Domino's Pizza in Neath Port Talbot

Just wanted to thank you for the awesome service this evening. Ordered a pizza and changed the toppings a bit, but ended up receiving a different pizza - called the store to let them know and it was no trouble at all for them to remake the order and send it back out to us pronto even though they were super busy. They even gave us a bottle of pop for the inconvenience. Just wanted to thank you for excellent service, it was much appreciated!

We recently stopped at this place on the way to Carmarthenshire. Food was delicious and topped by excellent customer service.

Food was fantastic! Shout out to my chef dawg! Delivery driver seemed really moody though, and was a real dampener to what was being a great evening!! I think his name was Mitchell or summin. Would order somewhere else in the future to avoid my evening being ruined by bad attitudes!!!!

Came 30 minutes late according to the ETA. Still arrived hot enough to eat. Toppings were lovely and decided to try the Double Decadence Crust instead of my go to Stuffed Crust. It's was nice but definitely lacked cheese between the layers and was more like a Pizza on a crispy Tortilla wrap. The cookies we ordered are always love the gooey texture. Highly recommend if you have never tried them! Good experience, 4 stars would have been given if delivery was not so late!

love their meteor pizza! nothing better than that one, the cookies are a bit too moist for my liking but hey! also there is a delivery driver that has a blue renault thats really good and well behaved. Very polite also but the other ones we've had are touch and go! Give that driver a raise!

Great Domino’s, wish the prices were cheaper but the staff’s always lovely.

A team of 3 girls working non stop, prepping, baking, answering and serving customers on calls and walk ins.. Totally impressed today.

Like the pizzas however there delivery drivers are a discrace to the company.had 1 of there drivers (male in a dark golf) followed 2 young women in there car shouting abuse,papping his horn then eventually forced the car to pull over by nearly ramming it off the road! He then continued to shout abuse at them threw the window then wheelspun away allerting lots of resistance of his behaviour.i contacted the manager who stated he would have a word! Don't really think that answer is good enough

Had a online voucher to use, rang the manager who had no clue what I was on about. Couldn't use the voucher on the deals so had 2 X 7 inch pizzas which is enough to feed 1 adult for £20. I highly recommend pizza hut! Amazing deals at a fraction of the price! Dominoes is way over priced and won't get again.

Absolutely shocked! Ordered two pizza! One came correct -great, the other was incorrect! Rang them up in all fairness sent me the “right” order! However it was incorrect again!! Rang agin! Spoke to “shauna” very unhelpful! Kept repeating herself like a robot! Not impressed with her customer service not impressed told me to speak to a manger tomorrow!! Spent over £25 and that’s the service I get!! Absolutely disgusting. Not happy to say the least and I will be speaking to Andrew the “real” manager “Shauna” told me to as she has no authority! Even though she is a manager! Obviously not a “real” manager! Not happy! This needs to be put right. Absolutely disgusting

Expensive pizza. What happened to cheezy wedges and have a word with your drivers, they going to kill somone driving into station road the speeds they do.

Not usually a big pizza fan but must give Dominos service was good. Also was delivered superfast and piping hot. Tip go online and download a code you can get many deals that way. Or call in to the shop and get a bigger deal

Waiting so long person after me been served before me. So not happy when my partner ask for a meager his been ignored. Not recommend to anyone. Also potato wedges are taste less horrible.

Had a take away from here in Port Talbot last night and it was a cracker. We all enjoyed the various selections. We don't do it often but Domino's always comes up trumps.

If you love Pizza, this may be a chain but the Pizza is great. Good service & food. If you need quick delivery, it supplies that too. One of the best Pizza Parlours in town.

Food is hot and tasty (always important) and there is a friendly and welcoming atmosphere whenever you visit. Staff are very helpful, kind and attentive. Warm and cosy in the winter and comfortably cool in the summer. It is an altogether nice place to go on your own or to pick up some food for your family and friends. I can't fault it.

Never in my life have i ever been given a pizza that wasn't cut, absolutely ridicules.......

I haven't had a dominoes pizza in over 6 years .so thought I'll give it a lil girl as you do when you CBA to cook....pizza was not very nice ingredients tasted Cheap!! ..yet I hear you my friends shout from the roof tops...but this was a lot of money ...thats right...and we don't feed the dog expensive pizza do we...so i wont be calling back sloppy & luke warm

Extremely fast delivery and easy ordering service. Pizza was excellent, albeit expensive, it was affordable based on the 50% off voucher we used. Delivered by a very friendly driver. Dominos is usually hit and miss however this was one of the best I’ve ever had and the first from Port Talbot.

The two gents who served me here where amazing. Nothing was too much. Service with a smile goes a long long way. I will most definitely be coming here when I'm in town If dominoes bosses read this I would like them to reward them ( the 2 gents who were working on Monday 8th may around 12.30-13.00

As much as I LOVE Dominos... I must say, that receiving a text from your restaurant saying my pizza is on it's way & I actually live near Kent in England... it's made my evening. But I'm a little disappointed as I thought I was getting free pizza! Lol, hope you get the right number next time!

Called in today with my grandson he loves the mini pizza for £2.99 we called in after 4 so didn't expect to have the normal deal but without asking the manager and staff member who unfortunately I didn't get the names offered the deal to my grandson who was over the moon and a complimentary cookie made his day! We ordered a pizza for delivery. It literally took almost 2 hours to get it! Since they could not do a call back on our mobile, we called them repeatedly asking when the pizza's were coming. Each time they told us a different answer; we cant call in to your mobile, or its on its way, or we are too busy...they finally sent the pizza with a small discount. The pizza's were good but the hassle to get them was ridiculous. Not ringing them again.

The pizza's from here are as good as you can get. The service & delivery is quick too but the personal touch in the help they give the local community is amazing from such a big international company. Cheers Domino's

Must admit for the price I prefer pizza hut as you get a bigger pizza with more generous toppings. However we ordered one as a treat and can not complain about the service or the standards at all just wish they gave you more toppings.

For a major pizza chain, I have to say the staff here are always friendly & helpful. I have reasons to thank Andrew, one of the managers for going that extra mile & helping out a local charity. I rarely write up about major chains unless there is a poor service etc. In this case, I have to say the pizza's are great, always boiling even when delivered and for a fast food place, the staff always seem happy to help. :D

There is plenty of room for improvement on the customer interaction skills . But as for food it can not be faulted, always warm and to perfection...

I am a huge dominos fan and always find the staff to be very friendly in this shop. I have never had a problem with my order and there are always good discounts available!

If you don't like chicken order the chicken tandoori there's hardly any on it , then again it's only £15.99 for a medium so should not expect a lot really Asda £4.00 for a large one by far better value and plenty of chicken !!!!!! not one to usually complian did email shop twice no reply hence review.

Dont order the chicken supreme and add topping because they add the toppings and take off the chicken, mushrooms ans sweetcorn. Second time this has happened won't be ordering from here again!

If you want a good pizza, domino is always my first choice. I always have the same one, Texas BBQ with hot dog crust. It's so easy to order/pay via the mobile app aswell. Then you just collect your pizza. Also the cookies are to die for!

It was our first time ordering from this pizza shop.Very fast delivery, we are not easy to find and can sometimes wait ages for takeaways.Very friendly delivery driver.The pizza's were well cooked and tasted lovely, would order again for sure.

Have had a few take aways from here now and have to say the food is fresh and lovely . Delivery time is quick and friendly and when you order over the phone the staff will point out any offers you may have missed . We even had a card by post apologizing for one delivery being late and £5 off our next one ( we had noticed the late delivery seemed spot on to us) . I will def become a reg user nad would tell everyone to give them a try .
