The worst pizza I have ever had in my life. It was cold and soggy. Don't believe the fake positive reviews. Avoid.

Staff and manager liars. Food was cold Store wouldn’t give refund I hope this manager loses his job because he is putting the Pizza Hut name to shame

Food arrived more than an hour late. By the time it got here it was freezing cold. Phoned for a refund or for them to bring out another pizza. To be told they can offer the refund just got to wait for the manager to come back in 10 minutes to phone us back, half hour later still no phone call, so phoned the shop back to be told again that the manager would ring back. Again waited. No phonecall. We phoned again said we needed to apply for a refund through the app( we didn’t order through an app) tried saying we had to to it online when it says on the website for refunds or changes contact the store. But he argued that we needed to do it online. Emailed head office to get a refund, the store declined the refund ( no surprise there) lucky enough we recorded it all and we’ve sent over all the proof of them saying to contact head office. So for anyone ordering always and I mean always record your conversation with them otherwise they’ll be able to get away with not giving you a refund.

We're disgusted by the Pizza they just sent us and also the attitude of the staff when i phoned to complain, as you can see from the photos i've provided the Pizza was soaking wet and soggy, this Pizza was to share between 3 of us, we took one slice each and simply couldn't eat anymore due to the wet texture of it making it nasty to eat, i phoned the store any they refused to replace or refund and directed me to make a complaint to head office where ever that is! also when i asked to speak to the manager the staff member asked me to hold on, he then came back 2 minutes later to say 'oh the manager is not here at the moment' i mean come on... it's a small store you know if your manager is there or not! so obviously that was just a lie and the manager was there but didn't want to speak to me to address the issue, Avoid this place and see my photos to show the soggy mess they sent us...

Poor excuse for a pizza, arrived late, extremely chewy crust and both pizzas overcooked and tasteless. Waste of £30.00

The absolute WORST experience!! Ordered food today at 6pm, spent £40 worth of pizza. Food didn’t arrive arrive until 10pm!! Called the restaurant multiple times to be told the food is on its way, and when the food finally arrived had to reheat in the oven they were so cold. No apology from the restaurant. Do not waste your money, you’d be quicker making your own pizza at home.

Awful customer service called them as order was wrong and was told I had to pay for another one plus delivery if I wanted another one! Shocking!!

Definitely not what I was expecting. The food was awful. Pizza was tough and tasteless. The loaded wedges were disappointing. After spending over £40 didn’t even get a dip with the pizza. Will stick to dominoes in future… much better

Takeaway from Port Talbot store. Arrived 20 minutes after due for delivery. Pizza cold and burnt. Nachos cold and hard. Waste of 31 pounds. Threw it and nachos. Also no dips as ordered....not that it mattered then. If could rate zero would have. Obviously no pride in product. Shocking!!!! Avoid if you want food that's at least hot, not burnt and delivered on time.

Friendly staff and very good pizza deals

Food was great, better than dominos and a better deal (large £8.99, 2 dips 99p and the upsell side at checkout for £3.50 usually £6 odd) ordered online around 10ish on a Saturday, maybe just after peak ordering times. Was ready to collect in 15 minutes, quicker than i could drive there. Rung the bell food was brought out promptly and friendly service with a smile from the lovely young lady. The beyond meat pizzas are absolutely delicious like reviews say. Same experience again next time hopefully, will be ordering again soon.

Pizza was ok just a bit over cooked on base. Garlic bread was unedible and tough. Need to sort the cook out there.

