Domino's Pizza in South Ayrshire

Very fast service, excellent pizza and sides as always and of course the garlic mayo, will always keep using after my sunbed as just next door. Keep up the good work.

Every time I go to Domino's Ayr I order the same selection of Pizzas and sides. One time the app wasn't accepting payments and directed me to a store collection. At collection the member of staff in the store told me that you get a better offer visiting and collecting than you do on the app. I treat the family to a Domino's once every month and usually the order is around the £35 mark. I was shocked today when the counter staff told me it was £46. Why can there be such a difference??? The counter sales was not interested in my query about the pricing and did not offer to speak to a senior member of staff. The quality of food is always excellent however I may need to avoid Domino's in the future as you now have to remortgage your house for some dough and cheese. Can you please review your pricing and transparency with pricing.

Absolutely pants. As it doesn't deliver within the hours mentioned either due to a technical error or the store being rubbish.

Ordered from here a couple of weeks ago, partner ordered medium meatilicious with classic crust, I got the gluten free New Yorker, sides we got were 7 BBQ chicken wings and garlic pizza bread. Got 50% off with a £30 spend. Food was good, quick to be ready for collection, pretty much your average dominoes, no complaints. Would come to this dominoes again!

0 stars if possible guy i got on phone very pleasant app wouldnt work so i called ayr store to place a big order and was told by manager that my postcode wasnt coming up so couldnt order very rude and blunt taking my business elsewhere from now on! Definetly wont recommend or be back

Dominos is my usual place, however I collected the other day and it was ridiculous. Orders where not done together, so when it was "ready" people where still waiting 10 mins for the rest of their order. When I finally got home with mine, half the order was wrong and the whole order was frozen. 1 wrong pizza and a wrong side. But I was not willing to go back to the situation at the shop, so most of our dinner went uneaten.

After ordering online to pick up at 7:30. So disappointed to wait for over 25 minutes in the shop for the order. Food was tasty but not the wait

Absolutely disgraceful customer service, placed an order for collection I was told 30 mins for pick up, however, upon arrival I was told order hadn't been taken. I had 3 young kids with me and they were hungry so I placed another order & waited 30 mins eventually when order was ready they give me wrong order as I had placed margarita and pepperoni, they gaved me two margarita so I had to reorder again. All staff were unfriendly and unapproachable. I asked the so called store manager her name to put in a complaint, however, she refused to give me her name and shouted at me and walked away saying some of her customer had waited 2 hours for their delivery. Absolutely disgraceful customer care for such big company as Domino's.

Go every Saturday, lovely pizzas, all staff are so friendly and helpful.

Bit pricey for a pizza , but watch out for the promotion codes you can save a bit of money

Pretty poor all round. What's the point of using the app to arrange pickup in advance when you end up standing around for 30 mins after scheduled pickup time anyway?

Ordered from domino’s tonight and was charged £28 for a medium pizza and two boxes of cookies… what an absolute joke. Last time I’ll ever order from this place.

Yeah the food is as good as ever but it's all too over priced now. Just a couple years ago we got a large pizza for 9.99 with free delivery. It's a night-in carry-out factory and not exactly a restaurant with service etc.

We ordered a hot and spicy pizza but when we got home we had been given a cheese and tomato, about as far away from spicy as it is possible to get. Not only that but no meat.

Ordered Saturday night online at 6.45, advised out for delivery at 7.30 didn’t arrive till 8pm. Wrong order delivered, phoned the Ayr store was put on hold twice eventually told them Who’s delivery I had received, they apologised and said they would send it out asap as my delivery had been late and incorrect, 45 mins later still no food, called Ayr store twice for a guy to hang up on my husband twice. Eventually arrived but this was a dreadful experience this evening and I intend to take this further due to the awful customer service experiences

One of the best dominos I have been to for a long long time. Will be coming back here when we are back on holiday.

Dominos in Ayr is good. For us it’s good value because we live close by so collect our meals which are ordered using their app. We tend to get one of the saviour deals so will order 3 or 4 create your own 6” pizzas at £1.99 each making it cheaper than McDonald’s for a relatively filling meal. The counter isn’t always manned so the staff can be a little distracted while you wait to collect or be served. They don’t deliver to Wallace Town citing an incident with a delivery driver over a decade ago so it’s been blacklisted - a bit harsh (hence the loss of a review star). If you like Domino’s Pizzas, the app is good, the food is consistent and is usually ready on time hence Domino’s Pizza in Ayr gets my recommendation.

Very disorganised order was completely wrong order 4 pizzas and only got 2 correct out of the 4.and had to wait 45minutes to wait which was a insult

It's ok. Quite overpriced. I've never had a Domino's Pizza and loved it.

Very disappointing order. Food temperature not especially hot on delivery. We had chicken strippers and chicken kickers sides. Absolutely no ‘kick’ whatsoever on either. The Vegi Volcano pizza was extremely bland. The choose your own pizza had very little toppings - very few mushrooms. Both pizza were totally lacking in cheese. We didn’t realise you needed to order extra cheese to ensure a ‘pizza taste’ given that cheese is an integral ingredient of pizza! Will not be reordering from Dominos! For more than £36 this was totally unacceptable.

Ordered 5 pizzas and got there for collection time, got told be another 5 mins so waited... 7 mins later lady behind counter said 1 minute they were just boxing up pizzas. Another 3 mins went by and I asked was order ready got told by another person that 1 of the pizzas had to me made again... What the hell were they doing!! Eventually got the pizzas I ordered and to be honest they weren't that good.

Great pizzas at great prices. Do delicious cinammon scrolls too.

Dominos Ayr: Driver couldn’t find address and decided to record the delivery as completed. Had to call the store to complain and get a refund which was not as straightforward as it should have been. It will take 3-5 days. Avoid.

