Countryside Kebab & Pizza House in Dover

This is a Takeaway Kebab and Pizza Shop. What a pleasant surprise!! Really good Lamb Doner, Lamb Kofte and good Chicken Shish too. Salad is really fresh and plenty of Tomatoes and Cucumber, Crispy fresh Onion and Lettuce. Chilli sauce nice n Spicy but not overbearing and obviously homemade. They'll happily Put your salad in a separate container whether picking up or for home delivery which is important to me as I don't like warm Salad. I live about 4 miles away so when I get home I give the Meat and Pitta Bread a 30 second blast, put on the salad and hey presto!! Comfortable waiting area with TV, would prefer Sky or BBC news on rather than the Films they show. My favourite is a Lamb Doner and Kofte Mix at £10

The portions are very small now and price is high. More of a snack than a meal. Won't be going back greasy pizza not edible

We order from them regularly. Usually once a week. But my husband has been on the toilet already and has been after 5 mins of eating their food tonight and I don’t feel well either. This isn’t the first time it’s happened either, but have refrained from commenting. Can’t believe their customer service or the delivery driver but seriously this isn’t right! He is in so much pain!

Their Kofte’s are up there with the best I’ve ever had. Really tasty!

It is very nice the lamb is very soft and chips are exquisite

Good for vegetarians. The falafel and hummus wrap with halloumi on the side is a winner.

Lump of chicken in my pitta, chips & salad….absolutely disgusting - will NEVER order from them again!!!

Took our money, accepted order, website said it was being prepared and then told us they didn’t deliver here! We are 10 mins down the road! Now we don’t get a refund for 3-5 days. No manager to speak to, even though he apparently said no delivery to here! JOKE!

Our first experience, and we were pleasantly surprised. It was quick to order on the website and we were able to collect our two pizzas and cheese chips within 15 minutes. Pizzas were very good, and I loved that the cheese was actually melted on the chips haha. Very happy and will be returning in future to try other things 😊

Don't ever answer the telephone after 9.15 even though shuts at 9.45 pm. Dry and cold chicken kebab and forgot the sauces I ordered. Absolute s**t.

Awful service absolutely dire trying to order over the phone ... won't be back ever load of rubbish........

This is the second time our order was incorrect, the first time we let it go, but this time they sent my vegetarian partner a chicken shish kebab, instead of cheesy chips. The reason for this review, is that when we called them, they told us that we didn’t order cheesy chips and we asked for the kebab, he’s vegetarian! He ended up making himself cheese on toast, after paying for a kebab he couldn’t eat! After saying we shan’t order from them again, the response was, “ ok mate!”

Second time for ordering a delivery from here. Both times the wrong order was delivered. And late on the delivery time.

Best Kebabs around. Very efficient service. They have the tastiest garlic sauce .Pizzas are lovely and fresh

Was ok salad was a little off putting

This is the one place in the village where you can get a decent kebab and pizza. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. Chip portions have gotten smaller but that's a good thing right?. Pizza's are brilliant too. Home delivery service is available at certain times of the day. But not everyday, ask for details.

Varied menu but cracking pizzas

This is my local kebab and pizza take away. We do eat from here quite often and it is always lovely. The kebabs are a good size and the meat and salad is always fresh. The pizzas are fantastic and i really do recommend these guys. They do deliver and it never takes very long.

Food is usual take away Chinese. Delivery usually prompt. Prices reasonable. Nothing special , but tasty, portions generous,and as you would expect,much the same as most other Chinese takeaway.

The food is all way wrong when the boss is not there. I want down to complain they did not care less. I will be going down to see the boss and my name is Brian king

Been using this place for years, and never once had a reason to complain. Perfect for if you don't want to cook.

We’ve used Countryside a few times since moving to the Village and have always had a decent meal. The Aylesham Special Kebab is a favourite. Would definitely recommend if you’re in the village 👍🏻

Tried ringing our order through on a "Monday night!" With no luck so walked down to place our order. I stood at the service counter for around 10 minutes waiting for my order to be taken ( shop was empty??!!! ) after another 5 minute wait I was asked by a staff member if I was being served I said no not yet. He then disappeared into a back room leaving me standing and waiting for another 5 minutes. 20 minutes wait and still no order taken. I gave up went home and placed our order with another takeaway in the village. Sorry guys we were regulars but we won't be back again.

Good fast-food but a bit pricey. Also not so many meal deals especially for kebabs, and very few toppings and sauce options . They need more competition in the village so they will raise the standards.

The food is great the service is great. Best kebab takeaway food around.
