Service was great, very friendly staff. The pizza was well cooked with extra sauce as requested, very crisp and flavourful. The seating was clean and food was delivered promptly. There is a nice salad selection, as well as a bottomless refillable drink section. Desserts were a little lack luster however, not many options, but is it a pizza place after all

Music great. Manager a legend. Really quick service.we had to get in and out real quick and they made sure we got the pizza we wanted.

We came for food as it was our daughter’s birthday and the service was amazing. Friendly staff and quick serving times. They even went out the way to store a birthday cake for us. This place never fails to disappoint which is why we always come here when we are out in star city. Thank you again!

The atmosphere was amazing. he staff was also very attentive Yasmin and sammie made us feel welcome would definitely visit again.

El lugar es mediocre como mucho el bar de ensaladas tenía cuencos con comida allí. Ni siquiera se limpiaron correctamente. La comida tardó siglos en llegar, la comida estaba bien, sin embargo, necesitaba más condimento. La máquina de hielo no estaba limpia y tenía hielo en todas partes. El brownie estaba bueno pero helado pero el de mi hijo estaba caliente. La música era demasiado alta. El papel higiénico estaba por todas partes en el inodoro y había pis en todo el asiento del inodoro. Lo bueno fue el personal amable y salir de este lugar. En palabras nunca vienen. Mi esposa incluso se intoxicó.

I came to dine in today with my friends, the experience i had was amazing, the staff here were incredibly helpful in picking food that fit my dietary needs. Ben was extremely helpful also the staff on the shift. Food was amazing, came out on time and we enjoyed it.

Amazing service from our server Ben , he was very friendly and polite , buffet was out promptly with a great choices and even vegetarian options something for everyone , the salad bar was fresh with a variety of options and the ice cream was delicious tooo!!

Came in with my wife and two children. The lady at the door was very welcoming .. sat us down and explained what we had to do. The food was lovely we ordered a sharing thin pizza some sides n kids meal. Food was nice n hot .. All in all, we had a lovely time… the young waitress was very friendly. Just had a pizza with my family here and I have to say the staff were great and friendly! We were served by Faheem and he was very helpful and friendly. The only strange thing about this place was that we were asked to pay for the food before we even got our pizza( I guess the have experienced lot of runners) thanks

Great service but very quiet restaurant which lacks any atmosphere and feels more like a canteen. Lunchtime buffet had some good vegetarian options however the pasta was very bland. Salad options are decent and the price isn't too bad. Ample free parking.

Food was nice and hot, buffet had good variety. The young manager Mahi was fantastic in giving us a great service. Can see why he became a manager at such a young age. Service from all staff was amazing too.

Came on with our large family. The atmosphere is really nice and relaxed, ordering your food is easy and the buffet is great value for money. And of course, the kids loved the ice cream factory too! Will be coming back for more soon!

Been here b4, top place. Quick to get us sat down, easy to order, well nice salad bar, and top pizza, fries, and beer. Although the place was busy, staff were quick and pleasant, and everywhere was clean too. Not always seen at places nowadays! See you next time, Jason and Bray

We went out for a birthday meal :) Firstly, a big shout out to Ben, who was our server. He was incredible in making sure we had a great experience, in scoring us a great deal by making us aware of the offers available, made sure all the food was ready and all the other small things! The parents were super impressed with it all, too. The pizza is super flavorful, seasoned lovely and was served quickly , despite how busy the place was. The salad bar has lots of options and was really fresh. The fries were fluffy and crispy,too. The ice cream we had was perfect, really soft and they had plenty of topping options that made it sweet and enjoyable. The cookie dough was so warm and more-ish. Highly recommend coming over. A great experience, thank you again! :)

Came for a lunch and found the place very interesting to dine in. The buffet pizza was delicious 😋… buffet chef was very welcoming. I think his name is Toreyy or Rony. He was very professional and served the food very well. Would definitely recommend everyone to try.

Good service best location but take food from home and eat there because restaurant’s food is not good at all. This was my first time and last. Pizza have nothing other than cheese. This restaurant is Pizza Hut so pizza must be outstanding but local shops have much better pizza with a lot of topping and much more flavour so disappointed. I was so excited all week that I was going to eat in Pizza Hut but disappointed😔.

Brought a group of students with hearing difficulties for a treat. The service and atmosphere was excellent. The manager was extremely helpful, friendly and polite. Lovely selection of salads, pizzas, pasta, drinks and to finish with ice cream with sprinkles of own choice. Our students (and staff) really enjoyed it.

The food was good but a bit overpriced for what I had, but I guess you pay for the name.

I have been a regular customer at this particular restaurant for around 7 years. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. The buffet provides great value for money and although I have been to many pizza hut restaurants this one is by far the best!!! Thanks to all the staff here for looking after us for all these years. Driver went the wrong way and got lost, only delivered 2 out of 3 items and must have carried the Pizza like a briefcase because it was all mushed together. Final result? Got a very small snack for £40 - had to go out and buy food after it was delivered. Restaurant will argue, but I have pics of the disaster! Avoid!!

We always come here once a month after watching a film at Vue next door and the food is always excellent and served hot with plenty of flavour. The service is always timely and the staff are always pleasant and make sure you have a great customer experience. This week Dean and Andrea looked after us and as ever they were brilliant and can highly recommend this restaurant at Star City Birmingham 👍🏻👍🏻
