Very clean store with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Excellent menu for vegans and the mini pizzas are perfect for kids

The worst pizza ever!!! Thin and crispy was like short crust pastry with dried up, congealed cheese. Absolutely NOTHING lime mozzarella cheese. Pizzas were also overcooked (near burnt) and frankly, just rubbish. Tasteless and absolutely nothing like what a proper pizza should be. I suspect, this is what all Domino's are like and not just Deal. I will never buy from this rubbish, poor excuse of a pizza restaurant ever again.

Favourite pizza place. Always order from them, simply the best pizza place. Staff are nice and provides good customer.

here is my complaint that no one has answered: On Thursday evening (around 9 p.m.) I went into your Domino's Pizza - Deal - Kent store located at 24-26 Queen St, Deal CT14 6ET and ordered one medium pizza with cheese and tomatoes. When I return from London, I stop by your store on the way and buy a pizza. The pizza has always been of excellent quality and delicious. But this day I was unlucky - it was anything but not pizza! Rather, it was a flatbread sprinkled with a very small amount of burnt cheese. Was it an accident? Was I unlucky? Or has the pizza in your store started to look like this? Then of course I will never visit your store again! P.S. even in the photo you can see that there are no tomatoes in the pizza at all and the cheese apparently ran out in the store

Pizza was a grease bucket and salty as anything (I suspect the added Italian herbs, though didn't indicate any extra salt in this item)

The pizza was very greasy. Cookies were undercooked, very doughy not like cookie dough but just pure batter.

The Deal branch of Domino's Pizza has a good seating area which to enjoy the pizzas on site.

Disgraceful service tonight. Told I would have to wait.1.5 hours and after amost two hours called to enquire where my meal was. Jo shift manager was stressed beyond belief, couldn't find order and blaming being busy etc, surely this national chain expects to be busy. She didnt seem sincere in her apology or compensation policy.If she cant cope with pressure should she be in charge. So sarcastic asking if I wanted to go and train her team. Will need to speak with store and regional manager to check if that is part of the company customer care policy , she said she wasnt sure of customer care guidelines. Apparently my meal was entered as collection. Why did they take anc confirm my address? Disgraceful service and customer care

Wouldn't bother using this shop,try a local independent shop. Totally messed up order and shift manager tonight 03.11.24 totally stressed saying she couldnt cope with orders etc, and was so obviously out of her depth leading her team and managing to process orders. Shocking service for a national chain. If management cant cope ,how can staff to their job well.

Myself, Matt and others enjoyed great pizza and friendly staff. There’s one meaty pizza which is a clever play on words. We had the Salami Megaplex and it didn’t disappoint. Slide in like it slid out - clean and tasty.

It's ashame I even have to put a star food is ridiculously priced and I've never met a manager so rude and disrespectful towards their customers he really does represent the dominos franchise in a awful way. I'm truly disgusted by the way he spoke to us.

Order here a fair few times massively hit and miss… sometimes it’s cooked, sometimes it’s not. Sometimes you have a drip of sauce, sometimes a tsunami. Sometimes the slices are triangular, sometimes they’re not. Big & small, hot & cold, greasy or dry; they do it all. Honestly the most exciting thing about ordering is the wait to find out which combination you’ll receive. So hedge your bets, it’s a lottery & may the odds & pizza gods, be ever in your favour.

Staff are rudeand not friendly on counter , screen says when your pizza is ready but don't ask if it says your order is ready, you get a stroppy look and told I will look in a minute, staff seamed to not understand difference between a individual and a small pizza, Dover domino smaller but much much better

Every pizza I've had from this dominos has been top notch. I'll admit, I've had the rare occasion where I've had to wait a bit longer for my food, but it's only when they are having a busy spell and it's well worth the wait for the pizzas you get.

Never use them again after refusing cash from a 14 year old who wanted a pizza that doesn’t hold a card , the only establishment I know that refusing a bank note promise with queens head.

Agree with the undercooked food comments, I don't order from here any longer as its always bad. The Whitstable branch, however, much better. Considering how much they charge it's pretty unforgivable in my opinion.

I can’t believe we went on Wednesday 20th November at 17.55 ordered a take away for 18.30. and went for a quick drink next door. Ray ordered a spicy pizza and I ordered a gluten free hawain pizza , been a coeliac for 30 years. Came back exactly on time and they had forgotten to cook my GLUTEN FREE pizza, I was so angry i got a full refund and left. I had seen the advert on TV quite a lot for pizza and thought I must have one. Service to me it was disgusting, if I was a Vegan igut would have been cooked. I don’t choose to be a coeliac. I will never go back. WHATs Your excuse DOMINOS!!!! The young lad that served me was new and he called someone over to help with the order. But she was not interested in training him !!

Normally treat ourselves to a Dominos every other week. The prices on their deals have just went up and they are taking the mick now. Plenty of other decent pizza places in Deal to get our takeaways from. Everyone else should follow suit to force these greedy owners to stop ripping people off!!

The issue that I have experienced was: I have guest come on 9.30 so I odred the pizza 9.30pm. And they Deliver me on 9.00pm and I refuse to take delevery on 9.00pm then store manager rang me and said she hasn't got any staff , if u wan than take the pizza other wise she canceled the oder, and she behaving really rude, I have guest thats the reason I take the pizza, thats the reason I gone complain about her the name of manager is JOANNA And the lady who took my order is CHLOE. This mean My guest is not happy Store manager is JOANNA have attitude ......

I don't get how anyone can make pizza taste so bad and yet be so popular? Second time I've eaten from here and hoped the first time was a one off, sadly not. Definitely wouldn't use them again, plenty of much better places nearby.

I tend to shy away from large chains but thought I'd give them a go and well wasn't impressed. To start the cost was ridicules although some offers were available they didn't match what we wanted. After ordering the delivery was prompt but what arrived was what can only be described as a soggy greasy mess with parts of the delivery missing. Won't be using again, will be saving my money.

We had a relatively large order (6 boxes of large pizzas of various flavours) delivered yesterday evening and the whole meal was delicious. The order arrived pretty much on time, considering we live several miles from the shop, and was piping hot. Each pizza was cooked to perfection including the crusts and the flavours were subtle but tasty. I can certainly recommend pizza from here, The whole family enjoyed them.

On our vacation here, we ordered Pizza twice. Both deliveries were very fast, quality of food was good.

I like the new Italian range from Dominos but deliveries from the Deal branch arrive late more often than not. Tepid pizza is not good.

They have some sets to sit on will your waiting and when you eat. Domino's is not a full big restaurant but is good for a midnight snack with your friends while you party all night.Every pizza comes with my favourite sause. Wait for it...GARLIC dip. Great pizza, order from this company regularly

So, completely overcooked pizza, an hour for delivery and basically horrific. I guess we all expect that they cannot get even the starters overcooked, but yes they can. You would have to be totally desperate for a pizza to experience my delivery this evening! My consolation prize was the manager offering me a "free side" next time. I don't think so! I would strongly advise that you avoid this terrible experience. Understanding that the restaurant might very well reply, saying that they were very busy due to Saturday Night / Rugby or some other excuse I would counter with the idea that three minutes less in the oven would help the volumes along and speed up customer service very well.

Bit greasy but who cares it's fast pizza

Had a Winter Meal Deal offer, 2 pizza's and 2 sides for £19.99. The delivery was quick, about 25 minutes, but the pizza's were average at best. OK if you can't be bothered to throw a supermarket pizza in the oven, and fair at the offer price of £20, however, if I had to pay the advertised normal price of £42, I'd be giving it a score of 1 star.
