Very tasty kebab after a heavy night out

Popped in last night as a family to grab something to eat as a treat. We all told the guy behind the counter what we wanted however he was more interest in playing with his phone, huffing n puffing whilst taking our order. We popped up to the seafront to sit in the car to eat only to discover my partners meal missing, except for the salad he ordered as he likes it boxed separately, we went back in the shop explained there was a meal missing for the member of staff to tell us oh I didn't write yours down, no apology just shrugged his shoulders. Seemed like we were a total inconvenience to this member of staff, so much so we won't bother him or this establishment again!!

Lukewarm meat and chips and the chips were soggy. Meat was tender though and tasted nice, but probably won't be rushing back for more...

Food was fantastic and was early

Apart from our being late for our 2nd order, the plentiful and enough for the 2 of us. No problem ordering in near future

Ordered our first time order, received about our 45 minutes or so early. The food was plentiful and more a suffice for the 2 of us. We will order again in the near future

Cold food missed items barely any sauce

Worst Kebab shop I have experienced. Me and my partner ordered this on our camping trip. Waited over 1 hour and a half for the food to arrive ( which never). Called the restaurant several times for them to lie and say that the delivery driver had given the food to someone and they had given him the code. Then had to argue that this wasn’t true and that we hadn’t received the food. In the end they sent out more food , to which wasn’t even hot and they had sent dry doner meat and chips without any sauce and got the order wrong. Asked them for a refund due to the inconvenience and tried to say that they can only offer discount when we visit again. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE , I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO ALL THE OTHER REVIEWS !!!! The only positive was the poor women working there trying to help me !

best kebab in Deal consistently!

the chicken strips was dry and overcooked, the batter was rough and coarse and was clearly left over from yesterday, the chips were undercooked and still very tender. very poor quality control, please improve on this

Made an order last night at 9:20 It arrived cold at 2250 the shop is a mile from my house. In a carrier bag. The chips were undercooked and soggy.The Bacon in the Burger nearly raw .The Pizza under cooked and also cold . The shop wouldn't answer the phone .Reused a refund from the ordering app . Do not use the takeaway its got to be the worst I'm Deal.Not value for money either .Avoid at all costs .

Well at 2230 I haven't received my order .I've had food from twice the distance In half the time on the same app .Very poor .I won't be ordering again from this outlet . Terrible and expensive too . Update it don't turn up .It went somewhere else

I have ordered from here many times and never any problems, but tonight the wrap was so soggy/wet from the juices or sauce, it was like water dripping fast out of the wrap, all over my clothes and because of that, the wrap had no flavour! I was not impressed tonight. Really nice delivery man though. Very friendly and smiley

Bunch of wrongerns, made me pay for my food first for them to say they don’t have anything left absolute scam they need to be shut down.

the pitta bread was soggy we didn't receive the chips and the large lamb and chicken shish kebab wasn't even a large it was a medium.

Never order from deal grill put a order in never even turn up

Very small portion of chips, considering they were meant to be large. Chicken was slightly tough for the larger pieces (many were large, so maybe smaller pieces). I'm told the donner meat was good though.

Food arrived 35 minutes late and food was Luke warm . Such a shame as had food here before and was really good .

Absolutely the worst kebab house in the country, £20.40 for 1 small mixed meat and chips and a portion on meat. Although this wasn’t what was ordered. Watered down garlic sauce and somehow the food is still dry. With a combination like that the food was destined for one place and one place only. The Bin! 100% would not recommend to a friend…

Worst kebab I’ve had medium is the same as small the food is below par I’ve had it from here before didn’t realise till it arrived trust me avoid the “homemade burger” sauce at all costs! Do yourself a favour go elsewhere

Decent kebab in deal, always head here for a naughty kebab. Nice guys who work there, really friendly and chatty. Food was cooked fresh in front of me and was yummy. Can't fault it.

Extremely overpriced. Over £40 for 2 wraps a kebab and 2 chips. Donner meat is heated up on the grill and burnt. Portions sizes are stupidly small for the price you pay. Tasted awful, got the meal wrong, missing items. Would not be going back.

Terrible meal, meat over cooked, chips burnt, small portions, place should be shut down I wouldn’t feed the food I got to my cat. Over priced £42.50 for 3 wraps and some chips, disgusting. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Order time was when they stated it would be, however food was cold, the side of chips with the burger meal is laughable seen more on a kids meal definitely not worth the money we paid, will not be coming back

Food quality was quite rubbish - Descriptions on menu made it hard to tell what the Deal Burger was comprised of.

I was very shocked seeing my order , when you order a kebab you usually expect everything in a pitter, not the pitter sitting on top . I asked for sauce well you may as well not bothered as there was hardly any and my cheesy chips well they went in the bin as they was cold and soggy! I can honestly say I’ll not be ordering from here again !

I wouldn’t recommend. Not only do you have to pay extra for salad that other places include in the cost of the kebab, it took over an hour to deliver. The order had clearly had a tour of Deal whilst other food had been delivered first, which I understand however I’d still expect my order to be hot. The kebab was stone cold and so were chips and other items. £34 for cold food. Not good. Won’t go there again

The food was cold. The pizza's didn't have any taste. Not sure how as we'd ordered garlic and spicy toppings. And the chips were soggy. I cooked them in the airfryer at the end.

