I had a great experience at Pizza Hut with my father and a my father's good friend. From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. Our server, Annie, was absolutely brilliant-friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The manager also came by to check that everything was going well, which we really appreciated. The food was delicious and arrived quickly. Overall, it was a fantastic visit, and we’ll definitely be coming back. Great job to the team!

Came in for a meal after watching the game, mahi was fantastic in giving service. Everything was clean and sanitised well. The waiters were great overall, all smiling and welcoming. Couldn’t ask for more after that 1-0 win.

The chicken wings and desserts were great. The pizza base was soggy and tasted of dough. The meal deal for four people at £50 is worth the money.

I came with my wife & kid .The workers was very professional and smiling. Food was delicious 😋 and I also give big thanks to JABAR bro 😎 for his service❤️

Didn't know that kids ate free during Easter half term so that was a nice surprise (paid £2 extra for free drink and ice cream). The manager, Ben, was outstanding and organisrd us a fresh ham pizza as we didn't like ham and pineapple. The other buffet options were great, especially the cheesy garlic bread!

Coming here during half term lunchtime buffet, I had very low expectations. I was pleasantly surprised. The pizza variety was good, service was kind and efficient, didn't feel rushed, the toilets were clean. The manager continually checked tables to see all was okay but not in an overbearing way. Definitely coming back.

I went with my family and we had an absolutely lovely time. The pizzas were tasty and the staff super helpful. A big thank you to the manager, he was attentive, welcoming and helpful.

While the food is a little pricey, it is worth the extra cost, the service was great and we all had a good time.

The workers were very polite and professional. We booked in advance and on arrival we were asked if our preference was table or booth, even offering us an extra chair if the booth was too tight. They were attentive throughout, clearing plates and checking if we were okay etc. Overall excellent customer service which created a genuine welcoming atmosphere. They accommodated us with a gluten free pizza inclusive, despite gluten free pizza not being a buffet dish. We were also given the allergen book. Our party included 3 children who all enjoyed the food and buffet experience. The child with allergies had no complaints. I was very appreciative of the kids eat free (when you spend…) deal! The flow of food and range was very good! Delicious pizzas, salad and ice cream. Next time I will also try the pasta!

Service was very good, greeted immediately and politely and need were all met. Downside was salad bar no coleslaw, potato salad lettuce very minimum salad.

Great lunch time for the kids after crazy golf. They accept blue light cards so we got a discount on food !

Came into Pizza Hut today with my family, lovely customer service. staff were very helpful and friendly. Atmosphere was amazing. Food was fresh and amazing as always.

Really good service and help with ordering made it so easy. Kids loved it the only thing I can possibly moan about is keep getting up and down out the booth to let the kids out :-)

Came here in the holidays with my friend and kids. Ben who served us was very polite and came over to ask us several times if we were ok. A credit to Pizza Hut. Would definitely recommend plenty of choice for the kids. Cheesecake was amazing too.

One of the friendliest Pizza Huts we’ve been to. Salad bar & pizza bar full even though half term rush. Warm welcome on entrance - all sides hot and came out quick. Also had one of the kids eat for free which was an unknown bonus! (1 adult & 2 children visit).

I recently visited and was very disappointed with the service at the reception. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and unhelpful. When I tried to ask a simple question, her response was curt and dismissive, with no effort to assist or even show basic courtesy. There was no smile, no eye contact—just a cold and unwelcoming attitude. It felt as if she was annoyed to even be there, and her behavior made the whole experience unpleasant. I understand everyone can have a bad day, but professionalism should still be maintained, especially in customer-facing roles. I hope management looks into this, as first impressions matter a lot, and this is not the kind of welcome anyone should receive. And honestly if i wasn't with my kids I would have left But definitely never coming again..

Mother, daughter day, and pizza hut deffo went done well. Added bonus kids eat free during Easter half term. My daughter thought the garlic bread was amazing and the staff were really friendly. Will deffo return.

Very nice relaxing visit. Questioned if the new smores cookie dough has strawberry marshmallows as they were pink and white as I'm allergic. Turns out they were (harbio mini marshmallows - i know i react to these). They quickly and professionally changed with no issues. I can't thank them enough for a speedy sort out.

Atmosphere couldn’t be helped as it was a quiet Thursday afternoon however the service was brilliant with staff asking if there was any specific pizzas we wanted in the buffet.

The staff here are excellent, from the chefs all the way to the managers. Ambiance is warm and relaxing. Excellent customer service made me and my daughter feel like valued customers. Would definitely recommend. This has become one of our regulars.

Service was great, very friendly staff. The pizza was well cooked with extra sauce as requested, very crisp and flavourful. The seating was clean and food was delivered promptly. There is a nice salad selection, as well as a bottomless refillable drink section. Desserts were a little lack luster however, not many options, but is it a pizza place after all

We came for food as it was our daughter’s birthday and the service was amazing. Friendly staff and quick serving times. They even went out the way to store a birthday cake for us. This place never fails to disappoint which is why we always come here when we are out in star city. Thank you again!

The atmosphere was amazing. he staff was also very attentive Yasmin and sammie made us feel welcome would definitely visit again.

El lugar es mediocre como mucho el bar de ensaladas tenía cuencos con comida allí. Ni siquiera se limpiaron correctamente. La comida tardó siglos en llegar, la comida estaba bien, sin embargo, necesitaba más condimento. La máquina de hielo no estaba limpia y tenía hielo en todas partes. El brownie estaba bueno pero helado pero el de mi hijo estaba caliente. La música era demasiado alta. El papel higiénico estaba por todas partes en el inodoro y había pis en todo el asiento del inodoro. Lo bueno fue el personal amable y salir de este lugar. En palabras nunca vienen. Mi esposa incluso se intoxicó.

I came to dine in today with my friends, the experience i had was amazing, the staff here were incredibly helpful in picking food that fit my dietary needs. Ben was extremely helpful also the staff on the shift. Food was amazing, came out on time and we enjoyed it.

Great service but very quiet restaurant which lacks any atmosphere and feels more like a canteen. Lunchtime buffet had some good vegetarian options however the pasta was very bland. Salad options are decent and the price isn't too bad. Ample free parking.

We went out for a birthday meal :) Firstly, a big shout out to Ben, who was our server. He was incredible in making sure we had a great experience, in scoring us a great deal by making us aware of the offers available, made sure all the food was ready and all the other small things! The parents were super impressed with it all, too. The pizza is super flavorful, seasoned lovely and was served quickly , despite how busy the place was. The salad bar has lots of options and was really fresh. The fries were fluffy and crispy,too. The ice cream we had was perfect, really soft and they had plenty of topping options that made it sweet and enjoyable. The cookie dough was so warm and more-ish. Highly recommend coming over. A great experience, thank you again! :)

Came on with our large family. The atmosphere is really nice and relaxed, ordering your food is easy and the buffet is great value for money. And of course, the kids loved the ice cream factory too! Will be coming back for more soon!

Came for a lunch and found the place very interesting to dine in. The buffet pizza was delicious 😋… buffet chef was very welcoming. I think his name is Toreyy or Rony. He was very professional and served the food very well. Would definitely recommend everyone to try.
