it used to be my favourite takeaway but the quality of the food went down the hill. Foul smelling ham on one pizza, burnt vegetables on another one and a tummy ache as a bonus...

Kebabs was really dry and had barely any sauce, when the driver turned up with the food he was smoking a cigarette and blew it in my face

Amazing food firstly. So fresh. My order was late by no fault of their own, they were so apologetic and sent me a 12” cheese garlic bread for free. Would 100% recommend

only a little late after maximum estimate. Delivered to back of property even though I'd specified to the front door. Waffle dream only has strawberries and banana slices with white and milk chocolate drizzle. Otherwise it was nice enough food.

I have been eating from this place since I was young an there food is amazing but lately missing food item’s food tonight I ordered was missing plus cold drinks missing they brought me the food that was missing an still missing a drink the person on the phone was very rude I think it’s time to change where I eat in future

The naan bread on my chicken kebab was rock hard and inedible and the garlic bread with cheese was cold

Food was not hot and the chips and cheese nann was like rubber I eatable

Driver was rude, complaining about my address was hard to find and I should be clearer. write a letter to Trafford Council about it. Amazingly I wasn't involved in the planning

Been using happy days for 3+years but won’t be anymore. Spent £50+ on food for daughters birthday tonight due to be delivered by 20.23, after several calls it arrived 20.54 but soggy and just warm. It clearly left the shop when it should and delivery took too long. Shop told me they could re deliver, but this would be too late or offer me 20% discount next time (as if). I asked for a full refund and got told I had to contact yoyo as ordered on app, yoyo advised I had to contact shop. It’s quite simple I won’t use the shop anymore and advise credit card co, wasted too much time on this already. Food usually good but customer services non existent!

Always had good food here! But the chicken wrap meal is always the one I get as they pack the wrap full with all the salad stuff and the chicken is always large pieces! I’ve been other places where they hardly put any salad stuff and small pieces of chicken, but never HappyDays! It’s the biggest and fullest! And all there sides and extras are always tasty!

First time I went there today. I had a pizza and a burger. Their taste is very good. Exaggerated. I have never tasted food like this. I loved it and the service and welcome were very respectful. Thank you.

2 hours to deliver a pizza and some chicken. called the restaurant and they said just eat hadn't given them the order. I received an email confirming the order, so who is at fault and how do I get my money back? not happy.

Not the greatest delivery. Arrived luke warm at best, my husband had to re heat our pizzas and missing an item. Re sent the item out but wasn’t happy about it when I phoned. I ordered from here extremely often and always spent a fair amount of money so wasn’t expecting to be met with the response i did. It’s extremely rare to get a bad order form here and I’ve been eating from here for almost 30 years. Hopefully this is an isolated incident.

Didn't disappoint as usual! been ordering from Happy Days for years and I still love the food, it's the only place I've ordered from that remains consistent every time I order which is the reason they have had and continue to have my custom all these years!

Happy Days had been one of the best takeaways in the area for a very long time, but in recent years they have really gone down hill, like a lot of places these days tbh. I ordered a special kebab, but I received chips and chicken wings. Never again.

Order was wrong. Said on just eat ready to collect got there hadn’t even cooked pizza so had to wait 15 mins whilst my vegi burger had no salad on it was kept warm. I ordered vegi with salad and mayo.

The Donor meat, chicken, chips and garlic bread was cold greasy and looks like it was scraps. The tubs of sauce leaked all over the food. Such a shame

This place has some mixed reviews. Can honestly say I have ordered from here twice now. Food is always hot and portion size is always great!

food is good I only order there food tho for there chilli sauce but gotta say that when they forget your free garlic bread and the driver says the bottle of coke is for free but I put that on my order so I wasn't happy that he lied. you can't have a takeaway without a garlic bread anyway. they said they'd give me one back next time I ordered and I paid and never got it but do I really have to remind them to give it me after the mistake anyways I give a good rating because I'm not a petty person

The burger was a little overdone

Pizza was poorly made, overloaded with cheese and falling off, it was a mess and the garlicbread with cheese was really greasy and the base undercooked. i will not be ordering from here again waste of money. food was thrown together and rushed. Disappointed

we ordered 2 different milkshakes but there was no way to tell them apart. poor quality with the presentation. cheesecake was nice and the milkshakes were ok but just tasted the same. they also need to invest in some cup holders!

Kebabs were just about lukewarm. Got a mixed kebab and the chicken was really dry. Not the best experience this time unfortunately. Had previously and was actually nice but this time was a no no. Best part of this meal was the free garlic bread which I’ve got to give them credit for they gave us 2 instead of 1. But we ate the garlic bread instead of kebabs as they just weren’t great.

came with about 2 minutes to spare before it was late, food cold. asked for mayo n salad on my burger. Got ketchup and no salad. just waited nearly 2 hours for this.

the jacket potato was hard not cooked properly and all the cheese n beans with melted at the side of the potatoe

Everytime I have been to Manchester, we have stopped here to have food. No dine-in facility available unfortunately. However, food is economical and delicious. Quick service. It's very close to Eccles mosque as well.

The worst food I have ever received. I ordered 2 pieces of chicken and got given 4 ish pieces of small dried up chicken bits, basically bits of bone deep fried. Not even sure what part of the chicken it was. Foot maybe?

I ordered a large mixed chicken and donner kebab. In the past me and my partner have always shared this. We have been customers for years. However tonight it was so small. Wasn’t enough for us to share. There was more donner meat in the kids meal than there was in the kebab. Really disappointed considering the price increase. We used to pay around £8 and it would do the both of us. Now it’s just under £10 and smaller….

always love happy days but ordered a garlic bread with mushrooms on and sadly only got a plain, never had issues before so assume it's just a one off.

Worst kebabs we've ever had! Ordered large chicken on Naan with salad, and a large mixed kebab. Had to search for the salad and no way was these large kebabs!! Had small kebabs bigger than this from other places. Fuming I actually ordered from here now! Never again!

Nothing to write home about. The chicken was cooked good but lacked any flavour. My chips were soggy and undercocked Donner mean was okay.

Always lovely food and the delivery drivers are always friendly. They always arrive smiling and exchange a hello how are you! Seems something trivial to mention but you’d be surprised how many delivery drivers are miserable and practically throw the food at you.
