Ordered a chicken kebab and chips… what arrived can only be described as a thin piece of flatbread filled with chips. And 4 pieces of chicken. No sauces. No salad. Just a chip wrap with a small side of chicken

Everything was great, but I would really love it if you started making lasagne again as it was so nice. Even if you don't do any of the other pasta dishes, the lasagne was always the best.

food was nice overall however the chickeb kebab was quite small (more like a wrap) which I thought was a bit disappointing for the £8.25 price tag

donner kebab had to be made ourselves the garlic bread with pepperoni was missing the pepperoni

Tonight was a shambles from this restaurant. We usually get our kebabs from here because they usually come hot and look delicious however tonight wasn’t the case, the kebabs were cold, the bread was like tracing paper, the chips were cold and soggy, the salad didn’t look fresh one bit, I asked for meat well done and it looked like it barely touched the grill. We got a free cheesy garlic bread with this order and that had more care done to it than the kebabs and chips. Won’t be ordering again ats

Forgot my can, the chips weren’t cooked properly. Unfortunately won’t be ordering again.

Donner pizza burger it’s the future

Half the salad missing and it had loads of onion that I specifically asked them not to put on it. Kebab meat was fine.

First time ordering. Placed my order at 23:30 and it was here 30 mins later. Ordered a pepperoni pizza which was nice and not greasy. Will probably order from here again.

We had a Donner kebab meal deal and for what we paid for it it was an absolute disgrace no salad on the kebab very little meat the garlic bread wasn't on the order we had a side salad that was very small. Definitely won't ordering from there again and advising others not to

Donna meat was like paste and smelt funny. Pitta just thrown into sauce on top, pizza and garlic bread was very hard and wasnt cooked in middle everything went in bin waste of £35

Popped into this place for a chicken burger meal. It was really tasty will be going back . Great service and great food. My new favourite chicken place

Rubbish. I asked for donner to be put on the grill to give it that nice charcoal flavour. They said they would then right in front me didn't do. The chips had clearly been dropped in the fryer multiple times. I wont be going back

Lovely food, especially the mixed kebab on naan which was very tasty and good portion size. Ordered 12 inch pizza which was soooo good, love a spicy pizza. Very reasonable prices. Also was surprised at how nice the cookie dough was, probably the best I've had in Eccles. Very nice staff, always on hand to help.

food awful I ordered a kebab with salad a nan and garlic mayo. All I got was cold kebab. My son ordered a peri peri chicken kebab with nan. He got a cold kebab no nan but it was on a pita bread. Never again

Came on time but wouldn’t recommend getting food from these i in paid cash they didn’t have to right change so I was 5 pounds down straight away and they didn’t give me half my order so I paid them for nothing again wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

Firstly the order was wrong, which the did replace in a quick manner once they realised the order was wrong. Used to be the best kebab place in Eccles but the quality has gone down. won't be ordering from here in future.

Ordered for takeaway. We ordered garlic bread, donner wrap and cheesy chips. Fantastic one of the best ones we had in Greater Manchester. Delivery was so quick and food was piping. Delivery driver Andrew was great. No complaints.

I phoned them at 8.00pm to place my order Phoned them back at 8.50 to see where the food was and was told it’s on its way, 9.25 turned up dry as snoof and chips needed a blanket they were that cold, wouldn’t go back there. Mega meat calzone was on a slim fast diet cause there was nothing inside it.

Chicken wings cold no pitta bread with kebab only thing that was eaten was burger by hungry 11yr old,very disappointed

Some of my order was missing and took over a hour to be delivered.

Ordered Shish Large with naan. Got a 4 chunks of lamb on a "wrap" thin boring naan. Peri peri chicken came with NO cheese, and standard non-peri fries. Good thing it was on an Uber Eats promotion. Should've paid 2 quid more and got 3 lamb skewers from a greek restaurant! Don't bother...

I was very impressed with the large kebab the meat was really juicy and tasty, the chips where nice, I gave the speedy Gonzales sauce a try and it was really nice. I will certainly be returning!

not very happy with the meal at all mixed kebab,( no salad) only a very small amount of chicken, the peri chips was the size of a child's portion, soggy and cold... the pizza was not right had pepperoni on it when we asked for peppers and well over cooked very small amount of ingredients.. very disappointed. won't be returning.