When I arrived to collect the pizza , the lady told me it would be another 5 mins , it was already past the specified time so I had to sit in the car for another 5 minutes ( no fault of her own as she was holding the Fort by herself ) so when I collected the pizza she charged me for a dip , you got to pay for dips I was told . No wonder Dominos is winning the war , I'll be going straight back to Dominos from now on , they at least give you a free dip and are always on time , stick to what you know is my advice

The Pizzas have gone terrible always cold not enough cheese, removed all the good toppings , no more garlic dip (You have to pay for them), that new manager doesn't have a clue how to deal with customers so after the first issue they sent me a evoucher well this time it was even worse so please Pizza Hut try to give your staff some sort of training or even show them how to make a pizza its not difficult. would i return there for a pizza i don't think so well will make some at home with a real dough , some nice toppings not just a general meat feast pizza with 2 or 3 other choices , they all look a like and don't think the pizza you see on the web site is what you get. Shame it was good there not so long time ago .

1st and last time u will ever order food from this way over priced rip off garbage serving pizza pit. I paid 17.58 for a toddler size pizza which looked and tasted like something from a dogs bowl. Even the dog gave me a stinking look. Avoid at all cost

Pizza arrived two hours after an online order, even though stated on their website order would be within an hour, rang the shop to enquire where my delivery was after the first hour to be fobbed off saying it was leaving in 5 mins. When it arrived it was obviously rushed as was undercooked with hardly any toppings on. I emailed customer service and was fobbed off again, saying circumstances out of their control, blaming traffic (I live a 5 min drive from the restaurant ) and the good old excuse of Covid restrictions, which lately seemed to be used as an excuse for bad service everywhere! Will definitely not be ordering from there again, so much competition locally for pizza takeaway, they really need to up their game.

Looking to feed a family of 8 as quickly as possible, we opted for Pizza. Pizza Hut deal of the £5.00 pizza's won our vote. It was quick and easy to order online, the food arrived within half an hour of ordering, with everything present and correct and hot! This is the first time I have bought anything from Pizza Hut but won't be the last. I would definitely recommend them after the food and service we received today.

Always excellent pizzas and service

Order a pizza through the website and was told it was delivered however it was not. Rang the store and the said it was delivered by deliveroo and was told it was nothing to do with them. Rang deliveroo and they said it was nothing to do with them. Rang the store back and they said contact head office. Not given an apology a refund and still haven’t received a pizza. Absolutely shocking service

Tidy pizza but they make you wait considerably when collecting and as if by magic your order is under the counter.

Sorry but i wont be ordering from Pizza hut again the choice of toppings are poor they have renoved Tuna, Anchovies and so on . May as well close down .

This pizza hit is going down they removed all the good toppings the pizza base was just a tomato paste and it was luck warm so after years spending my money with them i will make my own i will do a much better job .

I placed an order for one pizza and a side at 7.15pm yesterday and was given a delivery time of 8.40pm, which is a long enough wait as it is. I then had to call them at twice to chase. I was told on the first call that my pizza was in the oven and on the second call, my food was done but we are just waiting on a driver. The lady went on to tell me how it was so busy and they hadn't expected to be as it was only a Tuesday. I understand with everything that's going on with COVID 19, but a call to advise of a delay would have been appreciated. I would have even accepted if they cancelled the order and just gave me my money back. Pizza eventually arrived at 10.30pm.... More than 3hrs after it was ordered. The pizza was stone cold and hard. Not even an apology. Absolutely shocking food & service!

Called them on the phone to ask a question and they hung up on me before I was finished talking. Pizza was delivered and after 1 and a half pieces we both feel very sick. The slices were so thick with cheese and dripping in grease. Swerve and find something else!

This place has really turned around. The delivery time is within 40 minutes or you get £10 Off! And the pizzas/sides are lovely. There's also a loyalty scheme if you order online. Hut or something? I remember coming here a few years back and my pizza was rank, but it's turned around massively!!

Amazing customer service. I created an order incorrectly online and by the time I rang to rectify the pizzas were on their way already. Staff member checked with the manager and told me they'd send out the correct order free of charge. So appreciated! Wonderful service .

Guy on the phone assured me that the garlic sprinkles go on every slice once again another lie 3 weekends in a row now taking the Mick Lucky I don't send it back and keep making them re do it all night until they do their job properly !!!!

