Worst mixed kebab I've ever had! The donner meat was the only good thing about it was mainly the other meat but didn't taste of anything! Coleslaw was bland and not much of it. 1 slice of cucumber and tomato, a tiny bit of lettuce, no chillies that I ticked, it was in a wrap not a flatbread. So disappointing cos it was bland and boring I only ate the donner meat. The kids donner deal was rubbish, a few chips and bit of donner meat and a little bottle of lowes. No salad or sauce, looked small and pathetic. Never ordering from topolis again!

Worst place for a kebab in Neath. Only place I know that doesn’t serve a kebab with pitta bread but a tortilla wrap instead! My mixed meat and chips arrived cold, dry, missing ingredients and sauce all piled up on one side. Their Xtra Large is the same size as a Medium from everywhere else, and costs more! Will not order from here again and advise you don’t either. Overpriced and a rip off.

Would be 5 star but as a vegetarian we asked for their jalapeño pizza and when we got home it also had pepperoni all over it. Chips were great tho 😅

Disgusting!!! The last two kebabs pale and taste less and a hair in my food, scabby chips, I even said too the guy on phone please make sure meat is well done because it wasn’t last time, but no still pale and greasy!!

Just been into topolis and what an absolute shambles of a place of a business. I ordered topolis special kebab with side order of chips, the chips were rock hard and overcooked wouldn't feed them to an animal. The kebab itself was disgusting as if it was cooked days ago, while waiting for the food the server dropped the tongs that they use on the floor and proceeded to use them on food without washing them, makes me feel sick if they do that in front of customers, what do they do where customers can't see. Think food hygiene standards should visit this place absolutely disgusting. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID

Only had fries! Cost loads and they were soggy. Wouldn't go here again

Disgusting customer care, ordered a chicken wrap,wasn't given an option on the chili sauce and was given very hot chili sauce which was inedible The whole thing went in the bin,the manager was rude and refused to rectify this. Won't be ordering from them again!

Far from bad but mediocre their large portion is other places medium. I also thought a kebab came in a pitta bread not a tortilla wrap. On saying that although overpriced and undersized.. I could not find fault with food taste, quality or delivery.

Had a wonderful surprise visiting this shop last evening. I have Coeliac disease which means I cannot eat anything containing gluten. The gentleman who overheard this told me he could make me a kebab prepared especially even cleaning utensils before doing so. This happens so rarely that I had to post a review. My kebab was delicious so thank you so much. The gentleman who did all this used to work in Ireland where he learnt all about Coeliac disease.

The food is normally beautiful I went there tonight and I’m sorry but I got a little bit fed up of the rudeness of the staff slamming the change in front of you I just asked the guy why can’t you say please or thank you and he told me he’s too busy. I’ve known most of the staff in the past and they’ve always been very nice but the guy there now thinks he’s a UFC fighter and he could not accept the fact that he could not give politeness. As I left he tried to get a few people on his side, his staff who were obviously quite scared of him were laughing e.g. his staff . If you want to discuss it no problem Facebook is quite easy to contact people

Ordered food from topolis Neath and was told that it would be about half an hour turned up 45mins late and freezing cold sent the order back phoned up to tell them why i sent it back and the person who answered the phone said that i was a nuisance awful customer service will not order food from topolis Neath ever again

Awful food tonight and refused an alternative. I didn't even ask for a refund when the curry was burnt black and i was spoken to so rudely. Will never order from here again and I've been a customer for over 10 years

I've ALWAYS been a fan of Topoli's. I've been going there for over 30 years. Food is decent and I've known some of the staff there for more years than I'd care to remember. Tonight I had the worst customer service I've ever had. There was a little confusion about a can of cherry coke and the response I had was 'it's not our responsibility'. As someone who worked there when I was 16, I appreciate that the staff deal with drunk and sometimes awkward customers. However the attitude I had from one member of staff was appalling. All over a can of pop. I hope it was worth it. I'll not be visiting again. Shame really.

I usually love the food from here. Tonight was terrible! Over 2 hrs to deliver our cold and incorrect order. Was offered to have the mistakes sorted but we’re still waiting….. If you have so many orders that you can’t deliver the food hot and correctly then you need to switch off online ordering until you can catch up !

Two Cans of Coke was very dented. Hair found inside food tray, black-1inch with a white tip from root. We are all long haired blondes, just saying. Not much food for price. Chips were hard to eat, chewy to say the least. Won’t be ordering from Tapolis ever again. Please think twice before you order from there.

