They make best pizza in Dover. Have been using them for last 10 years- never had a bad pizza. Keep doing well boys

Everything was overshadowed by their horrible delivery experience. I will never be giving them my custom again after even speaking with the restaurant to try to resolve. Zero stars.

There food is almost perfect apart from me personally need the toilet the next morning this place is the place to go for pizza from great prices to friendly staff you can't go wrong

Gone right down hill. Used to be ok. When ‘John’ was there it was decent and priced accordingly. The pizza is of low quality. Personally I found the price of what we actually ordered to be extortionate. Upon collection, I questioned the price as I was genuinely surprised. I took a couple of bites, as did my girlfriend. Left it on the side. Usually if we leave pizza out, one of our cats will find a way to get into the box and run off with whatever we left over. Quelle surprise, the boxes remained intact in the morning. In summary, not even cats would eat it!!!

£40 minimum for delivery, what am I seeing? 😂🤦 why would anyone spend £40 on bang average pizzas with a £4 delivery fee when they could get domino's or just order from about 30 other pizza shops? 🤔

Nice guys, lovely burger van feeling food! Highly recommended when you're in the area bur make sure you take cash!

There was a glitch in the system which miscalculated my bill (in my favour). The shop honoured this price which cost them money. Food was delicious and customer service was brilliant! Will defo use again...

Had a very bad experience today. After ordering at 5:45 in advance for 7:15-7:45, due to our location we had to wait outside for the order to arrive until it eventually arrived at 8:10. We were alarmed to learn that the gluten free pizza we had ordered had come with gluten with no warning. One of us was then unable to have their dinner due to being unable to eat it. Thoroughly disappointing.

I wouldn't give it a 1 star after the service I received. First time was late and cold and everyone was rude to my partner. But today was terrible. It was late and cold and no one answered the phone especially after I spent over £40 on poor quality food. There is a fact that if food is delivered cold or late over a certain time without any communication then the order is fully refunded! They should be reported. Which they will be.

My patner ordered off just eat order was expected at 2.30am on tje app it said delivey would be 3.10-3.30 the app let us know when the driver was on the way 3.25am so I waited outside at 3.55 I rang the restaurant and asked when it was coming all they said was "soon" at 4.01 pizzer was deliverd driver said it was busy. The pizzer was barley warm burnt and the dough was tough really disappointed

Not bad pizza, decent price. Doesn't look like it's been decorated for years and looks a bit tired, but don't get put off....like I said, the pizzas ok

Disappointed with this if I could give 0 star I would. Waited for an order for 2h food came all cold..called the takeaway wanted replacement didnt get anything at all. All we hear were people shouting at each other & deciding what to do with our complaint. No refund or no new fresh order were offered only thing they told us that they can't do nothing only give us sale next order.... Won't be ordering anymore from this place disappointing. No communication with the customers you have to repeat yourself many time so they will understand you which for me Im no bothered to be repeating the same information for 10min as the person on the phone didn't understand

I've ordered from many Pizza places around Dover being a big pizza fan and this is by far the best one! The dough was much better than any other, it was so cheesy and the toppings were great. This is the meat feast 14 inch on the £8.99 Wednesday promotion. Star Pizza is now my new go to place for pizza, you've got yourself a new regular!

Ordered a pizza at 7:30pm arrived 1hr 40 mins later at 9:10pm they didn’t advise that there would be a long wait for delivery. However, that was just the start of appalling service! I was sent a link to pay via card to which I completed and all seemed fine, the food arrived, I assumed all was fine as I had paid via the link which confirmed all was ok and no mention of payment upon delivery. THEN - Between 10:30pm and 11:30pm I had several missed calls and text messages telling me “ you didn’t pay for your food”. Good job my phone was on silent! Also, keep in mind the food was delivered at 9:10pm, which was late anyway as we ordered at 7:30pm, we ate and went straight to bed!! Do you not think it would have been better to call in the morning to rectify and advise that the payment didn’t go through??? NO CLEARLY NOT..... INSTEAD YOU PULLED UP OUTSIDE MY HOUSE BEEPING AT 10:45pm AND WOKE EVERYONE UP IN MY HOUSE INCLUDING MY YOUNG BABY!!!! Oh and you woke my neighbours up so well done for damaging your own reputation 👏 How bloody unprofessional can you get, all over £20! RIDICULOUS. I will never use again!

Placed order online with just eat which never arrived. Called restaurant directly and was faced with a rude person on the phone telling me someone had waited over 30 minutes outside my house and buzzed my door apparently. Which is very hard as I dont have a buzzer and had been watching the main road I lived on and no one turned up. Both just eat and the restaurant refused to refund my money. All the reaturant could do was attempt to fabricate lies if they needed my £12 that badly they could have just asked. All in all do not order from this restaurant. Do yourself a favour and buy a frozen Iceland pizza atleast that will not try to rip you off or lie to you

Wow. Absolute best pizza. Amazing surprise for Dover Highly recomended. Super friendly staff. Sumit is the best pizza chef. Buy one get one free if you get from the store. Don't let the logo fool you.

Orderd 1 pizza and chicken nuggets and chips which took 1 hour 20 min to arrive which is ok nothing you can do if busy they are busy but when food arrived half way through the pizza to find tast changed which is strange when it is a 4 cheese pizza so sould be same all way through but 2nd half task and looked like burger cheess has been used. Contacted over phone and 1st was told it was a selection of cheeses as i no this as i have this pizza regulaly at which point they admited they had run out of the correct cheese so had supplied an inferear product than discribed and orded no apolige over phone just bad attitude from start to finish not sure if there is a change in managment or staff as this is the 2nd bad food and experience in a row as last delivery was bad but thought i would give them a 2nd chance NEVER again avoid like the plage.