Oderd me and my son food and even my lad thort it was under cooked and greasy the guy on the phone started hurting abuse when I questioned about the problems. Also me and my son have bean I'll for days now.

Burgers and chips are fantastic, however if you order anything Donner meat related expect it to my absolutely freezing, like i mean cold like its been sat on your dining table for 1 hour. When phoned up regarding it, we got told we "didn't pay enough for it anyway" then when they finally bring you another one, i expressed "hot food" is not a lot to ask for to which the manager tells you "too late" meaning tough we already took your money. Not to mention they gave more food in a kids meal then an adult meal. Wont be returning. There's far more competition that care about their customers.

told order total is £17, even gave us a free garlic bread and that its normally for £20+ however he felt nice. instead got charged £32 for context we ordered nuggets, cheesy fries, and a kebab. wont be returning

Changed manager and you can tell. Liked it before,although sometimes they got my order wrong they sorted it out. Food is nearly cold now when it arrives. Online gives you the option of a drink with the kids meal you order but 3 times now we haven't received a drink we chose. Phone them up and it's like they don't cRe. Won't bother again

I ordered here last night, and i think i have a new favorite takeaway i Ordered the 16 inch pepperoni pizza with a pepperoni and cheese stuffed crust and wow it was unbelievable I've never has a pepperoni and cheese stuffed crust and they're the only place in Eccles that do it but it was well worth it 👌, i also got the ultimate kebab and that was really nice too everything was made with utter care and delivery was early no more than 30 minutes, by the way if you do order i recommend ordering from there website rather than just eat everything is a pound or two cheaper and i actually think that's why it came quicker.. i will definitely order here again

Are the nacho's meant to be as stone cold as Steve Austin ? Plus just a fat blob of what I can only presume is the tomato mixed with like a cheese dip isn’t really appealing

Never eaten such a tastless kebab. Ordered a chicken tikka kebab with salad, we noticed when ordering, the price was dearer than other places but thought we would give it a try, we regret this now. There was hardly any chicken on the kebab, it was filled with lettuce and onion. We did ask for salad but we wasn't aware that this only included these 2 salad items. The kebab had zero taste to it, I don't know if this was down to the lack of chicken on the kebab or if it was just bland. Would not recommend.

Asked for 3 regular cokes and 1 diet coke as I have diabetes. Was given 3 cokes and 2 pepsis... All of which have sugar in 🙃

Delivery driver was exstremly rude, didn’t have any change and then expected me to walk to the shop to get some. How a DELIVERY driver can expect that off someone is beyond me. Phoned the shop and they said “what do u want me to do about it” don’t understand how a takeaways place can have so little manners and be so rude to there customers who myself is a regular visitor. I will not be ordering for the food place again

The lasagne was awful. No cheesy sauce as normal lasagne would have, it was just one sheet of pasta at the bottom of the dish then a really awful runny red sauce, not much mince, then topped with grated cheese & not pasta. Then I called & received shocking phone service, or should i say lack of. Will not order again & they refused to give refund. They also did not practice social distancing on delivery just given at door

Don't bother,ordered on line last night,said 50 min waiting time,after an hour and a half called and had no order down!!! When I recorded after a further 45 mins,what a piss take for the money.try somewhere else!!!!!!!!

Rang for a delivery and Staff were extremely rude and put the phone down before i had finished asking a question about my order. When i rang back to re-ask my question i Was rudely answered and was hung up on again. Wouldnt recommend

They got my order completly wrong and messed it up, i then called them to correct them that they messed up my order they then said my signal was going make me laugh excuses. The food is awful aswell.

Very rude on the phone and when the pizza came it was completely wrong won't be going back that's for sure

So many times Ive order from you and always pay with the card. Once Ive payed with cash and delivery guy didnt give the right change!!! Shame Ive noticed that while he was gone!!! Shame on you guys!!! Shame on you!!!