I have had their chicken donor and it has been one of the best donors I have eaten. The service was quick. Food was delicious and all the staff was really nice. Super tasty food. Best in town

We ordered very close to closing time expecting our order to be rejected but they accepted the order and the food arrived shortly afterwards. In my opinion this is by far the best pizza/kebab place in the area. The food was piping hot and freshly prepared - not end of the day stuff some places sell. We ordered 2 donner wraps, chicken strip wrap and curry sauce and chips. It was delicious! So thank you Topolis for an amazing order that arrived promptly and tasted great. Will definitely order again.

Won’t order from here again. £5.50 for a wrap with no chips. Supreme and farm are £6 for the same wrap, chips and a can. Will use them in future. The wrap itself was nice but definitely not worth £5.50 on its own! They also only have 5 star reviews on their app because they delete any negative reviews. Mine were deleted.

Unfortunately delivered to house opposite who took meals knowing they weren't theirs. Phoned topoli, s to explain meals hadn't arrived, in fairness they re delivered meals within 25 minutes, and nice big meals

Really disappointing and uninspiring. Was cold on arrival and looked like a sad pizza and had a 'unique' flavour. Had an uber discount, if paying full price would probably asked for a refund . Was buy one get one free, normally an exciting phenomenon but nobody wants to eat the free one cos the 1st was so bad.

This is my go to place for a nice kebab, also they have lots of other great food on there menu.. 👌

Absolutely awful food!! Chips wasnt even cooked, kebab was as pale as me and I did ring them to say and all I had back was ' well nobody else has complained' righto get a new cook.

Half the staff are very unfriendly, the other half are fine but nothing to brag about. They dont accept card which is weird in this day and age.

Dry Awful chicken ,no taste on the Southern fried chicken .Rubbish, quick serve, however no care taken with quality.Didn't even get cheese and chips right ,cheese was not even melted ,inedible ,binned it .Avoid this place at all costs .

Ordered a £25 delivery and in fairness came quick, food was luke warm at best, more towards cold than warm. Bloke on phone gave partner a bit of grief when rang up, took the order back to the shop where I was met with a stinking attitude on the man serving, denied that it was cold and said I recieved the order 30 mins previous which was a lie. Basically told me then to never come again. Safe to say I wasnt planning to. Would give less than a star if possible

We ordered from this place two nights in a row. They advertise hot wings and bbq wings. The first night we received a generous helping of wings. We both ate one wing and could not eat the rest they were red hot!! The second night (tonight) we phoned the store and said we could not eat hot food and would like the bbq wings, not hot wings. So we spent another £18 ordering many more. Only to find the exact same was delivered again. If they communicated correctly this place would be great, but we have wasted over £35 as they have given us something we do not want.

Ordered for first time tonight. Food was 30 minutes late. Kebab was cold and tasteless and dry amd chewy. Chips were soggy and cold. Salad wasnt fresh.Really poor food don't Evan know how it's popular. Will never order again

After a wonderful night at The Welsh National Wedding Awards by JR Events and Catering, we stopped off at this fantastic takeaway. All we can say is that, the food was amazing and service was faultless. Thank you for great food and service. We shall see you next year :)

Always have great food here. Not a kebab lover but the chicken shish is mmmm..mmmmmm. The pizzas are made fresh with whatever topping you like. Love it.

Unbelievably bad service if I could give it 0 stars it would still be too much food order was wrong yet again was told it would be replaced waited for two hours for replacement to come so I called and was told that he never said he would be replaced so entire meal is cold and no replacement AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

Absolutely disgusting food...I ordered for home delivery...food was vile...chicken was so dry it was like cardboard, chips must have been sat there from the night before....made a complaint to be met with arrogance and attitude...I was polite and they finally agreed to give us a new meal...my husband went in to get a new meal of them and they treated him despicable....wish I could put up a pic of the crap they have sent him home with....will never order a home delivery or go and pick up food from this place again....rude horrible people who don't seem to care if they poison people...will be getting in touch with trading standards and food hygiene as of the morning.

They treat everyone like a piss head. Maybe your not pissed and you just want a decent kebab? But instead you will get cold over salted chips and dry kebab meat with way too much sauce . If your drunk at 1am in neath then it's recommended.

Picked up a large doner, a chicken shish, got home the large doner was stone cold. We live one minute away, Phoned up they told me to wait for husbands kebab as they had other people orders. My chicken was a stone cold cheap wrap. No pitta bread. Absolutely worst kebab ever.
