said 'no problem we can do that' They never bothered so I would not accept the food from the delivery driver. They still have not delivered the order and I am still £29 and change out of pocket. Do not order here. There are other pizza shops in the area that will cook and will send out the food.

Order a cheeseburger pizza today , came on time, hot and tasty 😋 the only thing that was missing was the mustard sauce that was meant to be on the topping but other then that , everything was perfect 👌🏻

Pizza, normally late when you collect but consistently round. Use the app and get walk in deals and never pay more that £7.99 for large or £5.99 for medium

The food is 'ok' in the same way MacDonalds is 'ok'. It's always just average. What I really don't like is the way they price everything. They make claims of 50% off this-n-that, then try to say the original price for "pizza for four people" is normally £75!!! NO ONE in their right mind pays that much for food out of a cardboard box!! Normally, after all the deals, you can expect to pay around £40-ish quid for pizza for four people. Even this isn't good value. You can't get mid-week deals, but on the whole, Dominoes is by far the most expensive takeaway option available locally to us. We no longer use Dominos, having discovered Pizza-Go-Go. They aren't a huge amount cheaper, but the food is way better, and the portion sizes are more generous. Sorry Dominoes, but you need to look at your pricing models and start being more honest.

When you order a pizza from this place, there is very little topping with it. The counter staff will offer you extra topping if you pay more? When you get your extra topping pizza, it is no different from a standard pizza offered elsewhere! My advice: go somewhere else!

Ordered online just as the ferry docked before heading back on a long journey north. The location is close to the ferry port so was very convenient and the Order was ready when we arrived to collect. The staff were fine and it looked very clean but the pizza was somehow not quite as good as our local domino. Also it was £3.00 more for a large pizza than in my local dominos which I thought was a bit odd. £20.99 for a pizza is OTT and would never pay that unless there is a bogof deal on. Would use again though (if there is a deal on ) as it is still cheaper than feeding the kids on the ferry although would be tempted to look further afield for better value

I can't say that it's the best of Domino's as I've tried Domino's in the States and India but still it's good enough for your cravings. It would be really appreciated if Domino's provide the customers with Oregano and Chilli Flakes.

I don’t really need to say anything. A discarded cigarette butt found under the pizza. Staff very rude and have accused me of placing it there. Why would I? I’ve never smoked in my life. Not even a refund issued.

I used to order from dominos weekly until they discontinued the double decadence Base :@ but thought would try there stuffed crust. Ordering online was easy. The food arrived in 22 mins which I thought was abit quick. Upon opening the box it looked nice. Upon biting into it I was not impressed. Undercooked, doughy pizza. I spent the whole next day throwing up. Will never come back and will be alerting all my family and friends not to either.

If I could give this a 0 I bloody would! I am absolutely shocked!! Never have I ever received such a poor quality meal from such a well known and multi million company! I have ordered dominos from many places across the UK on my travels to find that this is the absolute worst. For starters they forgot the drinks and offered to give me money off next time, sorry but if I am in a hotel, does that indicate to you, that I live here? Clearly not! Pizza was cold and undercooked, potato wedges were not cooked either. Only my chicken kickers was cooked, one thing out of the three bits of food I ordered, I’m starving, but they won’t do anything because they have closed. Wouldn’t have thought I would be let down by a trust worthy and well known business. What a shame, will order from papa johns next time I come to Dover! Such a let down dominos!! I do not recommend at all!!

Food was as you would expect. We ordered online so smooth transaction. The delivery driver was pleasant. The food arrived promptly and hot Sunday seems a quieter day so we profited from that.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I can’t belive the rubbish service I got off this place. I made an order to my brother school WITH INSTRUCTIONS TO CALL HIM WHEN THEY GOT THERE. Instead they gave the pizza to the security man and another student most have collected it. The manager is now trying to tell me to speak to the security guard, BUT HE DID NOT CALL SO HOW WOULD HE COME OUT AND GET THE PIZZA. I’m acc taking this further cause I know I am not in the wrong

Ordered our usual pizzas normally pretty satisfied with the service not today we were told on phone half hour wait for delivery we actually waited an hour we rang to complain about delay which the excuse was they were busy . Don’t tell us half hour if that’s the case. Delivery driver stated these maybe cold, which would suggest that pizzas were cooked when ordered and left sitting around .you had our number perhaps a quick curtesy message wouldn’t have gone amiss not only that the pizzas were pretty much inedible and were eventually thrown away uneaten we won’t be using dominoes in Dover kent again

I payed online for my pizza . I went to collect my pizza . I then got accused for not paying or coming to collect and the right time . I then had a go at them because I did pay and I was on time . I apologised because I didn’t want to argue so I went to get my wallet to pay (again) as a civilised customer . Dominos then called me saying my pizza was waiting at the gate . I then walked back to find the same driver giving the pizza to me because I payed for it online! I then got shouted at again for taking so long however the driver told me to go get my wallet and pay . I will not be going there again 😘🖕🏻

2 for Tuesday's. Nothing more too be said. Would never go there on a normal day and pay 19 quid for a single pizza

Had a 'personal vegi volcano' was that nice I went back for a second one, £3.99 here back home in Harlow this is £6.99!

Used to be good but not sure if they have changed the staff there recently but it has become quite bad. Orders wrong or things missing. Food is tasty when arrives but starting to use a different brand now as at least their service is reliable.

Very tasty and if you go to the duke of York’s you get 50% off when you spend £20 but that’s only for students and teachers. There is normally great deals.

Pizza was cold and wedges were hard and cold had it delivered to complainted to customer services and still not even had a call bk even when had email saying they would contact me!

PAID TWICE CALLED UP WAS CALLED A LIAR!!! DRIVER PUT THE MONEY IN HIS POCKET AND SAID HE DIDNT HAVE IT THEN WE WAS TOLD HE DID HAVE IT!!!! SO DRIVER LIED TO HIS BOSS AND US. YET HIS STILL GOT A JOB THATS THEFT!!!

I've only once been let down, but that simply down to experience on what to order, otherwise the food is always piping hot and I thoroughly enjoy it.

Come here usually and do collection, the service and food is great. But the most recent time I ordered a collection here, the Pizza was given to someone else or delivered when I asked for collection. Even though I asked the Pizza to be under my name.They should ask for a full name when someone is ordering food then and ask the person for there full name when they collect.

Hate to complain as usually have great service. Driver turned up and left for us to find we haf the wrong order...i called the shop...they said theyd call the driver...10 mins later still nothing. So i called again. They advised that they were making fresh....the driver then shows up with original order. I advised him i had called the shop and tbey had said they were making fresh. The driver said he'd been told to come back with order. So i asked him to call the shop to double chek. Gets in his car and leaves...so still left wondering what the hell is going on. Call the shop....new order is waiting at the shop for someone to deliver.....as im writing this...we are still waiting!!!!

Either collect or have delivered, dozens of variations available but the quality is always consistently very, very good with many discounts offered on the pizzas and sides. Always a firm favourite with the kids.
