The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving Pizza pasta food

Ordered online as we where told it’s cheaper than just eat. On both occasions we have travelled at least 20 mins to get to the shop and on both times food not made and had to wait another 20 mins to make it. Food is less than great they have no understanding of a Deep Pan Pizza. Hygiene is not the greatest either things spotted that have left me with the option of not again thankyou.

Server was not confident with ordering process and took a long time to sort the food and drink order. Waited an hour for food with no one stopping to check if we needed more drinks and when we finally got someone to stop they said they noticed awhile ago that there was 'a hitch in the kitchen' but would be a further half an hour. When we explained we were on a timeline they didn't seem to care and continued. We assume the lack of confidence with the order process resulted in it not being placed and was not picked up on until an hour passed. Food came out and was very hot, it's a shame we had to eat so quick as it was lovely When asked for the reciept we were handed the wrong one. No comps were offered just bill put down and expected to pay. A poor first impression.

My family came here last week and had a fabulous experience from start to finish. The food and drinks were good and Liam was a fantastic server who was so knowledgeable about everything on the menu. He was attentive, kind and fun and made the experience fab for my family, who were visiting from abroad. Thank you guys!

Enjoyed our lunch, tried the new menu offerings. Our server Gus was very helpful and showed us how to apply a reward in the app to our pizza club bill. Cheers.

Over 2.5 hours late. Cold pizza delivered that's already started to go stale it's been sitting around for so long waiting for a courier to actually pick it up and deliver it. the restaurant even made the order a second time because of how much time you took, and the order still arrived in this condition because of your terrible service. the worst food delivery experience I've ever had. the app said the courier was waiting at the restaurant for hours when they weren't. definitely abysmal.

The chips are beautifully cooked & the gentlemen working are the kindest souls. God bless them.

Great food, great people, great price, great service!

We ordered dinner from here tonight and it was beyond horrific. Every dish was stone cold and rubbery—as though it had been microwaved. Except for the chicken goujons starter—they were burnt to a crisp. It wasn’t the fault of Uber Eats, as the driver delivered the food straight to us.

We had a really positive experience at Pizza Express in St Andrews. Tom, our server, was fantastic—full of energy, friendly, and impressively managing the whole restaurant on his own. It was a lunchtime visit and the atmosphere was spot on: the place was clean, the 80s music added a great vibe, and it all felt very welcoming. We were there for my 50th birthday lunch break, mid-way through a four-hour walk while exploring the area as tourists. It was just what we needed. One small downside—the toilets could have done with a bit of attention, particularly the floor. We also used a voucher via the app, and while this isn’t the first time we’ve had a bit of trouble with it, the manager handled it well and resolved things without any fuss. All in all, a lovely visit. Great service, good food, and a lively atmosphere. Thanks again, Tom!