Ordered a pizza and side of Mac and cheese....I really only wanted the Mac and cheese (pizza was for husband).. but when I opened the Mac and cheese it was really over cooked and all the pasta was hard and burnt around the edges. I was only able to eat the very center of it. The middle was good just wish the rest was edible....not worth £5. I’ll make it at home from now on.

My mess up orders like there’s no tomorrow

Ordered a pizza and got home 5 miles with wrong pizza. Informed restaurant and they would not deliver replacement as I was about 0.5 miles outside of delivery zone. Could not return to restaurant as I was looking after young kids. Meal was ruined as we could not eat pizza. Restaurant claimed I was lying even though I have a receipt that shows my order and claimed I placed the same order the next day!! Even though they can produce not proof (because there is none) Terrible restaurant, terrible service. If you want to use a takeaway that accuses customers of being liars - good luck. Better restaurant across the road. Disgusted.

Went in recently as having gathering with friends and service was very good. I went in as I had placed order over the phone so it would be ready when I got there and when I went in to pick up the food it was ready and good front staff. Very polite and cheerful, felt like they really care about customer service there. When we got home to have food, the pizzas where really good and enjoyed it. Would recommend to anyone in the area as it is Pizza Hut but this branch seemed to be a lot Nivea in terms of service and quality of food👌🏽

If you are looking for a good meal and a cheap price then this pizza hut is the place to be. i visited with my daughters as i was staying at a relatives near by and i think it was a very good decision. the delivery was prompt, the reception was very polite and helpful but best of all was the taste of the pizza itself. i would actually say it tasted nicer than the restaurant chain. i recommend the meaty one and the chicken sides.

It is pizza hut not the most exciting food in the world but having lived in a few places the staff at this branch are friendly and the standards of food and service high so they remain the first choice in pizza take away.

Nothing special about the food but always great service from the deliverer! Only company I tip! I always get the Hawaiian with added breast chicken strips and sweet corn (2 extra toppings are free). Really good for a friday/saturday night meal in.

absolutely appalled. ordered 2 pizzas tonight 1 bbq chicken and bacon and one vegetarian. they delivered 2 chicken and red onion pizzas. phoned to complain as my wife is vegetarian and the girl on the end of the phone was very unsympathetic, and told us that there was nothing that could be done about it, because that was what was on there system. this is the fist and last time we will be using pizza hut, back to dominoes in future.... also could post this review with out giving a star, should be able to give zero stars

A fantastic place to have a meal delivered piping hot to your home. Family visit here quite regularly now due to the fact the food is always great and the service is lovely

Very over rated just like any Pizza Hut, "very expensive" (£20 for a good size pizza) the pizza is always lacking topping . But the delivery time is very good.

We always have delivery, bit surprised at some if the feed back. No matter what we have ordered for delivery has been timely( which is fine because I prefer to, wait and have properly cooked and hot food as it should be) We have to be honest, we always have home delivery and no matter the. Mix of order everything has always been hot and tasty....to date....also very efficient service....I have no complaints on delivery time and it's never over what you expect, we also accept that some nights busier than others,,,,,prefer to wait bit longer and have it delivered hot and cooked safely. Trust me in my profession food service, etc... Important...

Ordered a pizza with only one person in front of me and no one else in the shop. The phone only went once the whole time I was there. After ten minutes I overheard a conversation that they'd forgotten my order and to tell me it would only be a few minutes when really it hadn't even been prepared. After 20 minutes had gone by I overheard a member of staff suggest I'm offered something to apologise for the delay when Rhys in the kitchen said not to worry about it, not realising I could hear him. I raised this with him and he said that it wasn't his decision to make. So he could make the decision to say no but not the decision to say yes? I said I wasn't happy and felt he was passing the buck. I was then offered a can to make up for it. I turned this down, left and will not return! The girls on front were great, pity people behind the partition have awful customer service!!