It's dominos, aslong as your willing to take out a mortgage for a pizza then It's good.

Placed an order for 4 pizzas and 2 sides which came to £43 which I thought was already expensive , when collected my order they missed out on 1 pizza so turns out £43 for 3 pizzas and 2 side . Wont be back near the place

Terrible service, posted leaflets through my door with deals then when i tried to get the deal they say it doesnt exist

My mum works in one of the busy GP surgeries in Ayr and they're currently giving the elderly their Covid jabs. Dominoes phoned them out of the blue last week and asked if they would like some free pizzas. They then delivered five large pizzas to the staff, which was really appreciated. Thanks Dominoes!! 👍🍕

Terrible customer service. Arrived when I was told to collect and was then told to wait outside for another 10 mins. Nobody explained if I was to go back in or if someone would bring my order out. There was a queue and I am elderly and have learning difficulties so didn’t want to push in front of anyone. After 25 mins when the queue went down I went in to ask and was told it was ready. The pizza was cold. Feel really upset at paying £20 for 2 cold pizzas and having to wait in the cold. I won’t use again.

When I spoke to the young girl in the telephone she said we are only taking online orders. I asked if she could help me to do that and she said no I have never done online I don’t know how to. I asked to speak to someone who could she said no we are busy. I asked her name and she hung up the phone! Great customer service. A way to keep your customers

Waited ten minutes to get served for my order which was ready, waited patiently for a girl coming off the phone, only for the so called manager told her to forget my order and give them a hand making food up, I asked again and got ignored so just walked out, utterly pathetic how you treat a paying customer, won't be back, get your staff trained properly

Pleasant staff and nice food but very pricey.

Not the biggest fan of dominoes pizza and Saturdays dinner only helped cement that view. Toppings or base aren't the freshest and its just far too salty. It's not disgusting but it's certainly not delicious either.

Ordered a large pizza, 2 starters and ice cream. I was initially shocked at the price, even with 50% off pizza with discount it was nearly £30. However my main complaint is that, I collected it at the time allocated and both the pizza and the chicken starters were cold. Very disappointed

Very little changes here same old same old junk re boxed.You would think people would wise up to all the new savings which offer hardly any real savings smoke and mirrors.

The food contents were good and the staff were good too. But unfortunately I am giving 2 stars because my collection got delayed by 20 minutes which I had ordered about 1 hour in advance. Sorry.

This branch is mostly online orders for home delivery but you can also walk in and buy a pizza to take away there is no sit and eat area.

We ordered pizza to be delivered to our caravan park, and were really impressed with the service. Firstly, the chap we spoke to on the phone checked over to ensure we had the latest and best deals applied, and provided slight change suggestions to our order so that we then qualified for other items we wanted to be included as part of multi-buy deals etc. Then, he called back to let us know the order had left and would be about 15 mins, sure enough it arrived at the gate where we were ready to collect as agreed and the deliver driver was courteous and friendly. The pizzas themselves were in fact better than our local one, the toppings somehow fresher and more quantity and hotter too, in fairness we normally collect and so it can get cold after we collected them from the store. Overall, great store and service, highly recommended.

Normaly good, gave me the wrong pizza, £2.40 difference and didn't get offered a refund.

Called up on Friday 23rd December and spoke to manager about possibly cutting a love heart shaped pizza for Christmas Eve for a proposal. Manager agreed this would definatly be possible but would need to call on christmas Eve as they would need to take the order on the day for payment reasons. This was all fine and everything for the proposal was going to plan. Called around 4pm on christmas Eve and the manager had changed his mind and said they couldn't possibly make a love heart shape as they were too busy but could send a normal shaped pizza within half an hour (which wasn't as busy as other times I've waited) This then having a knock on affect on the message left on the pizza box that i wrote. i was very upset and disappointed that i had been let down. Very very poor service.

Free parking and disabled access to the shop. Domino's delivers too and usually has an offer on depending what you like. Pizzas are wonderful, a clean environment where delivery pizzas are always piping hot. When you order online, you can keep up to date with your pizza from it's preparation, entry into oven, to delivery. Excellent

We were at Ayr for a holiday and order a takeaway from this establishment. We waited over 2 hours for it to arrive to the caravan park and the driver called to say we had to meet him at reception so had to walk down there at 12.15 am to arrive and he wasn't even there!! So I called him and he says he's at the barrier which is miles away from reception and he proceeded to moan that he had to wait 10 mins for us to get down there which we practically ran to btw, the both pizzas were stone cold and the cookie was rock solid!! So needless to say we went to bed hungry because everywhere else was closed and we only arrived that day so hadn't gotten any shopping yet. Never been so disappointed. Everyone was looking forward to pizzas after a long day and ended up with crisps.and the delivery driver was a cheeky so and so he had the cheek to say with an attitude.. so you don't want the food.. because I foned to find out where my food was 2 hrs later

Love this place it is always very quick to get your order out to you. When you call up or go in the staff are always very pleasant and deal with you very fast there always a good deal on if you don't know about it they will tell you in store or over the phone I like how they always try and save the customer a bit of money very well done guys and girls that run this store

Can't fault the local shop, they do a great job, cook pizza and deliver it on time. As usual the app / website ordering process is nightmarish. It's very easy to navigate and use, but you are never in any doubt that someone, somewhere has a legitimate coupon that you can use, which necessitates a 10 minute web search for said coupon.

Adrian forgot half our order and it's is taking an hour and a half for the order to be redelivered. Very disappointed in this experience. Wasn't even going to be compensated for it until I basically said it wasn't good enough. Shite.

Have used this mob 4 times now. Food has been fine delivered on time and warm the phone customer service is also spot on. My only concern is that the price is quite steep but dont mind paying when the food is good.
