Ordered via just eat at 7:30. Estimated arrival 8:30-8:50. Order cancelled via text at 8:40 and no one will answer the phone!!! Surely they knew when they accepted the order that they wouldn’t be able to fulfil it! Why wait 1 hour 10 minutes later to cancel the order with no explanation!! Shocking service!

Food took over 90mins to arrive, weren’t made aware. Portion size of chicken kebab was extremely poor, special kebab not much better. Complained & they said they would re deliver, 60mins later still waiting. Used to be really good here, unfortunately not any longer.

Ordered our pizza at 10 past 9pm. Didn't come till 10:30pm. So I waited till the delivery man handed my pizza over and said to the delivery driver I'm paying £7 As the total was £14. Told him for my reasons above and had the ordasity to tell me not to order with them again so I said gladly, he then said enjoy your food, I said I will I've been waiting long enough. The Pizza and garlic bread was cold.

Ordered for the first time in a while they have updated their website which looks great. Order arrived before time the chips are crispy not soggy and the food was lovely the kids chicken nuggets where really nice chicken chunks not like the cheap nuggets and they remembered the tub of sauce

198 Church StreetWill start off by saying I was a regular here from 2017-2019. Always banging post night out food. But tonight’s experience earned a 5 star review. Having recently moved back to the Eccles area, I was on a night out and needed a phone charging. I went to a takeaway nearby and offered to order food+ a tip in return to charging my phone. Wasn’t just rejected, was shamed and insulted. When I came here with the same offer, was immediately offered a mains port to charge my phone. Didn’t need food particularly, but offered cash in return. Was insistently opposed- bless their hearts. Once I was told wait time for my taxi I realised I had time for food so wanted to give them some business. Ordered a chicken wrap, chips and drink (banging as usual), was NOT allowed to tip, even though I’m VERY stubborn! They asked me about my night and were incredibly friendly and conversational- they’ve earned themselves a regular. If you’re ever in Eccles and need some scran, don’t go in the centre- take a small walk up Liverpool road- it will make your night! Many thanks lads- you’re all lovely men. Looking out for people to get home safe and friendly too. God bless you all.

16A Crescent, Salford M5 4PF EnglandTruly, truly awful. They accepted a delivery order when they didn't have a driver to deliver it and didn't even bother to let us know. Couldn't get through to the shop and after 2 hours with no food had to go through foodhub to get a refund - and even they had trouble getting in touch with the shop. This place used to be great, it's a shame.

196 Liverpool Roadpaid over £8 for a mixed kebab. the chicken was minimal and looked like left overs. Even the Donna meat there was way more onions than meat. It was like a kids meal. Will not order again from here.
