My new Fav takeaway in Swinton. Always delivered fresh.

Been using Liptes for years but tonight I was left with a bad taste. I ordered the mixed kebab because on the website picture it looked good but what arrived was nothing like it. I called and the member of staff conviced me I had ordered correctly. It would not of filled me so I was offered a tray of donner meat that I had to pay for and it would be sent out straight away. Guess what.....it never arrived. Sorry about the poor reveiw but it was deserved.

The first kebab place in the area and the soundest dudes. Very satisfying food. This place does the standard kebab menu all well and is always good to end a night.

The price is ok could be more careful with the pizzas as the toppings are always stuck to the lid

Was once the best in the area! Not so great anymore unfortunately. Average food, more miss than hit

This place used to be the best in Swinton now it's just like every where else, donner meat is wet soggy long smells like wet dog, naan bread is rock hard 0 effort and Iver priced. Thought it was just a one off but third time tonight it wasnt edible. Disgusting. Straight in the bin.

The best chilli sauce in Swinton! Absolutely love the burgers from here, always the same high standard. The rest of the food is decent too, but burgers are my go to!

Wow, this place has gone downhill at an alarming rate! I know businesses are trying to save money due to the increase in food prices / energy costs etc. but come on, these guys have taken things way to far! I got a kebab, (unfortunately), and it was utter rubbish, the tiny amount of doner meat I got was about as thick as Rizla paper, the salad was old and soggy and the amount of it was laughable, the pitta bread it came in was obviously the cheapest they could get their hands on. On the whole, and I exaggerate not, it is the worse kebab I have ever had, and I have had a fair few let me tell you! Such a shame as it used to be half decent back in the day.

Ordered a Chicken + Lamb Doner combo on sunday... Gastroenteritis monday.... The End.

Great going in, comes out faster

Poor customer services. Order came incomplete phoned the store very rude manger on the phone we was told he wasn’t bothered if we didn’t order again when we are a regular customer

Greasy kebab, bloke adanant there was nothing wrong with it, he was the owner and sold loads with no complaint. Well he's got one now.

Order from here at least 3 times a week at £15 each time. Always tip the drivers and never had any problem until it arrived tonight. Half the size it normally is and totally swimming in grease. I rang to tell them how bad it was and was shouted at by the owner called Mamhood. He said lots of kebabs tonight and no complaints so what’s your problem..!! Arrogant rude and I’m glad they can afford to lose my £260 per month order. I wasn’t asking for a refund but wanted to tell them how greasy it was. After being a customer for 25 years that was the very last time they get my business.

7 malditos años y hoy me gritaron por una orden que estaba mal. lo llevé de vuelta a la comida para llevar y me dijeron que estaba equivocado les mostré mi pedido en línea y me gritaron nuevamente, luego me devolvieron mi dinero y me ofrecieron un kebab gratis no me lo tomé como el peor servicio al cliente que jamás haya perdido un buen cliente .

Rude staff and over priced sauces. Spent over £17 and then asked for a garlic Mayo and they tried to charge me 70p for a small tub of sauce.

Absolutely disgusting, waited over 1 hrs and 10 mins for tepid food. Why is the chicken hard on part on the chicken kebab? Not over cooked but not a nice flavour or texture. Have to leave over half of the chicken. Definitely gone down hill. 1st time in about a year I've ordered and it's still awful. Will never order again!

Brilliant food I even orderd the wrong meal for my daughter the nice gentleman I phoned sent her the right one back out within 10 to 15 mins thank youq

Free garlic bread with cheese was a bonus! The food was hot and cooked well, my only complaint is the mixed kebab was ok; it was very wet and fell apart, the chicken was good but the lamb was very tough, but the meat portions were on the small side compared to other takeaways in the area!

Food is amazing and always on time free garlic breads on some orders but you have to spend over £15 i think would highly reccomend

Food arrived over an hour late and the order was wrong when they turned up with the correct food it was cold needless to say I won’t be ordering from liptes again

Very good food. Fantastic service with great quality however dearest in local area. Could do with looking at pricing.

Long story short , girlfriend took bite of mixed kabab and said this tasted funny the chicken , I smelled it first and it smelled sour just to make sure l tasted it , and spat it out straight away . Do not eat here .

been a year or so after being here and being honest everything has always been great. Tonight a different story, the special kebab etc was the worst ever and i mean ever. There are much better places to eat in pendlebury//swinton such as peri cottage, foodfair to mention just a couple, stay away from this place

Very poor English communication and customer service skills, it took a good while to get the order through to liptes staff even though it was only two items. After two hours my food still had not arrived, when it did finally arrive the delivery driver apologised and said he had gotten lost and assured me that the food was still warm, the only thing that was warm was the 2 cans of coke I ordered the rest of the meal was freezing cold. I contacted them the next day to order the same meal again how ever I wanted the meal for free and on time as I couldnt eat the meal that they had brought the night before. They refused to give me any food or even a refund or to collect the frosty kebab that lay stinking on my kitchen side from the night before, the manager also refused to give me his name which makes me think that he may be an illegal worker so I am also going to contact the authorities to let them know that liptese are harbouring people who do not like to give there names out to angry customers. my advice to anyone wanting order from this place be warned it isn't the kebab house it once was and the staff and food quality is rediculouse. I will never order a thing from this place ever again and as far as I am concerned.

Disgusting food burnt frozen food and extra small portions avoid this place even when you are desperate and six sheets to the wind go home and make toast

Work use Liptes most Friday night's for tea and spend approx £60 every visit. Last night the order was £68 and when collect they said it was £78. Lad from work paid asked for it to be dbl checked and was told its right. When he got back to work we checked the order and found out it he was over charged by £10 he phoned them up. Who ever he spoke to was rude and put the phone down on him....it's the last time we will use them for Friday night tea in work. £78 for 6 kebabs and 3 pizza is a joke.

i have used Liptes a few times and have always found the food to be good value and good quality. and i would be happy to use them again in the future

This is a great place with amazing pizzas you carnt go wrong with this place pizzas are just the bees knees

we used to always order pizza's for home delivery from here. Over the years the prices have increased and size of pizza have reduced. The toppings are never correct but you still get charged. On a week day 2 pizza's one which was small cost £19. We asked whether we get free garlic bread was told yes but we didn't get one when delivered. When you ring up to complain staff and manager are rude every other takeaway when make a mistake return another pizza to the right order, this place staff refuse to speak to you about this. Will not be ordering another pizza from this place complete rip off. Your not dominoes you are Liptes

Fantastic food at a great price , delivery is always shorter than estimated which is fantastic , delivery drivers are always polite.

liptes has been my local takeaway for over 10 years, in that time loads have opened and since closed but liptes have always been the same, the burgers are bang on the money for pocket change prices, the pizzas in my opinion are nicer than pizza huts or dominoes and a fraction of the price, kebabs can be a bit hit and miss but i find thats the case for most places these days. id recommend a visit here if your hungry and want some cheap and tasty junk food

Wherever we order a Friday night meal from, nowhere compares to Liptes for quality and price. Chicken kebabs are realky fresh, tasty and full of butterflied chicken breast. Pizzas are amazing and burgers take on the smokey flavour of the charcoal grill. Fab

Liptes is unfortunately populated by very arrogant people. Assume everyone that comes in has drank 20 pints. w@nkers and sh1t food.
