The food was absolutely vile , i wouldnt have fed it to my dog . Such bad quality . The food had clearly been sat there for hours waiting for last orders therfore not fresh . My pizza was soaked in grease

Extremely regular customer and I really don’t know how they do it but the food gets better with each order we have, literally always delivered piping hot and fresh, tastes unreal and is a firm favourite in our house! Thank you for another beautiful meal!

Used to order from here alot, food was always decent. Tried it again last night for the first time in awhile and was shocked at how poor the burgers were. Very dry, salad and sauce just threw together. Chips were nice. However, due to the amount of competition out there for burger joints I will not be ordering from here again. Real shame.

The food was unreal and I never leave reviews,and even tho it was a bit late was still hot definitely recommend the chilli and the double cheeseburger was juicy , and the portion size is very very generous, definitely ordering again and recommending! 5 ⭐️

Would had given zero discusting place workers have no hygiene. Working without gloves hands touching everything. It used to be my regular place, but sos not after what I saw. Very rude, no customer service at all.

called the restaurant 5 mins after initial delivery time they said driver had just set off. the restaurant was 7 minutes away but the food didn't arrive for another 27 minutes and was cold

it was a decent size portion but not much was edible because It was mostly cold and the chips were stale like they had been sitting and weren't fresh, took over a hour from the time i ordered to the time it came and i also had to ring there store

Ordered pizza today. Firstly got 2 pizzas wrong,third pizza was burnt. They really need to tell customers when they change ingredients in the pizzas just incase customers have any allergies as my son is allergic to beef any he nearly ate the pizza. Imagine spending the night at children's hospital over a silly mistake. I will be making a big complaint to the food safety agency as the allergy info should be correctly informed to customers and shouldn't substitute ingredients if not available. If your gonna run a fast food restraunt then run it properly. We are regular customers but the last 2 times I've ordered the food was either poor quality or wrong. I'm really disappointed. Please double check what they have available before ordering. Also one of the employees tried to take the mic out of me saying is beef an allergy that someone can have like I'm lieing. I found that quite disrespectful. Many people have different allergies so who is he to judge.

Terrible service and outdated practices. Placed a phone order and wasn’t informed it was cash-only. When I arrived to collect, I offered to pay via card or bank transfer, but they refused. They told me to use a cash machine, which I couldn’t as I only have Apple Pay. Instead of resolving the issue, they banned me for not paying in cash! It’s 2024—what kind of business doesn’t accept card or bank transfers? Clearly dodging tax. Avoid at all costs.

Very poor service, workers and managers cannot come to reasonable solutions, they do not take card but fail to inform customers when ordering over the phone. Don’t accept bank transfers either when customers suggests. This is how they behave with regular customers.

Thought I’d give this place a try as it was discounted, what can I say - pizza wasn’t to my liking at all didn’t hit the taste buds and was luke warm as delivered 2 hours later, ordered. smash burgers, pattys didn’t have flavour and buns were cold… delievery took over2 hours despite being 2 roads away… all the best but I won’t be returning!!!

Food was good, but had a bit of the problem with the pizza. I ordered a Tandoori Delight with a few extras on top. The extras were all on the pizza, but the actual toppings from the Tandoori Delight were not (red onions, green peppers, Tandoori chicken, sweetcorn and jalapeño peppers were all missing). I am sure this was an oversight, but I thought I should make you aware of the problem. Otherwise, the food was piping hot and tasty, just not what was expected. Hopefully just a one time issue! 👍

I made a order of 10 X large pizza 5 calzones 8 large fries communication service profesional and the best pizza we had arrived on time outstanding quality calzones were the best all the family enjoyed them staff and manager are great in the work

Ordered 2x family size pizzas for collection. Placed the order via phone and it was ready for collection in 20 minutes. Staff are friendly and customer service is excellent. Pizzas were fairly priced (£24). Garlic is sauce👌. The quality of the pizzas was excellent, I had ordered millenio special and vegetarian hot.

Food is appalling ordered three chicken fillet burger meals. All were processed chicken fillet burgers not the real chicken soggy bun no care taking into making the food fries were all overcooked and hard they were also cold this isn’t the first time I’ve had something negative to say about this food place they need shutting down or investigated as the food is not to standard of selling at all especially with processed chicken fillet burgers and overcooked hard fries