Halloumi wrap? I didn't taste any Halloumi, more just salad! Disappointed. Cheesy chips tasted like oven chips. My partner enjoyed his doner kebab!

Meat and Chips. Delivered in one box. Chips on bottom were soggy. Mixed meat was nearly all Donner, a few bits of chicken. Threw most of it away.

Writing this review the following morning, I ordered a mixed meat and chips and two pieces of chicken which I shared with my partner, we were unable to finish the meat and chips, the meat was extremely fatty and had some little bones in, it did not taste nice at all and I am disappointed to have wasted nearly £20 only to be unwell the morning after…would not order from here again.

Normally we wouldn’t fault the food but our delivery today was nowhere near normal standards. The burger- buns and burger were burnt, lettuce was soggy and the sauce used didn’t resemble anything similar to burger sauce. The chips- ordered the largest size cheesy chips for £7. What was sent must’ve been a small and instead of cheese the chips were topped with salad leaving the chips below soggy and inedible. The garlic bread was the best part of the meal but was still undercooked in the middle

The fried chicken was overcooked, hard and dry yet greasy too. That takes some skill! The chicken shish kebab was smothered in a horrible mayonnaise that tasted of rancid oil. Additionally the dietary requirements request was not completed meaning the salad could not be eaten. Very disappointed at wasting nearly £15.on such poor quality and that no care was taken to provide edible food.

Portion size is an absolute joke, orderd 2 regular kebabs £7.40 and a combo kebab £10.90 and relieved 2 of the smallest kebabs I have ever seen just a few strips of thinly cut meat on a hard pitta bread with a little bit of salad and forgot to put the sauce on both , my partner didn't even want to eat it because it was so tragic so I ate both and I am genuinely still hungry. Would not recommend if you have any other choices.

The best kebab in town with the tastiest chilli sauce. The fried chicken has a very crispy coating and succulent inside (I love it cold!!)

This was a £50 order for a family deal. There just wasn't enough food for a family. I have had one kebab with more meat in it than this special. The rest of the ‘meal’ was padded out with bread and 2 small portions of chips. We feel ripped off, and hungry.

Ordered 2 cans of drink and only got one. What really annoyed me was that I rang the restaurant several times but none bothered to answer my call. Due to this will not order from them again

Always a great place to nab a quick bite to eat, if I ever have any requests to swap things out they happily do it and are always prompt and polite when delivering

Lost my wallet. Owner kindly went through cctv footage for me which ruled out losing it in the shop.

Classic kebab, exactly what I was expecting. Chicken was cooked just right and the portion was great. Even gave and a side of chilli peppers 👌🏻

Dreadful food; over priced, tiny portions of re-heated kebab meat, overcooked chips and overcooked burger - literally worse food from anywhere I have had in memory…it was mid-week, but even so, it needs to be edible…felt ripped off!

Food was alright quality. Had lots of flavour. Quite expensive based on what was recieved. Left instructions on the order, however, they weren't followed.

Absolutely Disgusting, Won’t be returning. Meat was nasty, fatty, greasy and bloody expensive. £6 for a small portion of chips. and to feed 2 kids and 1 adult it came to 40 quid and didn’t even eat it i don’t recommend going here. Prices need to be thought about discusting.

I was pleasantly surprised my food arrived early as I was hungry. Although I have put 45 minutes early it was within the alloted time just nearer to the earliest time. It tasted lovely

Very nice as always, but there was no sauce in the wraps as requested.

They are amazing and patient and thoughtfull. I love my meat well done, sometimes it's a wait but a perfect wait. Never mind waiting for the perfect kebab. Kebab means burnt meat.

Home delivery very prompt. Wraps are larges, stuffed full and very tasty. Full marks.

It said the delivery was going to be between 9:35 and 9.55 it came at 9:15 and I had no notification to say it was coming early. The deliveryman had to ring my phone to ask where I lived because he was lost and my food was then cold was a bit disappointed

Salad in kebab was not fresh, burger was dry. All meals were cold, this wasn't helped by the 2 cans of drinks being on top of the food. All round disappointed and a waste of money

Very poor! My food was cold as it arrived, I had a bite of the chicken which was like rubber. I wouldn’t recommend getting anything chicken! The only good thing from this was the burger. Everything else was bad

ordered a combination kebab. I was told that it would be a big portion for £14. Got it home the tray was half full.of salad a tiny amount of dinner meat and a couple of bits of each shish. probably smallest kebab ever, like a child's meal. To be fair it tasted quite nice, but I would expect to be struggling to finish a £14 kebab not looking for more food to eat after.

Very few prawns for the price in the prawn cocktail

I was extremely disappointed with the service. After careful checking if the opening times of this particular establishment, I arrived 1 hour before their stated closing time to discover that the shop was shut. Not only was I extremely disappointed I also starved to death and am now writing this review as a ghost. Do not go here unless you are prepared to die and transfer to the astral plane! I will be haunting this establishment!!!

Very terrible! Food turned up cold showed the driver, driver never cared. Restaurant tried offering 3.54 account credit! Absolute diabolical! Filing for full refund. AVOID AVOID AVOID! Absolute crooks. All food discarded off. Only positive is that the dog enjoyed it. Total waste, never again.
